Extraction and separation of nickel and cobalt from saprolite laterite ore were studied by using a method of microwave-assisted hydrothermal leaching and chemical deposition. The effects of leaching temperature and time on the extraction efficiencies of Ni2+ and Co2+ were investigated in detail under microwave conditions. It is shown that the extraction efficiencies of Ni2+ and Co2+ from the ore pre-roasted at 300℃ for 5 h were 89.19% and 61.89% when the leaching temperature and time were about 70℃ and 60 min, respectively. For the separation process of Ni and Co, the separation of main chemical components was performed by adjusting the pH values of sulfuric leaching solutions using a NaOH solution based on the different pH values of precipitation for metal hydroxides. The final separation efficiencies of Ni and Co were 77.29% and 65.87%, respectively. Furthermore, the separation efficiencies of Fe of 95.36% and Mg of 92.2% were also achieved at the same time.  相似文献

为实现生石灰的高附加值利用,采用水浸氯化铵与生石灰的焙烧熟料提取氧化钙,考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间及铵矿物质量的比对生石灰中氧化钙提取率的影响.通过正交试验,确定了最佳提取氧化钙焙烧条件.研究结果表明:最佳的焙烧工艺为焙烧温度250℃,焙烧时间90min,铵矿物质的量比2.2∶1,此时,氧化钙的提取率可达97.26%.利用差热法进行了机理分析,结果表明氯化铵焙烧生石灰过程总体分三个化学反应步骤.  相似文献

由于高镍铜阳极泥是典型的难处理铜阳极泥,故以高镍铜阳极泥为原料,考察了温度、时间、液固比等因素对贱金属硒、铜和镍脱除效果的影响.研究结果表明,经过两次焙烧和浸出,可脱除995%的硒、997%的铜、9335%的镍和浸出9876%的银,且金从193g·t-1富集到1820g·t-1,增加了8~9倍.第一段焙烧和浸出条件:温度650℃、焙烧时间1h、酸泥质量比12、浸出温度55℃、浸出时间1h、液固质量比6.第二段焙烧和浸出条件:焙烧温度500℃、焙烧时间3h、酸泥质量比12、浸出温度55℃、液固质量比6、浸出时间1h.经过预处理之后,阳极泥的量减少为原来的1126%,大大提高了后续回收工序中的设备处理能力.  相似文献

The recovery of valuable metals from complex sulfide concentrates was investigated via chlorination roasting followed by water leaching. A reaction process is proposed on the basis of previous studies and the results of our preliminary experiments. During the process, various process parameters were studied, including the roasting temperature, the addition of NH4Cl, the roasting time, the leaching time, and the liquid-to-solid ratio. The roasted products and leach residues were characterized by X-ray diffraction and vibrational spectroscopy. Under the optimum condition, 95% of Ni, 98% of Cu, and 88% of Co were recovered. In addition, the removal of iron was studied in the water leaching stage. The results demonstrate that this process provides an effective approach for extracting multiple metals from complex concentrates or ores.  相似文献

本文研究了硫脲法浸取硫化金矿的最佳条件、回收方法和硫脲的循环使用等问题。原矿经磨细,焙烧,用稀酸预浸出铜后,在常温,硫脲浓度10克/斤,硫酸铁浓度3.3克/升,pH值为1-2条件下,浸取两小时可以得到接近100%的浸取率。选用钢屑回收浸取液中的金,回收率大于96%,且硫脲不受损失。实验发现,硫脲可以多次循环使用,这样可以部分解决硫脲法浸金过程中硫脲消耗量大的问题。  相似文献

Nickel was recovered from nickel laterite using a sulfation-roasting-leaching process and the effects of operation parameters including acid addition, roasting temperature, and roasting time on nickel extraction and iron dissolution were investigated using response surface methodology (RSM). Two second-order polynomial models of high significance were presented to show the relationship between the responses and the variables. The analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed high coefficients of determination (R2) of 0.894 and 0.980 for the two models, respectively. Optimum areas of ≥ 80% Ni extraction and ≤ 5% Fe dissolution were obtained by the overlaid contours. Verification experiments in the optimum areas were conducted and the results indicate a close agreement with the predicted values obtained from the models.  相似文献

The extraction of vanadium from high calcium vanadium slag was attempted by direct roasting and soda leaching. The oxidation process of the vanadium slag at different temperatures was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The effects of roasting temperature, roasting time, Na2CO3 concentration, leaching temperature, leaching time, and liquid to solid ratio on the extraction of vanadium were studied. The results showed that olivine phases and spinel phases in the vanadium slag were completely decomposed at 500 and 800℃, respectively. Vanadium-rich phases were formed at above 850℃. The leaching rate of vanadium reached above 90% under the optimum conditions:roasting temperature of 850℃, roasting time of 60 min, Na2CO3 concentration of 160 g/L, leaching temperature of 95℃, leaching time of 150 min, and liquid to solid ratio of 10:1 mL/g. 采用微波水热盐酸浸出方法对腐泥土型红土镍矿提取镍钴进行了研究,详细探讨了焙烧预处理、微波水热浸出温度和浸出时间对镍钴浸出率的影响.对于300℃焙烧预处理后的红土镍矿,微波水热温度为50℃,浸出时间为1 h时,镍的浸出率高达93.65%,钴的浸出率为87.86%.红土镍矿的微波水热浸出体系与普通水热浸出体系相比,镍和钴的浸出效果更好.研究表明,扩散过程是镍、钴浸出过程的主要限制环节.  相似文献

