千里香[ Murraya paniculata (L.)Jack]枝叶晒干、甲醇浸泡提取,对乙酸乙酯萃取部分用 硅胶柱层析、凝胶柱层析等分离手段进行分离。从千里香中分离得到6个化合物,经核磁共振波谱 鉴定其结构为 indazole(1 1)、5,3''-dihydroxy-7,8,4''-trimethoxyflavone(2 2)、3,5,7,8,3'',4'',5''- heptamethoxyflavone(3 3)、5-hydroxy-3,7,8,3'',4'',5''-hexamethoxyflavone(4 4)、3,5,6,7,3'',4'',5''- heptamethoxyflavonol(5 5)、exoticin(6 6),其中化合物1 1和2 2从九里香属植物中首次分离得到。  相似文献

风干粉碎后的红姜花(Hedychium coccineum)根茎用工业甲醇浸提,甲醇浸提物用乙酸 乙酯-水萃取。采用多种分离技术(硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20、RP-18柱层析、HPLC)分离乙酸 乙酯浸膏中的化学成分,通过NMR等方法对所得的化合物进行结构鉴定。共鉴定6个黄酮类化合 物,分别是 5-hydroxy-3,7,4’-trimethoxyflavone (1)、3,5-dihydroxy-7,4’-dimethoxyflavone (2)、 kaempferol-4’-O-methylether (3)、ermanin (4)、dihydrokaempferide (5)、aromadendrin-7,4''-dimethyl ether (6)。均为首次从红姜花中分离得到。  相似文献

石油醚萃取生漆后,用硅胶、MCI和ODS等多种分离填料进行三烯漆酚的分离制备,纯化的单体以H-NMR、3C-NMR和高分辨质谱鉴定结构.结果表明,石油醚可萃取得到大量漆酚,硅胶柱分离以石油醚-乙酸乙酯(V(石油醚)∶V(乙酸乙酯)=30∶1~10∶1)为洗脱溶剂进行粗分,MCI和ODS分离以甲醇-水(甲醇体积分数90%)为流动相进行纯化,最后得到较高纯度的单体漆酚(质量分数达96%),经鉴定为一种三烯漆酚,3-(8′Z,11′E,13′Z-pentadecatrienyl) catechol.  相似文献

目的:对松科(Pinaceae)华山松(Pinu sarmandii Franch.)松塔的化学成分进行研究,以期寻找活性成分。方法:松塔的乙醇冷浸提取浸膏,依次用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,分别得到石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇的萃取物。氯仿和正丁醇萃取物用正、反相色谱法,MCI、Pharmadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱法和HPLC法分离,分离得到6个化合物。结果:根据理化性质和利用NMR、ESI—MS等波谱技术鉴定化合物结构,鉴定了其中的4个化合物:异海松烷(Ⅰ);Dehydroabietic acid(Ⅱ);β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ);β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ)。结论:其中化合物Ⅰ~Ⅱ为首次从该种植物中分离得到。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
