钢样中微量铜的分光光度法测定

在pH 6.5的Na2HPO4-KH2PO4缓冲介质中及阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲胺（Cetyltrimethyl ammonium Bromide,CTMAB）存在下,研究了2,3,7-三羟基-9-（3,4-二羟基）苯基荧光酮（3,4-DHPF）与Cu2＋之间的显色反应,以此建立了分光光度法测定铜的新方法.结果表明：Cu^2＋和3,4-DHPF形成2∶1的红色络合物,其最大吸收波长为558 nm,测定Cu^2＋表观摩尔吸光系数为1.28×10^5L.mol^-1.cm^-1,Cu2＋含量在0-1.2μg/5 mL范围内符合比尔定律.采用拟定分析方法用于钢样中微量铜的测定,结果满意.     

2,7-双(4-安替吡啉偶氮)变色酸的合成及测定铜(Ⅱ)的研究

合成了 2 ,7-双 ( 4-安替吡啉偶氮 )变色酸 ,探讨该试剂与铜 (Ⅱ )显色的适宜条件及其共存离予的影响 ,建立了运用该试剂测定铜的显色反应体系 .在pH10 0 - 11 7范围内 ,铜 (Ⅱ )与新试剂形成 1∶1的稳定配合物 ,最大吸收峰 5 90nm ,表观摩尔消光系数 =5 1× 10 4 L .mol-1.cm-1.铜的浓度在 0～ 3 0 μg/ 2 5mL范围符合比尔定律 .方法用于粗铅中铜的测定 ,结果令人满意     

多酚氧化酶催化法间接测定连苯三酚

目的 通过间接光度法测定连苯三酚.方法 基于连苯三酚可以被土豆中超声提取的多酚氧化酶(PPO)催化与溶解氧生成过氧化氢,且在酸性介质中,过氧化氢与KI、淀粉的显色反应,建立了间接光度法测定连苯三酚的新方法.结果 在最优条件下,连苯三酚的浓度在0.1～10 μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,该方法的相对标准偏差为3.59%(c=1 μg/mL,n=11),回收率为97.5%～102%,检出限为0.05 μg/mL.结论 该方法可应用于废水中低含量连苯三酚的测定.     

高良姜素-高锰酸钾-多聚磷酸化学发光法测定牛血清蛋白

基于牛血清蛋白在高良姜素-高锰酸钾-多聚磷酸体系中的化学发光反应,结合流动注射技术,本文首次建立了测定牛血清蛋白的流动注射-化学发光(FI-CL)新方法.在优化条件下, 化学发光强度ICL与牛血清蛋白的浓度在0.08～100 μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程为ICL=220.448 7.068C(r=0.999 7,n=9),检出限为0.01 μg/mL(3σ).对1.0 μg/mL的牛血清蛋白标准溶液进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为1.5%.该方法简单、快速、灵敏,用于合成样的测定,回收率在98.5%～100.2 %之间.     

5-羧基-1,3,4-三氮唑偶氮氯膦-过氧化氢催化动力学光度法测定痕量铜(Ⅱ)

研究了铜(Ⅱ)催化H2O2氧化5-羧基-1,3,4-三氮唑偶氮氯膦（CTACPA）的褪色反应,褪色反应程度与铜(Ⅱ)量在一定范围内呈线性关系,建立了测定痕量铜(Ⅱ)的催化动力学光度法。在pH 4.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,褪色体系的最大吸收波长535 nm,铜(Ⅱ)的质量浓度在0.004～0.2 μg/mL范围内符合线性关系,回归方程为ΔA=3.0260ρ-7.24?0-3（ρ: μg/mL）,相关系数r=0.9994,检出限为2.90?0-10 g/mL。方法不经分离直接测定头发和河水中的痕量铜,测定结果与AAS法的测定值相符。     

分光光度法测定牛百叶中过氧化氢的含量

以偏钒酸铵为显示剂,探讨了分光光度法测定过氧化氢含量的最佳条件,建立了分析方法.过氧化氢含量的线性范围为2 μg/mL～130 μg/mL ,检出限为0.5 μg/mL.该分析方法应用于牛百叶中过氧化氢的测定,样品分析结果的加标回收率为97%～103%.该方法简单、快速、实用.     

催化动力学光度法测定痕量铜

在弱酸性介质中,痕量铜可强烈地催化过氧化氢氧化灿烂绿的褪色反应,从而建立了测定痕量铜的催化动力学光度分析新方法.在最佳实验条件下,本法的检出限为8.6×10-9g/mL,线性范围为(0.0-0.2) μg/mL, 用于实际水样中痕量铜的测定,结果令人满意.     

藏药甘扎嘎日果总酚含量测定方法研究

目的:对比研究测定藏药甘扎嘎日果总酚含量的两种方法,优选含量测定方法.方法:以总酚含量为考察指标,采用福林试剂法和紫外分光光度法测定藏药甘扎嘎日果总酚含量,且对比分析.结果:福林试剂法在1.0μg/mL～5.0μg/mL范围内,呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R2=0.9995,加标回收率为101.76%,相对标准偏差为1.35%;紫外分光光度法在8.0μg/mL～72μg/mL范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数R2=0.9995;加标回收率为105.09%,相对标准偏差为0.47%.结论:福林法的灵敏度比紫外分光光度法高,精密度比紫外分光光度法低,线性范围也比其较窄,但这两种方法均能很好地测定藏药甘扎嘎日果总酚含量.     

野菊叶中绿原酸及木犀草素-7-O-葡萄糖苷测定

建立应用高效液相色谱测定野菊叶中绿原酸及木犀草素-7-O-葡萄糖苷含量的方法.以0.04%磷酸-乙腈为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,梯度洗脱,检测波长355 nm,结果表明绿原酸浓度10-100 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.997;平均回收率为96.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.85%(n=6).木犀草素-7-O-葡萄糖苷浓度1-10 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999;平均回收率为92.6%,RSD为0.63%(n=6).     

火焰原子吸收光谱法测定金银花茶中铅、铜

采用干灰化-盐酸消解试样,消解液同时用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定金银花茶中铅、铜,铅在0-10μg/mL呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数γ=0.9991.铜的线性范围为0～5μg/mL,相关系数γ=0.9996.以3SA/S计,铅检出限:0.06μg/mL;铜检出限:0.008μg/mL;方法精密度RSD<3%,加标回收率96%～102%.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
