以全集成MOSFET电流传输器[CCⅡ±]为基础提出了一种积分电路平衡结构,并对其消除非线性因素进行了理论分析。同时提出了相应的基本电路元件的有源RC双T滤波器平衡模式。利用SPICE(Ⅱ)通用模拟电路程序,对以[CCⅡ±]为基础的一个全集成MOSFET-C平衡结构6阶低通切比雪夫滤波器输出电压幅频特性和相频特性进行了仿真分析,得到了实用的结论。  相似文献

研究探讨了不同体外培养条件下牛体外受精胚胎的发育速度及囊胚细胞数,从而了解不同体外培养系统对牛体外受精胚胎质量的影响.实验一中将体外受精卵分别在SOF+牛输卵管上皮细胞(BOEC)和TCM199+BOEC两种培养系统内培养,在这两种培养条件下囊胚发育率分别为22.2%和21.2%,囊胚细胞数分别为113.3±5.0和97.9±8.3,受精后第6~9d的囊胚出现率分别为40.1%a、37.0%、19.2%b、2.7%和13.5%c、32.7%、36.5%d、17.3%(a>c,P<0.01,d>b,P<0.05),表明牛体外受精卵在SOF+BOEC中的发育速度快于在TCM199+BOEC中.实验二中将体外受精卵分别培养于SOF+BOEC、SOF+牛卵丘细胞、SOF+BSA三种培养系统中,结果囊胚发育率分别为35.5%e、29.4%和22.4%f(e>f,P<0.01),囊胚细胞数分别为117.3±8.0g、94.2±9.3和90.2±9.4h(g>h,P<0.05).实验三观察了体外受精胚胎在SOF+BOEC培养条件下发育速度与囊胚细胞数的关系,结果第6~9d的囊胚细胞数分别为110.8±10.2i、128.  相似文献

采用柠檬酸络合的溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米钙钛矿LaMnO3+λ。利用X-射线衍射分析、差热分析,透射电镜,比表面积测定对制备过程中的焙烧温度、pH值、柠檬酸用量、成胶温度及干燥条件等进行了研究。在优化条件下制得的样品(pH0.5、La:Mn:柠檬酸=1:1:6,形成胶体的温度60℃,低温真空干燥后120℃干燥,焙烧温度650℃),能够有效地催化CO还原NO的反应。  相似文献

以过硫酸钾(KPS)-亚硫酸氢钠(NaBS)为引发体系,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)及甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为接枝单体,制得了具有亲水性与疏水性接枝支链交联明胶.用红外光谱确证了产物结构.实验结果表明,当[KPS]=[NaBS]=6×10-3M,[MMA]=6×10-1M,Gelx-g-PMAA=4g,SL=4100,60℃反应5小时,接枝率G%及接枝效率E%均出现最大值.研究了此类两亲性接枝交联明胶的溶胀行为.  相似文献

用半微量相平衡法研究了RECl3-Ser-H2O(RE=Nd,Gd,Yb)在25℃及全浓度范围内的溶度性质。结果表明在这些体系中有6种三元配合物形成:RE(Ser)Cl3·3H2O与RE(Ser)2Cl3·5H2O(RE=Nd,Gd,Yb)。在相平衡结果指导下,制得了20种固态配合物,用化学分析确定了配合物的组成。  相似文献

在水培条件下进行刺槐(Robiniapseudoacacia)、马尾松(Pinusmasoniana)、水杉(Metasequoiaglyptostroboides)种子和幼苗的耐盐性试验。盐浓度为0.0%,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,同时用250×10-6多效唑(MET)测定预处理种子后的耐盐性。结果表明:盐浓度越大,种子发芽势及发芽率越低,简化苗木活力指数(SVIS)越小;MET对种子发芽势、发芽率及SVIS有抑制作用。但盐浓度越大,种子发芽率、SVIS越大;根茎比随盐浓度的增加而降低,MET有增加根茎比值的趋势;幼苗体内游离脯氨酸含量随盐浓度增加而增加,MET能提高脯氨酸的含量;在试验盐浓度下,刺槐、马尾松耐盐能力为0.2%~0.3%,水杉0.1%~0.2%。在沙培条件下,用250×10-6硼酸,0.3%氯化钙和250×10-6MET处理刺槐、湿地松(Pinuseliotii)、侧柏(Platycladusorientalis)种子,其耐盐能力增强。其中,氯化钙处理湿地松效果较好;硼酸处理侧柏效果好,MET处理居中。3种处理对刺槐的耐盐能力影响不大。  相似文献

本文采用淀粉类衍生物作有机多功能酸络合剂的溶液合成法制备纳米钙钛矿La0.8Sr0.2MnO3+x.通过透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等分析手段,研究了在100℃下蒸发、炭化及经400~1300℃不同温度下煅烧3h后的显微结构和相结构变化.结果表明:钙钛矿结构La0.8Sr0.2MnO3+x相的形成温度为500℃,其形成温度低的原因可能是炭化后金属离子与其它离子或基团结合力较弱因而活性高.700℃是比较理想的煅烧温度,由此制得粉体结晶完整,且晶粒细小.晶粒尺寸20nm左右,颗粒尺寸为15~60nm.  相似文献

采用ESG法合成钙钛矿稀土复合氧化物LaMO3(Mx为Ni^3+、Co^3+或Fe^3+)纳米陶瓷薄膜,研究了pH值对柠檬酸与La^3+和M离子络合的影响及 合方式对形成LaMO3的作用,发现LaMO3前驱体凝胶膜对形成陶瓷薄膜有很大影响,慢的干燥速度、预处理温度与烧成温度,慢的干燥速度、预处理温度与烧成温度均有利于形成良好的陶瓷薄膜。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
