ZrO2基固体氧离子导体的Y2O3、Gd2O3复合掺杂   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在纳米Y2O3稳定ZrO2粉中,加入不同摩尔分数(0.0-10%)的纳米Gd2O3粉进行复合掺杂.当Y2O3和Gd2O3与ZrO2的摩尔比之和小于8%时,烧结样品为四方相或四方/立方混合相;超过8%,完全为立方相.复合掺杂Y2O3和Gd2O3的ZrO2固体氧离子导体的电导率优于单独由Y2O3稳定的ZrO2固体氧离子导体.当Y2O3和Gd2O3与ZrO2的摩尔比之和为8%-9%时,样品电导率有最大值.在1000℃时,掺3.0%Y2O3和5.0%Gd2O3的1300℃烧样品的电导率为5.1×10-2Scm-1.  相似文献

在纳米ZrO2(3Y)粉中,加入不同摩尔分数(0.0-10%)的纳米Sm2O3粉进行复合掺杂.1300℃烧结样品的致密度在88%以上,Sm2O3掺入量2.0%时有最大致密度,为98.1%.Sm2O3的掺入使样品晶相从四方相向立方相转变,掺入量为5.0%以上时成为立方相.掺1.0%Sm2O3样品电导率稍有下降,掺入量为2.0%时电导率增大,5.0%时达到最大,1000℃电导率为5.2×10 S2cm-1,高于相同条件下8%摩尔氧化钇全稳定立方相氧化锆ZrO2(8Y).  相似文献

通过简单的水热反应,结合煅烧工艺制备了不同掺杂浓度(摩尔比0%-8%)的系列Ag-In_2O_3纳米颗粒。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对制备的样品形貌和物相进行分析,并对其进行了甲醛气敏性能测试。实验结果表明:得到的粉体为形貌不规则的纳米颗粒;未掺杂的样品为立方相In_2O_3,掺杂的样品为单质Ag和立方相In_2O_3的混合物;4%掺杂的Ag-In_2O_3对应的传感器对甲醛的气敏性能最好。文章简单分析了样品的生长机理,并用Wolkenstein’s模型解释了样品对甲醛的敏感机理。  相似文献

为建立参附注射液的紫外—可见、红外、物理指纹图谱测定方法,采用紫外—可见分光光度计对样品进行全波长扫描,得到紫外—可见指纹图谱,运用物理方法构建参附注射液8个参数组成的对照物理指纹谱,以雷达图直观展现,并规定其参数范围,用3批效期外样品进行验证;红外指纹图谱分别以各参附注射液样品红外指纹图谱为标准,计算其他样品相对于该标准样品的共有峰率和变异峰率,并按照共有峰率的大小建立不同的序列.实验结果显示,效期内8批参附注射液紫外—可见指纹图谱吸光度值应分别同时满足297nm(0.330~0.460)、269nm(0.587~0.734)、243nm(0.520~0.630);红外指纹图谱双指标序列中的共有峰率为54.83%~91.67%,变异峰率为0.00%~52.94%;8批效期内参附注射液的物理指纹图用雷达图规定其参数范围后,3批效期外样品8个参数基本不在其参数范围内.验证得出,3批效期外参附注射液紫外—可见、红外和物理指纹图谱都不符合要求.实验结果表明,建立的参附注射液指纹图谱方法可用于评价参附注射液药品的质量及稳定性.  相似文献

研究毛细管电泳-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱联用技术应用于大鼠血浆中镁元素形态分析的新方法,并对游离态的镁进行表征.实验优化条件为:融熔毛细管120cm×100μm(LD-);缓冲溶液50mmol/LNaAc-HAc(pH=5.5);电泳电压20kV.在该条件分析大鼠血浆样品中Mg的形态主要有7种,通过标准Mg的迁移时间及加标后迁移时间定位表征血浆样品中游离镁的形态峰,各形态迁移时间RSD%3%,峰面积定量血浆样品中游离镁的含量为14.0mg/L,RSD%5%.采用以上联用技术对大鼠血浆样品中游离镁进行了加标回收测定,其加标回收率为95.8%-103.8%.  相似文献

采用微波消解对土壤样品中的氮进行前处理,用纳氏试剂分光光度法测定总氮,发现微波消解最佳条件为:用2 mL浓H2SO4和1 mL HF,于0.2 Mpa下保持3 min,0.5 MPa下保持2 min,0.7 MPa下保持5 min;方法的检出限为0.003 4 mg/L,相对标准偏差RSD为6.7%,加标回收率为85.90%~114.5%,与半微量凯氏定氮法比较的相对误差为-1.16%。说明微波消解法消化土壤样品测定总氮,具有简便、快速、精密度与准确度较高等优点。  相似文献

为了更好地改善2,3-二羟甲基-2,3-二硝基-1,4-丁二醇四硝酸酯(2,3-bis(hydroxymethyl)-2,3-dinitro-1,4-butanediol tetranitrate,BHDBT)的某些性能,通过2,4,6-三硝基甲苯(2,4,6-trinitrotoluene,TNT)对BHDBT进行包覆研究了其对BHDBT性能的影响。以BHDBT为主体,采用溶液水悬浮法,分别与质量分数为3%、8%和10%的TNT混合得到样品1,2,3,对混合前后样品进行差示扫描量热法(Differential scanning calorimetry,DSC)和热重分析(Thermogravimetric analysis,TG)测试。比较结果发现,样品1和样品2的热安定略有降低,样品3的热安定性略有提高,且3种样品的分解热均显著提高,分解残渣均增加。用扫描电子显微镜(Scanning electron microscope,SEM)和激光粒度仪进行分析,发现样品1的粒度变化不显著,样品2和3的颗粒明显变大。机械感度测试结果表明,样品3与BHDBT相比,撞击感度有下降的趋势,而样品1和2没有显著变化;3种样品的摩擦感度均与BHDBT相同。  相似文献

以四川盆地南缘习水骑龙村剖面的上奥陶统—下志留统五峰-龙马溪组页岩气储层为例,探讨黑色页岩的孔隙大小特征与气体赋存的相关性。运用氮气吸附法对储层的微观孔隙进行定量测定,通过扫描电镜对页岩孔隙的微观特征进行定性分析,再结合页岩有机碳含量、Si/Al比值,对页岩的孔隙结构特征进行表征:(1)在排除SiO2质量分数>70%的页岩样品(孔隙主要以>1μm的宏孔为主)基础上,SiO2质量分数≤70%的页岩样品的孔隙中3~10nm的微孔,占孔隙总体积的50%~83%(平均值为71%),占比表面积的范围为86%~97%(平均值为94%);(2)甲烷吸附量、Si/Al和有机碳含量分别与3~10nm微孔的孔隙体积、比表面积成明显的正相关。综合表明四川盆地南缘五峰-龙马溪组页岩中孔隙<10nm的微孔才是主要气体存储空间。  相似文献

本文提出一个库仑滴定铀的新方法,样品经浓HCl和浓H_2So_4分解并用H_2O_2氧化其它价态的铀为六价。在6MH_2SO_4,0.1MTl~ ,0.5MTi~(4 )底液中用铂网电极为工作电极,先后电生Ti~(3 )和Tl~(3 )以库仑回滴定法测定铀,对标准铀溶液滴定结果为,毫克量铀,误差在±0.1%以下,微克量铀,误差在 0.4%左右,样品分析结果与重量法相符,但测定快速的多。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