An innovative method for recovering valuable elements from vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite is proposed. This method involves two procedures:low-temperature roasting of vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite and water leaching of roasting slag. During the roasting process, the reduction of iron oxides to metallic iron, the sodium oxidation of vanadium oxides to water-soluble sodium vanadate, and the smelting separation of metallic iron and slag were accomplished simultaneously. Optimal roasting conditions for iron/slag separation were achieved with a mixture thickness of 42.5 mm, a roasting temperature of 1200℃, a residence time of 2 h, a molar ratio of C/O of 1.7, and a sodium carbonate addition of 70wt%, as well as with the use of anthracite as a reductant. Under the optimal conditions, 93.67% iron from the raw ore was recovered in the form of iron nugget with 95.44% iron grade. After a water leaching process, 85.61% of the vanadium from the roasting slag was leached, confirming the sodium oxidation of most of the vanadium oxides to water-soluble sodium vanadate during the roasting process. The total recoveries of iron, vanadium, and titanium were 93.67%, 72.68%, and 99.72%, respectively.  相似文献

利用硫酸铵焙烧工艺提取硼精矿中的硼   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了更加合理有效地利用硼精矿,以辽宁硼铁矿经磁选得到的硼精矿为原料,采用硫酸铵焙烧的方法处理得到熟料,将熟料加水溶出、固液分离得到含硼溶液和提硼渣,含硼溶液用于提取硼酸,提硼渣可用于提取SiO2和MgO.通过单因素实验考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、铵矿比对B2O3浸出率的影响.通过正交试验得到提取B2O3的适宜工艺条件为:焙烧温度400℃,焙烧时间90 min,铵矿比1.6,该条件下B2O3的浸出率可达85%以上.对原料及提硼渣进行化学成分和物相组成分析,结果表明本工艺可使大部分硼化物生成可溶物并被提取出来,可实现硼精矿的绿色综合利用.  相似文献

为了明确黄铁矿在氧化镍矿还原焙烧氨浸过程中的作用机理,通过XRD和化学分析等方法分析还原过程中的物相变化和浸出效果.结果表明,氧化镍矿添加少量黄铁矿后,焙砂中的镍组分会以镍黄铁矿的形式存在,镍黄铁矿在NH3-(NH4)2CO3体系中被氧化并最终以硫酸镍氨络合物的形式被浸出,实现镍的富集与分离.  相似文献

为降低独居石分解工艺的加碱量,并提高独居石分解率,本研究在NaOH-Ca(OH)2体系中对独居石精矿进行焙烧分解,采用XRD对焙烧产物进行物相分析,并结合焙烧矿中稀土元素在盐酸中的浸出率判断独居石分解效果.实验分别研究了NaOH添加量、Ca(OH)2添加量、焙烧温度以及焙烧时间对独居石精矿分解的影响.结果表明,在NaOH-Ca(OH)2体系中,独居石精矿分解的最佳工艺条件:NaOH添加量为25%,Ca(OH)2添加量为20%,焙烧温度为800℃,焙烧时间为1.5h.该焙烧条件下独居石全部分解为稀土氧化物,浓盐酸对稀土浸出率可达到98%左右.与现有工业生产工艺相比,本研究工艺中碱添加量降低55%左右,独居石分解率提高2%左右.  相似文献

介绍了对辽宁丹东某金矿碳质硅化低硫金矿石的焙烧预氧化处理及焙砂直接堆浸的试验研究·分析了不同温度、不同气氛及不同时间条件下的焙砂的氧化状态及影响金浸出率的NaCN的质量分数、喷淋强度、焙砂粒度及喷淋时间等主要因素·实验结果表明,先在450℃,通入少量空气(含氧5%~10%)的条件下,焙烧1h(脱砷),然后,在650℃,通入充足空气的条件下,焙烧2h,矿石中的硫化物和碳物质的氧化率和灰化率分别达98%和97%;当NaCN的质量分数为0 10%~0 15%,喷淋强度为15 0L/(m2·h),焙砂粒度为0~3mm,喷淋时间为8~10天,金的浸出率为84 8%·同时,推荐了焙砂直接堆浸的原则工艺流程...  相似文献

研究了红土镍矿高浓度NaOH浸出的条件.探讨了搅拌强度、温度、NaOH初始质量分数、浸出时间和碱矿质量比对SiO2浸出率的影响.结果表明:搅拌强度600 r/min、浸出温度225℃、初始NaOH质量分数85%、浸出时间90 min、碱矿比5∶1时,SiO2的浸出率可达82.77%.碱浸渣中的铁、镁、镍被富集,其中氧化镍的质量分数由1.29%提高到2.15%.  相似文献

