将正态变异引入到思维进化计算中, 提出了一种新的基于正态变异的思维进化计算.在算法中采取了自适应策略.试验结果表明该算法具有高效的收敛速度, 并能收敛到全局最优点.与遗传算法(Genetic Algorithm, GA)和传统的思维进化计算(Mind Evolutionary Computation, MEC)进行比较分析, 该算法收敛速度更快, 收敛率更高.  相似文献

The concepts of Rough Decision Support System (RDSS) and equivalence matrix are introduced in this paper. Based on a rough attribute vector tree (RAVT) method, two kinds of matrix computation algorithms— Recursive Matrix Computation (RMC) and Parallel Matrix Computation (PMC) are proposed for rules extraction, attributes reduction and data cleaning finished synchronously. The algorithms emphasize the practicability and efficiency of rules generation. A case study of PMC is analyzed, and a comparison experiment of RMC algorithm shows that it is feasible and efficient for data mining and knowledge-discovery in RDSS.  相似文献

Green tides have occurred in the Yellow Sea successively from 2007 to 2011. Genetic analysis of the 5-year green-tide-forming algae needs to be performed to determine the source of the biomass and understand the mechanism of the green tide blooms. In this study, free-floating green algae were collected at different sites in the Yellow Sea in 2010 and 2011. Data on 182 free-floating samples and 155 attached Ulva samples from previous studies on the Yellow Sea green tides from 2007 to 2009 were also taken into consideration. Morphology observation and molecular phylogenetic analyses indicated that the Yellow Sea green tides were dominated by a single species, Ulva prolifera, from 2007 to 2011. Considering that at least five Ulva species inhabit the north coast of China, the unialgal composition of the green tides implied that (1) there may be some special physiology and propagation pathways of U. prolifera for its rapid expansion, (2) the mechanisms of the Yellow Sea green tide formation were similar for the last five years, and (3) the intra-species genetic variation and population structure of U. prolifera need to be studied to determine the exact origin of the bloom-forming biomass.  相似文献

In accordance with the specific deployment way of infrastructure and data exchanging technology in the Internet of vehicles(IoV),the acquiring and calculating method for three basic traffic flow parameters in IoV scenarios,including traffic flow,speed and density,was researched.Considering the complexity of traffic flow and fuzziness of human thinking,fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm based on the genetic algorithm(GA-FCM) was adopted in soft classification of urban road traffic conditions.Genetic algorithm(GA) introduced into fuzzy clustering could avoid fuzzy c-means(FCM) algorithm converging to the local infinitesimal point,which made the cluster result more precise.By means of computer simulation,data exchanging environment in IoV was imitated,and then test data set was divided into four parts.The simulation indicates that the identification method is feasible and effective for urban road traffic conditions in IoV scenarios.  相似文献

A set of recombinant inbred lines (RIL) derived from Yuyu22, an elite hybrid widespread in China, was used to construct an immortalized F2 (IF2) population comprising 441 different crosses. Genetic linkage maps were constructed containing 10 linkages groups with 263 simple sequence repeat (SSR) molecular markers. Twelve and ten quantitative trait loci (QTL) were detected for plant height in the IF2 and RIL populations respectively, using the composite interval mapping method, and six same QTL were identified in the two populations. In addition, ten unique heterotic loci (HL) located on seven different chromosomes were revealed for plant height using the mid-parent heterosis as the input data. These HL explained 1.26%―8.41% of the genotypic variance in plant height heterosis and most expressed overdominant effects. Only three QTL and HL were located in the same chromosomal region, it implied that plant height and its heterosis might be controlled by two types of genetic mechanisms.  相似文献

The Ordovician radiation is the earliest and most important biodiversification event in the evolution of the Paleozoic Evolutionary Fauna (PEF), when the basic framework of PEF was established. The radiation underwent a gradual, protracted process spanning more than 40 million years and was marked by several diversity maxima of the PEF. Case studies conducted on the Upper Yangtze Platform (South China Palaeoplate) showed that the Ordovician radiation was characterized by drastic increases in a- and b-diversity in various groups of organisms. During the radiation, brachiopods, trilobites, and graptolites of the PEF became more diverse to dominate over the Cambrian Evolutionary Fauna (CEF) in all marine environments. At either global or regional scales, however, the Ordovician radiation was highly heterogeneous in time and space, and the rate and pattern of radiation exhibited by di?erent major fossil groups were also variable.  相似文献

This paper focuses on a new optimization problem, which is called “The Multiple Container Packing Problem (MCPP)” and proposes a new evolutionary approach for it. The proposed evolutionary approach uses “Adaptive Link Adjustment Evolutionary Algorithm (ALA-EA)” as a basic framework and it incorporates a heuristic local improvement approach into ALA-EA. The first step of the local search algorithm is to raise empty space through the exchange among the packed items and then to improve the fitness value through packing unpacked items into the raised empty space. The second step is to exchange the packed items and the unpacked items one another toward improving the fitness value. The proposed algorithm is compared to the previous evolutionary approaches at the benchmark instances (with the same container capacity) and the modified benchmark instances (with different container capacity) and that the algorithm is proved to be superior to the previous evolutionary approaches in the solution quality.  相似文献

Genetic variation is generally believed to be important in studying endangered species’ adaptive potential.Early studies assessed genetic diversity using nearly neutral markers,such as microsatellite loci and mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA),which are very informative for phylogenetic and phylogeographic reconstructions.However,the variation at these loci cannot provide direct information on selective processes involving the interaction of individuals with their environment,or on the capability to resist continuously evolving pathogens and parasites.The importance of genetic diversity at informative adaptive markers,such as major histocompatibility complex(MHC) genes,is increasingly being realized,especially in endangered,isolated species.Small population size and isolation make the golden snub-nosed monkey(Rhinopithecus roxellana) particularly susceptible to genetic variation losses through inbreeding and restricted gene flow.In this study,we compared the genetic variation and population structure of microsatellites,mtDNA,and the most relevant adaptive region of the MHC II-DRB genes in the golden snub-nosed monkey.We examined three Chinese R.roxellana populations and found the same variation patterns in all gene regions,with the population from Shennongjia population,Hubei Province,showing the lowest polymorphism among three populations.Genetic drift that outweighed balancing selection and the founder effect in these populations may explain the similar genetic variation pattern found in these neutral and adaptive genes.  相似文献

Gene expression mieroarray data can be used to classify tumor types.We proposed a new procedure to classify human tumor samples based on mieroarray gene expressions by using a hybrid supervised learning method called MOEA WV(Multi-Objective Evolutionary Algorithm Weighted Voting).MOEA is used to search for a relatively few subsets of informative genes from the high-dimensional gene space,and WV is used as a classification tool.This new method has been applied to predicate the subtypes of lymphoma and outcomes of medulloblastoma.The results are relatively accurate and meaningful compared to those from other methods.  相似文献

This paper presents a method for the generation of satisfied strange attractor images, which is based on the idea of Genetic Algorithm and is realized by adding a controller to a chaotic system.The principle of the method is introduced. Some problems which exist in genetic algorithm's parameter optimization are discussed in detail. Finally, the effectiveness of the method for finding pretty strange attractors is verified.
