红树老鼠簕来源真菌Talaromyces flavus TGGP35次级代谢产物及其抗氧化活性

为从Talaromyces属中分离获得更多生物活性显著的次级代谢产物,本文对一株药用红 树老鼠簕（Acanthus ilicifolius L.）来源真菌Talaromyces flavus TGGP35的次级代谢产物及其抗氧化 活性进行了研究。综合运用正相硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析、半制备HPLC、薄层色 谱 TLC 等色谱分离方法,对该菌发酵产物乙酸乙酯粗浸膏部位进行系统分离纯化;综合利用 1DNMR、MS等波谱方法鉴定化合物的结构;采用抗氧化活性模型对化合物进行生物活性评价。从 内生真菌T. flavus TGGP35中分离得到7个单体化合物,分别为physcion（1）,paeciloxanthone（2）, 5-［（3E,5E）-3,5-nonadienyl］-1,3-benzenediol（3）,trans-ferulic acid（4）,3,4-二甲氧基甲苯 （5）,对羟基苯甲醛（6）和对羟基苯乙酮（7）。从Talaromyces属真菌中分离鉴定了7个次级代谢产 物,抗氧化活性测试结果表明,化合物6具有显著的抗氧化活性,其IC50值为0.12 mmol/L,强于阳性 对照trolox（IC50值为0.23 mmol/L）     

一株真菌所产环缩酚酸肽类化合物的分离和鉴定

对一株真菌ZME及其所产的次级代谢产物进行分离鉴定。通过形态观察和ITS测序对真菌ZME进行菌株鉴定,并对其发酵液上清液和菌丝体分别用乙酸乙酯和甲醇萃取;萃取后的有机试剂粗提物经硅胶柱层析和半制备HPLC分离纯化;纯化后的各组分利用光谱分析进行结构解析。结果表明,真菌ZME初步判断属于Beauveria felina。对这株真菌次级代谢物结构解析,共鉴定5个化合物Isaridin B、Isaridin A、Roseocardin、Roseotoxin B和Destruxin B,这5个化合物均为环缩酚酸肽类化合物,其中Roseocardin具有抗细菌活性。     

南沙石珊瑚来源真菌Aspergillus terreus SCAU139的聚酮类代谢产物研究

为了从海洋来源真菌的次生代谢产物中寻找抗植物病原真菌药物先导结构,采用PCR扩增技术对一株南沙石珊瑚来源真菌进行种属鉴定,运用柱色谱分离方法和波谱分析手段分离鉴定该菌株的次级代谢产物,并结合滤纸片扩散法测试单体化合物的抗菌活性。菌株鉴定为Aspergillus terreus,从其代谢产物中分离鉴定出7个已知化合物,分别为4-hydroxy-3-（3-methyl-2-buten-1-yl）-benzaldehyde（1）、terrein（2）、4-hydroxybenzaldehyde（3）,monacolin K（4）、butyrolactone I（5）、pernolide D（6）、hydroxysulochrin（7）,以上单体化合物对苹果黑点致病菌Alternaria alternate和菠萝黑心致病菌Curvularia australiensis的生长无明显抑制效果。石珊瑚来源真菌的次级代谢产物含有多种结构类型的聚酮类化合物。     

一株红树内生真菌Nigrospora sp. 中次级代谢产物及其细胞毒活性研究

 对采自湛江红树林内生真菌Nigrospora sp.的次级代谢产物进行了首次研究。利用硅胶柱层析、制备薄层层析和重结晶等方法,从该菌培养液的乙酸乙酯相中分离得到3个聚酮类次级代谢产物,运用现代波谱技术鉴定其结构分别为Griseofulvin（1）,Vermixocin B (2)和Tenellic acid A (1)。化合物1的立体结构还通过X射线单晶衍射进一步得以确定。体外细胞毒活性测试表明,化合物1对人口腔表皮样癌（鳞癌）细胞KB,人口腔鳞癌多药耐药细胞KBV200,和人肺腺癌细胞A549的细胞毒活性IC₅₀分别为8.23, 9.10和14.26 μmol/L。     

海绵共附生真菌Penicillium sp.YZ-7的次级代谢产物

为寻找抗污损活性先导化合物,通过硅胶柱层析和Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析对海绵共附生真菌Penicillium sp.YZ-7次级代谢产物的化学成分进行分离,借助现代波谱学技术(NMR、MS、IR等)及文献数据确定分离得到的化合物,并以海洋污损细菌为抗污损活性筛选模型对化合物进行抗污损活性初步评价.从真菌Pe...     

