以(4S)-4-苄基-2-噁唑烷酮为手性助剂,与丙酰氯发生N-酰化反应,酰化产物与碘代正丙烷进行不对称烷基化反应,在NaBH4作用下氢解得到(S)-2-甲基-戊醇,再经氧化、格氏加成和氧化等反应,合成了切叶蚁警戒信息素,其化学总产率为30.98%,光学异构体纯度高达94%e.e.  相似文献

目的 研究新方法 合成N-取代-5-乙酰胺甲基-2-噁唑烷酮.方法 用苯甲醛作氨基保护荆,使环氧氯丙烷经氨解、环化两步反应后,生成中间体3-乙酰胺基-1,2-环氧丙烷.然后用氮取代氨基甲酸乙酯和中间体在催化剂存在下反应生成N-取代-5-乙酰胺甲基-2-噁唑烷酮.结果 合成了4种新化合物;3步反应总产率可达到50%;用IR,1H NMR和元素分析表征了目标化合物的结构.结论 反应条件温和,简便易行,是合成N-取代-5-乙酰胺甲基-2-噁唑烷酮较好的方法 .  相似文献

以芳基季鏻盐支载的手性咪唑啉酮为催化剂,不对称催化硝酮偶极子与α,β-不饱和醛的1,3-偶极环加成反应,得到异噁唑醛化合物,并对该反应条件和催化底物进行优化和探究,该反应具有较高的产率(62%-82%)和良好的立体选择性(endo/exo在83/17-94/6之间),手性催化剂易于回收并可循环使用,且循环4次后的产率不低于60%.  相似文献

在酒石酸水溶液中,以醛和2,2-二甲基-1,3-二噁烷-4,6-二酮为原料,通过Knoevenagel缩合和Michael加成反应合成了7种5,5-(苯基亚甲基)双(1,3-二噁烷-4,6-二酮)衍生物,收率为72%~83%,通过NMR、MS(ESI)技术对目标产物进行了结构表征.该工艺为制备5,5-(苯基亚甲基)双(1,3-二噁烷-4,6-二酮)衍生物提供了一种具有反应条件温和、操作简单、环境友好的新方法.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
