500～1000MHz微波镜象抑制混频组件的研制

介绍一种Ｌ波段微波镜象抑制混频组件的设计和制作．该组件采用先进的微带技术,选用贴片式平衡混频块,结构紧凑．在５００～１０００ＭＨｚ频率范围内,镜象抑制度小于-２６ｄＢ,噪声系数小于３ｄＢ．     

5.28～6.0 GHz高谐波抑制度的十二倍频器

研制５．２８－６．０ＧＨｚ十二倍频器,采用三次和四次倍频级连方法,使本倍频器在－６ｄＢｍ信号输入情况下整个频段内输出功率大于１０ｄＢｍ,功率起伏小于２ｄＢ,谐波抑制度大于４０ｄＢ,介绍了倍频器的设计思路,调试方法和测试结果等。     

数字式微波幅相调整组件的研制

针对微波通信系统和微波定位系统对微波幅度和相位调整的要求，研制了一种高精度数控微波幅度和相位的调整组件．该组件在Ｌ波段，有增益（９．７±０．２）ｄＢ，噪声系数小于２．５ｄＢ，调幅精度为±０．３ｄＢ，调相精度为±２°，较好地满足了微波通信和定位系统对幅相的要求．     

掺铒光纤放大器的实验研究

利用国产１．４８μｍ泵浦ＬＤ和优质掺铒光纤，实验研究了掺铒光纤放大器的基本工作特性和结构设计，研制了了一种掺铒光纤放大器，小信号净增益２８ｄＢ，噪声指数５．１ｄＢ，增益谱宽大于２０ｎｍ，饱和输出功率和最大输出功率分别达４．８ｄＢｍ和１１ｄＢｍ。     

12GHz频段波导传输型FET放大器

本文叙述了应用ＧａＡｓ ＭＥＳ ＦＥＴ直接安装在矩形波导管内，实现波导型二端口场效应晶体管放大的结构；同时，介绍利用Ｓｍｉｔｈ园图进行匹配设计的工程近似法；以及从工程的观点导出噪声系数的转换公式．并把这些结果用于研制１２ＧＨｚ频段ＧａＡｓ ＭＥＳＦＥＴ低噪声波导传输型放大器。当应用国产ＷＣ—６０型砷化镓场效应晶体管（该管用在５０欧微带放大系统时，测得功率增益为９ｄＢ；噪声系数为２．６ｄＢ）制成一级功率增益ＧＰ≥１０ｄＢ；噪声系数ＮＦ≥２ｄＢ的波导传输型前置放大器，     

消泡剂TBP对起泡剂C12E8表面性质的影响

报道了消泡剂ＴＢＰ（Ｔｒｉｂｕｔｙｌｐｈｏｓｐｈａｔｅ）对起泡剂Ｃ１２Ｅ８（Ｏｃｔａｅｔｈｙｌｅｎｅｇｌｙｃｏｌｍｏｎｏｄｏ－ｄｅｃｙｌｅｔｈｅｒ）表面吸附性质和表面弹性的影响．文中通过对理想表面模型－Ｌａｎｇｍｕｉｒ－Ｓｚｙｓｚｋｏｗｓｋｉ吸附等温线和非理想表面模型－Ｆｒｕｍｋｉｎ吸附方程的研究,得出起泡剂Ｃ１２Ｅ８溶液表面吸附－脱附活化能与吸附量有关的结果,并且阐明了Ｃ１２Ｅ８浓度小于ｃｍｃ时消泡剂ＴＢＰ的消泡机理．可以认为ＴＢＰ降低了Ｃ１２Ｅ８的表面吸附量以及表面吸附和脱附活化能,有利于表面张力梯度的修复是通过变形表面下溶液分子的直接吸附,从而削弱其表面弹性,降低泡沫的稳定性     

N_2O氮化n-MOSFET's低温可靠性研究

通过与热氧化ｎ－ＭＯＳＦＥＴ’ｓ 比较,调查了Ｎ２ Ｏ氮化 （Ｎ２ＯＮ） ｎ－ＭＯＳＦＥＴ’ｓ 在最大衬底电流ＩＢ ｍ ａｘ和最大栅电流ＩＧ ｍ ａｘ 应力下的低温热载流子效应．结果表明,Ｎ２ＯＮ 器件在低温就像在室温一样呈现出大大抑制的热载流子应力感应退化的特性;低温下产生的浅能级陷阱增强了器件的退化,Ｎ２ Ｏ 的氮化也大大减少了浅能级陷阱的产生．

苯、甲苯、对二甲苯和间二甲苯在ＨＺＳＭ－５沸石晶内扩散行为采用了活化扩散模型结合非线性程序升温热脱附技术进行了研究，得到扩散活化能（Ｅ）大小顺序是：ＥＢ＜ＥＴ＜Ｅｐ－Ｘ＜Ｅｍ－Ｘ，而且发现从苯到对二甲苯，苯环上每增加一个甲基，Ｅ增加８ｋＪ／ｍｏｌ；常温下扩散系数大小顺序是ＤＢ＞ＤＴ＞Ｄｐ－Ｘ＞Ｄｍ－Ｘ，３５０℃温度时这些Ｄ值近似相等．此外，还发现Ｅ与本征扩散系数存在补偿效应     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
