法定计量检定机构出具的证书和检定结果通知书是对检定、校准、检测(检验)结果的权威体现,是具有第三方公正性、为社会所信麓.对政府负责的技术文件.     

计量检定原始记录的做法及注意事项

计量检定是一项科学而严谨的工作,从检定、校准原始记录到证书的出具,每一个环节绝不允许马虎和弄虚作假,真实有据、完整可靠、准确详实是对原始记录最基本的要求。检定原始记录是整个计量检定过程和检定结果信息的真实记录,是被检计量器具的测量值真实反映,是对检定结果提供客观依据的文件,作为检定过程及检定结果的原始凭证,也是编制证书或报告的基础并在必要时再现检定的重要依据,更能体现工作质量和检测水平。因此,计量检定人员要在检定过程中如实地记录检定时所测量的实际数据。如果检定原始记录不全面,从而导致检定校准结果的可信度降低,为事后查验和对检定结果的确认带来诸多不便,严重者可导致对检定数据无法追溯。计量检定原始记录要保证原始记录的规范和数据处理的准确,应做好以下几点：

该项目主要研究编制软件实现对电测量（高压高阻箱、数字多用表、指示仪表）的自动检定/校准及管理;采用当前国际通行的观点和方法,编制软件计算评定电测量各点等精度测量不确定度;首次启用了统计应用软件应用于计量领域,使用控制图来监视电测量设置点的变化,将控制理论和实际应用有效地结合.     

接触网几何参数测量仪检定台架的设计

为校准接触网几何参数测量仪设计了检定台架,由模拟接触线组件和模拟钢轨组件2部分组成,可测量模拟接触线高度和拉出值等接触网关键参数。通过对检定台架相关参数的测量不确定度的评定,表明该检定台架可以校准和检定准确度为1级的测量仪。实际应用证明,该台架结构稳固、性能可靠。     

X射线衍射仪角度校准的光学新方法

目前X射线衍射仪(XRD)的角度检定和校准测试主要依据JJG 629—1989《多晶X射线衍射仪检定规程》和JB/T 9400—2010《X射线衍射仪技术条件》等技术文件,具体方法是采用光学经纬仪或多面棱体等进行测试,该测量方法实际应用中存在一定难度,其次测量间隔较大,不能很好反映真实的角度误差规律.为此,提出了利用θ角和2θ角同轴并可独立运动的特点,组合采用光电自准直仪和小角度激光干涉仪等仪器,设计了一种新的XRD的角度校准方法,它能够自动快速地连续测量角度,取k=2时,扩展不确定度约1.2″.使用该方法测试能够精确得到θ和2θ轴的误差数据,可用于修正XRD测角误差,提高XRD测试精度.该方法也适用于同步辐射等大型衍射系统等其他需要角度校准的情况.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