Column leaching experiments with ion adsorption-type rare earth ores for different lixiviant concentrations and different column heights were carried out. A mathematical model of column leaching was constructed based on the experimental data. Two parameters(a and b)in the model were determined according to the following methodology: the ore column was divided into several units; each unit was treated with multiple leaching steps. The leaching process was simulated as a series of batch leaching experiments. Parameter a of the model was determined based on the selectivity coefficient of the balanced batch leaching experiment. Further, the influences of ammonium sulfate concentration, rare earth grade, column height, permeability coefficient, and hydrodynamic dispersion coefficient on the extraction were analyzed. Relationships between parameter b, the ammonium sulfate concentration, and the physical and mechanical properties of the ore column, were examined using dimensional analysis. It was determined that the optimal ammonium sulfate concentration for different column heights(2.5, 5.0,7.5, and 10.0 cm) using the mathematical model were 5.9, 6.2, 7.3, and 7.7 g/L, respectively. The mathematical model can be used to estimate the breakthrough curve, leaching rate, and leaching period of rare earth ores, to achieve optimal extraction.  相似文献

利用马弗炉对我国一水硬铝石矿进行了活化焙烧的实验研究,以降低拜耳法溶出的温度.研究了焙烧温度、焙烧时间等因素对铝土矿的溶出性能的影响,将活化焙烧矿的溶出性能与原矿的溶出性能进行了对比.利用SEM技术对活化焙烧矿的微观形貌进行表征.实验结果表明:合适的活化焙烧工艺条件为焙烧温度585℃,焙烧时间60 min.在此焙烧条件下,当达到最大溶出率时,焙烧矿的溶出温度较原矿下降了40℃.  相似文献

Experiments on the solid-state reaction between iron ore particles and MgO were performed to investigate the coating mechanism of MgO on the iron ore particles’ surface during fluidized bed reduction. MgO powders and iron ore particles were mixed and compressed into briquettes and, subsequently, roasted at different temperatures and for different time periods. A Mg-containing layer was observed on the outer edge of the iron ore particles when the roasting temperature was greater than 1173 K. The concentration of Fe in the Mg-containing layer was evenly distributed and was approximately 10wt%, regardless of the temperature change. Boundary layers of Mg and Fe were observed outside of the iron ore particles. The change in concentration of Fe in the boundary layers was simulated using a gas–solid diffusion model, and the diffusion coefficients of Fe and Mg in these layers at different temperatures were calculated. The diffusion activation energies of Fe and Mg in the boundary layers in these experiments were evaluated to be approximately 176 and 172 kJ/mol, respectively.  相似文献

四川攀西地区的含钼铜精矿中,由于钼、铜矿物组成复杂,共生关系紧密,提出了氧化焙烧-浸出工艺进一步分离钼。将试样置入焙烧炉中进行氧化焙烧,使硫化物转化为CuO、MoO3、Fe2O3等氧化物后;添加NaOH、H2O与MoO3反应生成可溶性Na2MoO4,浸出渣作为铜精矿产品。研究结果表明:铜、钼等以氧化物形式赋存于焙烧矿中,氧化焙烧矿中的硫含量较低为0.53%,硫以SO2气相形式挥发;在焙烧温度650℃、焙烧时间120 min、氢氧化钠用量为30%、浸出温度60℃、浸出时间120min、浸出液固比2∶1的综合条件下,钼的浸出率为94.24%,铜精矿(浸出渣)中铜的质量分数为24.27%,钼分离效果明显。  相似文献

针对传统氧化焙烧-氰化浸金工艺环境污染严重的现状,采用焙烧-自浸出工艺提取载金硫化物中的金.研究焙烧温度、焙烧时间和试样量对单质硫转化率和金浸出率的影响,通过X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜观察、能谱分析等手段分析焙烧过程中载金硫化物中硫的物相转变规律.载金硫化物中黄铁矿发生热分解反应生成单质硫和磁黄铁矿,随焙烧温度的升高和焙烧时间的延长,黄铁矿的特征衍射峰强度逐渐减小直到消失,磁黄铁矿的特征衍射峰逐渐生成并增强,原本致密状的黄铁矿颗粒变得疏松多孔.50 g试样在氮气流量1 L·min-1、焙烧温度800℃、焙烧时间60 min的条件下,单质硫的转化率达到42.53%,金浸出率达到88.70%,实现载金硫化物的高效非氰浸出.  相似文献

主要探讨了常压下盐酸对蛇纹石型红土镍矿进行浸出的工艺条件。考察了酸矿比、液固比、反应温度、反应时间等对蛇纹石型红土镍矿浸出的影响。通过实验得出最佳工艺条件:酸矿比为2.5∶1、液固比为5∶1、反应时间为0.5 h、反应温度为100℃。在此条件下镍、钴、铁浸出率分别为100%、100%和90%。  相似文献
