Zusammenfassung Pathologische Veränderungen bei Kaninchen, Hunden und Affen nach intrazysternaler Verabreichung von Bakterienendotoxinen sind einander sehr ähnlich, während sie nach i.v. Zusammenfassung Verteilung und Morphologie von Katecholamin-(KA) 5-Hydroxytryptamin-Neuronen im Affengehirn stimmt mit früheren Befunden über das Rattengehirn gut überein. Summary The presence and distribution of human A, B and H isoantigens were demonstrated in Cynomolgus monkey (Macaca fascicularis) by means of red cell adherence test. Although no human antigens were found on primate erythrocytes, various epithelial tissues revealed the presence of A, B or H antigenic substance. The distribution and localization was similar to that found in human tissues. Majority of specimens from each individual animal possessed only 1 human type isoantigen with the exception of the salivary and sweat glands, where all animals showed the presence of H antigen in addition to other specificity, and of Brunner's gland, where all sections reacted positively also for A antigen.  相似文献

Using the indirect immunofluorescence technique and an antiserum against the specific beta subunit of human TSH, selective immunocytochemical staining was localized in a cell population of the pars distalis of the monkey Macaca irus. These thyrotropic cells, which were positive to aldehyde fuchsin, Alcian blue, and PAS, were localized on the one hand in the ventro-medial zone of the pars distalis, especially alongside the large vessels of this region, and on the other in the zona tuberalis, i. e. at the bottom of the pars tuberalis. Some cells, sparsely distributed, were seen in the posterior part of the lateral lobes of the pars distalis, in the vicinity of the pars intermedia. No thyrotropic cells were encountered in pars tuberalis. Pars intermedia and posterior lobe contained no cells immunoreactive to beta-hTSH. In females, the thyrotropic cells were more numerous and larger than in males. Generally the thyrotropic cells were round or oval in shape, sometimes they were polygonal.  相似文献

Summary Cyproterone acetate (1 M) inhibited the binding of labeled testosterone (T) and dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in the caput and cauda epididymides of the rhesus monkey. The same concentration of the anti-androgen failed to inhibit androgen binding in the ductus deferens, prostate and seminal vesicles.The investigation was supported by financial assistance from the Indian Council of Medical Research and the University Grants Commission. Summary The neural tissue of the monkey pineal contains both acetyl and butyryl cholinesterases. Acetylcholinesterase was localized in the cisternae of the nuclear membrane, rough endoplasmic reticulum, on the plasma membrane of the neurones, and on the axolemma of both non-myelinated and myelinated fibres. The enzyme was not found in the axosomatic or axo-dendritic synapses. It is therefore suggested that the pineal neurones have a cholinergic function rather than a cholinoceptive one.This study was supported by the WHO.  相似文献

Summary The infusion of linear somatostatin did not block prolactin release induced by either perphenazine, TRH or serotonin.
