采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理方法计算了单层和体材料二硫化钼(MoS2)的电子能带结构及光学性质.在能带结构计算的基础上,计算了单层和体材料MoS2的介电函数虚部及实部,并导出了单层MoS2的能量损失谱、吸收系数、反射率、折射率和消光系数等.同时给出了体材料及单层MoS2介电函数图像中各峰值与对应的能带带间跃迁之间的关系.所得结果与实验结果及现有的理论结果相符合.  相似文献

为了探究压强对CaO晶体电子结构和光学性质的影响,采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理平面波赝势理论方法对晶体进行了理论计算与分析.优化后所得晶格常数与实验值基本一致.研究结果表明:该晶体属于直接带隙绝缘体,带隙值为4.239 eV,价带顶主要由O-p轨道贡献,导带底由Ca-d轨道贡献.随着压强的增加,介电函数实部和折射率峰值减小,并发生红移,介电函数虚部峰值变大,并发生蓝移,而反射率、吸收系数和能量损失函数的峰值均增大.因此,改变压强可以有效改变CaO的电子结构和光学性质.  相似文献

我们用溶胶凝胶法在Si(100)衬底上制备了(Pb,Ca)TiO3铁电薄膜,测量了其在2.0—5.0eV能量范围的样品的椭偏光谱,并获得在该区间的光学常数谱。实验发现Pb离子被Ca离子取代后,在低能区折射率降低,在高能区折射率增加,并且折射率最大值向低能方向移动;同时随着Ca含量的增加,(Pb,Ca)TiO3的吸收边向低能方向移动,表明Ca离子取代Pb离子后,禁带宽度Eg减小。  相似文献

为了系统深入地研究MoS_2的电子能带结构和光电性质,基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理平面波赝势方法,计算和分析了材料MoS_2的电子结构及其光学性质,给出了MoS_2的能带结构、光吸收谱、电子态密度、能量损失谱、反射谱、介电函数谱等光学性质。计算结果表明:体材料MoS_2的电子跃迁形式是非垂直跃迁,具有间接带隙的半导体材料,带隙宽为1.126 eV;价带和导带的形成是由Mo和S的价电子起作用产生的。通过分析其光学性质,发现MoS_2的介电函数的实部和虚部的峰值都出现在低能区,当光子能量的升高,介电函数值会缓慢降低;材料MoS_2对可见紫外区域的光子具有很强的吸收,最大吸收系数为3.17×105cm~(-1);MoS_2在能量为18.33eV位置出现了共振现象,其它区域内能量的损失值都趋于为0,说明电子之间共振非常微弱。这些光学性质奠定了该材料在制作微电子和光电子器件方面的作用,尤其是在紫外探测器应用方面有着潜在的应用前景,为未来对MoS_2材料的进一步研究提供理论参考。  相似文献

运用Maxwell—Garnett有效介质理论,计算了Ag/阳极氧化铝(AAO)纳米有序阵列复合结构的光学常数(250~2000nm波段),探讨了Ag组分的体积分数对Ag/AAO光学常数的调制作用和Ag纳米粒子的长径比对其表面等离子共振吸收的影响.模拟结果表明,随着Ag组分体积分数的增加,在小于450nm波段,Ag/AAO复合结构的介电函数实部和折射率均逐渐减小,而介电函数虚部和消光系数逐渐增大;在大于450nm波段,Ag/AAO复合结构的介电函数实部、介电函数虚部及折射率均逐渐增大,消光系数则变化较小.模拟结果显示出Ag纳米粒子的长径比与复合结构表面等离子共振吸收峰位有较强的相关性.另外,理论模拟预期透射谱也与实验透射谱变化趋势一致.  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
