我国大学生创业教育变革探析

随着我国高校就业体制改革的不断深入,大学毕业生就业难成为当今社会的一大难点问题.大学生自主创业在一定程度上缓解了当前就业难这一问题.自从高校毕业生就业制度改革以后,大学生创业教育作为高等教育发展史上一种全新的理念,为传统意义上的就业赋予了新的内涵.我国的创业教育体系仍然存在创业教育对象相对局限以及创业教育水平和个体创业能力相对低下两个问题.由此,大学生创业教育变革应从创业教育课程体系入手.     

借鉴德国经验完善应用型本科院校创业教育

为适应当前经济发展的需要,我国应用型本科院校应加强对大学生创业教育的重视,积极培养创业型人才.大学生自主创业已经成为大学生就业的一个重要渠道.借鉴德国大学创业教育体系,探索我国应用型本科院校的创业教育模式,全面提升大学生的创业能力与就业竞争力,将为解决大学生就业问题起到积极的推动作用.     

基于大学生就业创业能力的教学体系探讨

解决大学生就业难、难就业的核心问题是提高大学生的就业创业能力。论述了普通高校培养机械类专业学生就业创业能力的教学体系的构成:工程理论教学、工程实践教学、课外科技活动及其内涵,提出了有效实施教学体系所需要的三个条件:加强师资队伍的工程素质培养、建立校内工程训练中心和创新实践中心及营造浓厚的课外科技活动氛围。

地方普通高校大学生创新创业政策导向与路径探析

在高等教育大众化过程中,地方普通高校肩负大规模人才培养重任的同时,面临着人才市场供求关系导致的就业压力.无论是全国还是部分地区,地方普通高校就业形势都很严峻,矛盾依然存在.大学生创新创业一系列政策的颁布实施,有助于缓解当前地方普通高校的就业压力.然而,学校教育体制的封闭僵化,大学生自身创业素质的缺失成为制约该系列政策实施及大学生创新创业能力培养的关键因素.为此,地方普通高校需要从教学管理体制、人才培养方案、就业平台建设和人才协同培养机制等方面进行改革,全面促进地方普通高校大学生创新创业工作顺利实施.

以培训促进创业,以创业促进就业,扩大就业是我国目前和今后长期重大而艰巨的任务,国家实行促进就业的长期战略和政策,对大学生开展创业培训是千方百计扩大就业的重要举措之一。通过创业培训对培养大学生创业意识、拓宽就业思路,自觉为自主就业做准备、打基础,培养未来的创业者是十分必要而有益的,也为大学生更好地走向社会提供了精神、知识技能和心理的准备。我认为加强对大学生的创业培训应注重以下几点：

2014届大学生就业季已经拉开序幕,但在持续低迷的就业形势下,大学生创业被寄予厚望。然而,大学生创业成功的案例不多,创业失败率逾九成[1],分析发现大学生缺乏创业能力是主要原因。资源条件是创业能力的基础,专业技能是创业能力的核心,创业素质是创业能力的灵魂,而创业能力的强弱直接决定创业成功率的高低。培养大学生的创业能力是开展创业教育与教学的需要,也是国家培养创业型人才的迫切要求,有利于解决大学生的就业问题。高校、企业、非营利组织和政府纷纷大胆实践,探索培养大学生创业能力的新途径。     

略论大学生就业教育与创业教育的结合

本文论述了大学生就业教育和创业教育的内涵,分析了两者在教育的目的、教育主体、教育内容和教育载体等方面存在着的诸多联系,提出应加强大学生就业教育与创业教育的结合,以创业教育的理念促进就业教育,以就业教育作为基础,提高创业教育的有效性。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
