为寻找具有生理活性的Troponoids,选择3-乙酰基Zhuo酚酮1和2-乙酰基-7-甲胺基Zhuo酮6与3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲醛等取代醛反应得到缩合产物2-5,7-9;缩合产物3-(3,4,5-三甲氧基)肉桂酰基Zhuo酚酮2和3-(3,4-亚甲二氧基)肉桂酰基Zhuo酚酮4与羟氨和苯肼进行缩合成环得以苯乙烯基取代的缩杂环Zhuo酮化合物10-13;化合物1与3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲醛在原甲酸三乙酯和高氯酸存在下反应一步得到2-(3,4,5-三甲氧基)苯基-4,9-二氢环庚并吡喃-4,9-二酮14。以上化合物2-5,7-14的结构经光谱分析和元素分析予以证实。  相似文献

以3-乙酰基酚酮(1)为原料,与自制的苯基三甲基三溴化胺在四氢呋喃中反应2h后,加水稀释得到甲基上单溴化产物3-(2-溴代乙酰基)酚酮(2)。化合物(2)与取代苯甲醛类化合物(3a-i)在以甲醇为溶剂的条件下,于冰水浴中滴加氢氧化钠溶液,反应3h闭环,酸化后即得类黄酮型缩杂环酮的一系列化合物(4a—i),其中4b—4f是未见报道的新化合物。所有化合物的结构通过红外光谱、液相色谱分析及物理常数的测定得以证实。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
