氟哌酸注射液的紫外分光光度法测定

本文介绍了一种以0.05mol/L稀盐酸为稀释液,用紫外分光光度计在276nm波长处检测氟哌酸注射液含量的方法和结果。与以0.05mol/L氢氧化钠为稀释液,在272nm波长处检测相比,本方法具有更高的灵敏度。氟哌酸在1～10μg/mL内呈线性关系(r=0.9999);样品测定回收率为99.7％(RSD=0.51％,n=5);最低检出量为0.05μg/mL。     

Dy~（3＋）-氟哌酸-十二烷基苯磺酸钠体系荧光增敏反应的研究及其分析应用

研究发现镝与氟哌酸发生荧光反应,形成荧光络合物,发射配体微扰的中心离子的M*-M型特征荧光.加入表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠生成三元离子缔合物,使体系的荧光与二元体系相比增强14倍.结果表明在最佳试验条件下,Dy3+的浓度在1.0×10-6～1.0×10-5mol/L范围内与体系的荧光强度呈线性关系,当信噪比等于3时,检测限为2.0×10-7mol/L.采用标准加入法测定了合成稀土样品中镝的含量,结果满意.     

电化学氧化-荧光分析法测定药物中利血平的含量

通过电化学氧化利血平,使其生成波长为495 nm的强荧光物质3,4-二去氢利血平,实现了药物中利血平含量的荧光检测.研究结果表明,电化学氧化利血平后产物的荧光强度与样品中的利血平浓度分别在6.00×10-8～2.00×10-6mol/L和2.00×10-6～8.00×10-5mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为3.90×10-8mol/L.该方法用于药物制剂中利血平含量的测定,相对标准偏差小于2.33%(n=5),加标回收率为96.6%～104%.     

阿魏酸荧光熄灭法测定痕量亚硝酸根

在pH 5.0的HAc～NaAc缓冲溶液中,阿魏酸与痕量亚硝酸根反应,使得阿魏酸在激发波长358.0nm,发射波长为450.0nm条件下的荧光强度明显下降,其相对荧光强度在一定范围内与亚硝酸根的浓度呈线性关系,从而建立了荧光熄灭法测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法.方法的线性范围为1.00×10(-6)～8.00×10~(-3)mol/L,检出限为3.47×10~(-7)mol/L.方法已用于环境水样中痕量亚硝酸根的测定,回收率在96.7%～104.5%.     

MTHBM-Ni荧光探针法快速测定氧氟沙星

以2'-(4-甲基-2-噻吩亚甲基)-3,5-二羟基苯甲酰腙镍(MTHBM-Ni) 配合物作荧光探针,用荧光光度法测定了氧氟沙星(OFLX)片中OFLX的含量.实验结果表明,当底液中MTHBM-Ni的加入量为0.8 mL时,OFLX的检出限为0.16 ng/mL,线性范围为(0.003 3～9.45)μg/mL.方法用于OFLX片剂中OFLX的测定,RSD 1.4%(n=6),平均回收率为95.70%.     

防芷鼻炎片质量标准研究

采用薄层色谱法对防芷鼻炎片中的野菊花、防风、胆南星及蒺藜进行定性鉴别,并采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定白芍中芍药苷的含量.HPLC的色谱柱为C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(15:85),检测波长为230nm.鉴别项下薄层图斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰,专属性强.芍药苷含量测定在进样浓度10.4～52.0μg/ml之间呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,回收率为98.73%,RSD=1.93%.本方法简便准确,重现性好,可以用于防芷鼻炎片的质量标准.     

利用选择性重原子增强的固体表面发光技术同时测定痕量吡哌酸和氟哌酸

利用ＳｒＣｌ２和Ｐｂ（Ａｃ）２作为选择性重原子微扰剂，分别诱导出吡哌酸的固体表面延迟荧光和氟哌酸的室温磷光，不经分离直接测定混合样品中的两种药物获得成功。在ｐＨ约１１的条件下测定吡哌酸的线性范围为５×１０－７ｍｏｌ／Ｌ～３×１０－３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，测定氟哌酸的线性范围为３×１０－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ～３×１０－３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。     

消喘贴敷膏剂质量标准研究

为建立消喘贴敷膏剂的质量控制方法,本文采用薄层色谱法对消喘贴敷膏剂中的白芥子、延胡索、细辛、荜茇进行定性分析。采用高效液相色谱法对白芥子的芥子碱硫氰酸盐进行含量测定,色谱柱为Phenomenex Geminin C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.08 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(13∶87,V/V)为流动相,检测波长326 nm,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温25℃,进样量20μL。鉴定结果表明,4味中药斑点清晰,分离较好,阴性对照无干扰。芥子碱硫氰酸盐在0.84~8.4μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均加样回收率(n=6)为99.58%(相对标准偏差为0.37%)。该方法简单快捷、准确可靠,专属性强,可用于消喘贴敷膏剂的质量控制。     

荧光分光光度法测定薏米中的痕量锗

目的以荧光分光光度法为基础建立测定薏米中痕量锗的新方法。方法于0.1 mol/L的HAc~NaAc体系中,在溴代十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)存在下,苯芴酮与锗形成橘红色络合物的最佳条件。结果当络合物的最大荧光峰在524.4 nm,Ge(IV)在1×10-2~1×10-3ng/mL范围内,F符合比耳定律。F=1.067 47C 0.521 0(r=0.995 6),C为Ge(IV)浓度(ng/mL),其标准偏差为2.25%。结论该方法灵敏度高,选择性好,用于薏米中痕量锗的测定,效果良好。     

氟哌酸极谱行为的研究

研究了氟哌酸在多种缓冲液中的极谱行为,发现在pH7的KH_2PO_4—Na_2HPO_4缓冲液中于-1.4V(相对于SCE)左右获得示波极谱的常规波和导数波,其波峰清晰、波形稳定且易于测量。在一定浓度范围内,峰高与浓度之间呈线性关系,对二次导数波线性下限达1×10~(-8)mol/L,通过研究电毛细曲线及温度、扫描速度、表面活性剂、汞压对波高的影响证明此波具有吸附性,循环伏安图和直流极谱对数分析结果表明电极反应是不可逆的,讨论了还原机理。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
