研究了在稀硫酸介质中,痕量碘离子对亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化百里香酚蓝的阻抑作用,建立了测定痕量碘离子的阻抑动力学光度分析的新方法.测定碘离子的线性范围为:0~0.32μg/mL,检出限为8.96×10-8g/mL.用于药品中的微量碘的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

在酸性条件下,铜(Ⅱ)可催化空气氧化碘化钾生成碘,但当铜(Ⅱ)的质量浓度小于0.5μg/25 mL时有阻抑作用.利用铜(Ⅱ)对反应的阻抑作用建立测定痕量铜的动力学光度法,该方法的检出限量为0.005 3μg/L,线性范围为0~2.0μg/L.用于测定人发中的痕量铜(Ⅱ),结果满意.  相似文献

研究了HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中痕量钌(Ⅲ)催化高碘酸钾氧化邻苯二酚紫的褪色反应问题,确定了最佳反应条件,给出了动力学光度法测定痕量钌的新方法。方法的线性范围为0.05~0.625μg/25mL,检出限为7.8×10^-10g/mL。八次平行测定0.500μg/25mL钌(Ⅲ)的相对标准偏差为2.6%。试验了共存离子对催化反应的影响,发现常见的离子均不干扰测定。方法可用于矿区废水痕量钌(Ⅲ)的测定。  相似文献

在硫酸介质中,基于痕量对苯二胺对类Fenton试剂氧化罗丹明B褪色反应有强烈的催化作用,据此建立了一种动力学光度法测定痕量对苯二胺新方法。考察了各种因素对测定方法灵敏度的影响。在最佳实验条件下,方法的线性范围为0.16~0.56μg/mL,检出限为0.03μg/mL。该方法用于环境水样中对苯二胺的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
