建立RP-HPLC同时测定心肌安颗粒剂中含绿原酸、芍药苷两种有效成分的方法.采用Dia-monsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.2%磷酸水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长230 nm.绿原酸和芍药苷质量浓度分别在20~120μg/mL(r=0.999 9)和30~180μg/mL(r=0.999 8)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,绿原酸和芍药苷平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为99.38%(RSD=0.96%)和99.91%(RSD=0.82%).三批制剂测定结果显示,含绿原酸量为10.36 mg/g(RSD=0.73%),含芍药苷量为8.18 mg/g(RSD=0.58%).本方法快速、准确,重复性好,可用于同时测定心肌安颗粒剂中绿原酸和含芍药苷的量.  相似文献

目的:采用HPLC法测定山西产蒲公英中咖啡酸与绿原酸的含量。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以磷酸(含0.1%磷酸的水溶液)与乙腈的体积比(85∶15)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长322nm。结果:咖啡酸的线性范围为0.8μg/mL~4.0μg/mL(r=0.9966),绿原酸的线性范围0.4μg/mL~2.0μg/mL(r=0.9997);平均回收率:咖啡酸98.73%,RSD为2.49%,绿原酸98.82%,RSD为2.71%。结论:咖啡酸和绿原酸质量分数为0.074%、0.028%,品质优良。  相似文献

采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)的方法对狭叶松果菊组培苗不同部位、愈伤组织以及不同株系毛状根中的松果菊苷和绿原酸进行了含量测定,建立同时测定狭叶松果菊组织培养物中松果菊苷和绿原酸含量的高效液相色谱方法;实验采用Kromasil ODS C18柱,流动相为乙腈∶甲醇∶0.1%磷酸溶液(10∶15∶75);检测波长为330nm。结果表明松果菊苷和绿原酸在0~25μg/mL范围线性关系良好;平均回收率方面松果菊苷为97.6%(RSD=0.83%),绿原酸为98.5%(RSD=0.91%)。该法简便、准确,可作为狭叶松果菊组织培养物中松果菊苷和绿原酸的定量分析方法。  相似文献

应用高效液相色谱法同时测定金芪降糖片的主要活性成分小檗碱和绿原酸的含量.色谱检测条件为Shim-pack ODS C18分离柱(150 mm×2.0 mm,4.6μm),0.1%甲酸-甲醇梯度洗脱,流速0.2 m L/min,检测波长327 nm.结果表明在1.25 20 g/m L范围内,小檗碱和绿原酸含量与色谱峰面积间具有良好线性关系,方法精密度、重现性良好,加样回收率在103%109%(RSD=0.88%4.12%).应用该法检测金芪降糖片中小檗碱和绿原酸的含量分别为(15.33±0.85)mg/kg和(10.88±0.37)mg/kg,实验方法操作简便,测定结果准确,可用于同时检测金芪降糖片中小檗碱和绿原酸含量.  相似文献

建立应用高效液相色谱测定野菊叶中绿原酸及木犀草素-7-O-葡萄糖苷含量的方法.以0.04%磷酸-乙腈为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,梯度洗脱,检测波长355 nm,结果表明绿原酸浓度10-100 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.997;平均回收率为96.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.85%(n=6).木犀草素-7-O-葡萄糖苷浓度1-10 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999;平均回收率为92.6%,RSD为0.63%(n=6).  相似文献

以普通山银花作对照,采用紫外分光光度法,测定"雷雨一号"山银花及其培育亲本叶片和花蕾提取物中绿原酸的吸光值,并根据标准溶液回归曲线计算样品中绿原酸含量.结果表明,绿原酸浓度在0.02~0.10 mg/mL范围内与吸光度线性关系良好(R2=0.999 1);加样回收率平均值为99.98%(n=9),RSD=1.48%;"雷雨一号"、砧木亲本、接穗亲本干燥花蕾绿原酸含量分别为7.69%,4.75%,12.58%,均高于对照药材绿原酸含量4.43%.  相似文献

目的:对贵州产细毡毛忍冬中绿原酸的含量测定研究。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Thermo Accucore XL C_(18)(5μm, 4.6×250 mm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(8∶92),检测波长327 nm,柱温为室温,流速1.0 mL/min,进样体积10μL。结果:绿原酸在4.7376~94.7532 mg/mL浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Y=0.5304X-0.194,R~2=0.9999,平均回收率95.16%,RSD为0.36%,重复性RSD为0.24%,稳定性RSD为0.79%,精密度RSD为0.06%。结论:本方法操作简便,准确,精密度、重现性、稳定性、耐用性良好,可用于细毡毛忍冬中绿原酸的含量测定。  相似文献

为了选出山绿茶的最佳炮制工艺,建立山绿茶中绿原酸和芦丁的含量测定方法,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定山绿茶不同炮制品中绿原酸和芦丁的含量.结果表明,HPLC法能较好地测定山绿茶中绿原酸和芦丁的含量,绿原酸进样量在0.01032~0.6192μg范围内有良好的线形关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率98.86%,RSD为2.54%.芦丁进样量在0.02004~1.2024μg范围内有良好的线形关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率102.31%,RSD为2.17%.该法简便、准确、专属性强,可作为检测山绿茶中绿原酸和芦丁含量的方法.  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