真菌Alternaria sp.XZSBG-1的四氢蒽醌类次级代谢产物

采用硅胶、C-18反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱及高效液相色谱技术对真菌Alternaria sp.XZSBG-1的次级代谢产物进行系统研究;采用波谱分析及与文献比对等方法鉴定化合物结构;采用MTT法和比色法进行抗肿瘤和酶抑制活性筛选。结果从真菌Alternaria sp.XZSBG-1的发酵物中分离得到8个四氢蒽醌类化合物,分别鉴定为Alterporriol F'(1)、Alterporriol G'(2)、Alterporriol F(3)、Alterporriol G(4)、Altersolanol A(5)、Altersolanol F(6)、Tetrahydroaltersolanol B(7)和Tetrahydroaltersolanol D(8);活性测试结果表明仅化合物6对结肠癌细胞株(HCT-116)和子宫癌细胞株(Hela)具有明显抑制活性,IC50值分别为3.026和8.094μmol/L。     

南海海洋真菌Penicillium sp.次级代谢产物再研究

 重新研究南海海洋真菌Penicillium sp. 386的次级代谢产物,运用硅胶柱层析、制备薄层层析和重结晶等方法,从中分离鉴定了9个单体化合物,包括3个神经酰胺类化合物 (1,2,3),3个环二肽类化合物 (4,5,6),2个甾醇类 (7,8)和1个结构新颖的生物碱化合物 (9)。其中化合物1个结构是通过乙酰化,水解等化学方法以及NMR、GC-MS等技术得以确定。化合物9的结构主要通过波谱方法得以确定的,尤其是2D NMR,最后有单晶X射线测定得以证实。     

红树内生真菌BYY-1中一个酚类化合物的分离鉴定与抗肿瘤活性

采用硅胶柱层析、薄层层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析从红树内生真菌BYY-1的次级代谢产物中分离到化合物B1.通过乙酰化、NMR、HR ESI-Q-TOF MS等技术鉴定了化合物B1的结构,确定其为首次从红树内生真菌中分离到的化合物.运用MTT法和流式细胞术研究了化合物B1的抗肿瘤活性,结果表明,化合物B1可显...     

红树林内生真菌Paecilomyces sp．（treel—7）蒽醌类代谢产物研究

红树林内生真菌Paecilomyces sp．（treel-7）采自红树植物秋茄树皮,在实验室150L规模下静置培养．反复进行硅胶,Sephadex LH-20柱层析．通过1D,2DNMR和EI—MS等手段鉴定5个蒽醌类化合物和2个甾体类代谢产物的结构．通过MTT法测试5个蒽醌类化合物有抑制鼻咽癌细胞（KB,KBv）的活性,结果显示葸醌类化合物1-5对鼻咽癌细胞有不同程度的抑制活性．     

海百合Comanthina schlegeli共附生真菌Alternaria brassicae 93次级代谢产物研究

利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析和高效液相色谱(HPLC)等方法对采自湛江海百合共附生真菌Alternaria brassicae 93的次级代谢产物进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质、波谱数据以及与文献数据对照的方法确定化合物的结构。从海百合共生真菌Alternaria brassicae 93的次级代谢产物中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为clavatol(1)、3R,14S-ochratoxin A(2)、3R,14S-ochratoxin B(3)、chaetoquadrin F(4)、ent-cycloechinulin(5)。化合物1,2,3,4,5,均为首次从海洋真菌中得到。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
