TA乳粉对海带生长产量及品质的影响

于１９８９～１９９２年，在大连黑石礁场，用不同浓度ＴＡ乳粉浸海带苗，可在其生长最关键时期充分发挥药效，提高其日生长量及制干率，从而提高产量。处理的海带厚度、宽度及色泽均优于对照，提高了等级率。海带中甘露醇、褐藻酸钠、碘、蛋白质、脂肪、糖、Ｖｃ含量的增加，提高了海带的药用、工业及营养价值，并能提前１０ｄ左右收获。用ＴＡ乳粉１×１０－６（体积百分比浓度）处理１２ｈ及２×１０－６处理２ｈ是达到两高一优的最佳措施。     

电熔再结合镁铬砖的精炼渣浸实验研究

用试样旋转法在１６００℃下实验研究了ＣａＯ－ＳｉＯ２－Ａｌ２Ｏ３－ＭｇＯ－ＣａＦ２（３％）型精炼渣组成对电熔再结合镁铬砖的侵蚀影响，渣浸试样电镜分析的结果表明，随渣碱度（ＣａＯ／ＳｉＯ２）的增大，试样的侵蚀增加；碱度大于１．８时，试样在冷却过程中粉化，由于尖晶石保护层的生成，渣中Ａｌ２Ｏ３含量的增加能减少侵蚀，随渣中ＭｇＯ含量的增加，试样的侵蚀减少，在此基础上，讨论了对提高镁铬砖炉衬有利的炉外精炼     

棉花施用锌肥效果研究

对锌肥在棉田施用效果进行了试验。试验结果表明：施锌肥处理小区比不施锌处理的对照区单株铃数增加１．２－２．２个，平均增产１１．０％；单铃重增加７．７％；衣分增加２．６％，绒长增加２．０％；干物质增加５．５％；棉析体内、Ｎ、Ｐ、Ｋ含量增加０．８％－８．９％。可为合理施用锌肥提供依据。     

氮素形态及配比与大白菜体内硝酸盐的积累

水培结果表明：氮素用量为２１０．６ｍｇ／ｌ时，随ＮＯ３－Ｎ浓度的降低和ＮＨ４－Ｎ浓度的增加，地上干重显著降低，抑制体内硝酸盐、Ｋ、Ｍｇ、Ｃｕ的积累．有利于Ｆｅ、Ｚｎ的积累。随ＮＯ３－Ｎ浓度的降低和ＣＯ（ＮＨ２）２－Ｎ浓度的增加，地上干重有明显的单峰值，抑制体内硝酸盐、Ｍｇ、Ｍｎ的积累，有利于Ｆｅ的积累。在ＮＯ３－Ｎ：ＣＯ（ＮＨ２）－Ｎ为５０：５０（％）时，地上干重最大，并且硝酸盐含量符合绿色大白菜的基本规格。     

复合碱式氯化铝混凝剂的合成及其性能

在盐酸直接酸浸铝矾土制碱式氯化铝的基础上,聚合一定量的Ｆｅ＾３＋和ＳＯ４＾２－,合成复合型碱式氯化铝,其Ａｌ２Ｏ３含量为１０．２％￣１０．８％,Ｆｅ２Ｏ３含量为２．８％￣４．０％,盐基度含量为６４％￣７５％,硫酸根的含量小于３．５％。红外光谱分析和电镜观察结果表明,该复合型碱式氯化铝是一种含多核聚铁及聚铝与氯离子及硫酸根配位的新型无机高分子混凝剂。     

γ-亚麻酸高产菌株的选育

以从土壤中筛选得到的被孢霉菌为出发菌，用紫外线诱变处理，筛选γ－亚麻酸高产变异株，用摇瓶发酵选出其最佳培养基配方。原出发菌株细胞干重２５．０ｇ／Ｌ，油脂含量９．５ｇ／Ｌ，γ－亚麻酸含量５．０％。选出的高产菌株在最佳条件下发酵，细胞干重５０．２ｇ／Ｌ，油脂含量２１．８ｇ／Ｌ，γ－亚麻酸含量８．５％。所得高产菌株具遗传稳定性。发酵油脂具优良特性，适用于保健食品及药品开发。     

S－3307对玉米苗期耐盐性影响的研究

在玉米一叶一心期，分别用自来水、２％ＮａＣｌ、２％ＮａＣｌ＋２０ｍｇ·Ｌ（－１）的Ｓ—３３０７、２％ＮａＣｌ＋３０ｍｇ·Ｌ（－１）的Ｓ—３３０７进行处理，定期观察其形态变化并测定生理指标，结果表明，在盐胁迫条件下用Ｓ－３３０７处理后，其耐盐性有所提高．具体表现为：含水量提高，脯氨酸、丙二醛积累减少，膜透性变小，叶绿素含量增加，渗透压、呼吸强度及形态上均呈规律性变化．     

FeNi合金超细微粒的蒸发冷凝法制备及其微结构

在Ｎ２气氛中，采用蒸发冷凝工艺制备了不同成份的ＦｅＮｉ合金超细微粒．合金超细微粒的平均粒径在一定的Ｎ２气压强范围内，随Ｎ２气压强增加而增大．当Ｎ２气压强大于某一值后，平均粒径随Ｎ２气压强增加呈减小趋势．在相同的Ｎ２气压强下，平均粒径随合金Ｎｉ含量减少而增大．用同一种原材料制备的不同平均粒径的合金超细微粒，其合金成份某本不变，但与原材料相比，超细微粒的Ｎｉ含量有所减少，Ｆｅ含量相应有所增加．合金超微粒的晶面间距随Ｎｉ含量变化而变化．Ｎｉ含量高的超细微粒为γ－ｆｃｃ结构；Ｎｉ含量低的为α’－ｂｅｅ结构和γ－ｆｃｃ结构二相并存．α’－ｂｃｃ相随平均粒径减小明显增强．     

海带保健茶的研究

本文研究了海带经去腥、干燥、粉碎后与茶叶粉、风味剂等混合，制成复合海带保健茶的加工工艺。研究表明，海带经１％酵母在２５－３０℃下脱腥２ｈ后，以海带粉１００份、茶叶粉１００份、风味剂２－３份（均为重量比）比例充分掺和而制成的保健茶，其成品风味独特，口味纯正，含有丰富的氨基酸、维生素、微量元素     

大红枣试管苗生根及移栽的研究

大红枣无根试管苗在不同种类，不同浓度生长素以及在两种生长素不同配比的综合作用下生根的数量和质量不同。ＩＢＡ和ＮＡＡ的生根效应相同，合适的浓度均为０．４×１０－６。ＩＢＡ０．２×１０－６＋ＮＡＡ０．２×１０－６能够有效地提高生根质量。ＩＢＡ０．２×１０－６浸泡移栽基质和ＩＢＡ５００×１０－６蘸根１５～２０ｍｉｎ两种扦插方法都能促进生根成活。在选择试管苗的移栽基质方面，以森林腐殖土∶砂＝３∶１（体积比）或锯沫效果较好     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
