龙匙片降血糖作用的实验研究

【目的】龙匙方是广西壮族自治区人民医院俞祝全医生的临床经验方,本文研究其对正常小鼠及几种糖尿病模型小鼠降血糖的作用。【方法】采用链脲佐菌素致糖尿病、肾上腺素致高血糖、大剂量口服葡萄糖致高血糖小鼠模型,分别观察龙匙片对正常和糖尿病模型小鼠血糖的影响。【结果】高、中剂量组(11500mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)、5750mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1))龙匙片对链脲佐菌素致糖尿病、肾上腺素致高血糖、大剂量口服葡萄糖致高血糖小鼠的血糖具有明显的降低作用;但高、低剂量(11500mg·kg~(~(-1))·d~(-1)、3060mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1))龙匙片对正常小鼠血糖水平均无明显影响(P0.05)。【结论】龙匙片对糖尿病模型小鼠具有降低血糖的作用。     

Electrochemical determination of trace amounts of lead (II) and cadmium (II) at a calix[6]arene modified carbon paste electrode

An electrochemical method for the simultaneous determination of lead(II) and Cadmium(II) with a calix[6]arene modified carbon paste electrode (CPE) has been developed. Pb²⁺ and Cd²⁺ were accumulated at the surface of the modified electrode via formation of chemical complexes with calix[6]arene, and reduced at 1.40 V. During the following anodic potential sweep, reduced lead and cadmium were oxidized, and two well-defined striping peaks appeared at about −0.60 V and −0.84 V. Compared with a bare carbon paste electrode, the calix[6]arene modified CPE greatly improves the sensitivity of determining lead and cadmium. The stripping peak currents change linearly with the concentration of Pb²⁺ 3.0×10⁻⁸–8.0×10⁻⁶ mol·L⁻¹ and with that of Cd²⁺ 6.0×10⁻⁸–1.0×10⁻⁵ mol ·L⁻¹. The detection limits of Pb²⁺ and Cd²⁺ are found to be 8.0×10⁻⁹ mol·L⁻¹ and 2.0×10⁻⁸ mol·L⁻¹, respectively. The modified carbon paste electrode was applied to determine trace levels of lead and cadmium in water samples. Comparing with that of atomic absorption spectrometry, the results suggests that the calix[6]arene modified CPE has great potential for the practical sample analysis. Spatial Memory Deficit and Tau Hyperphosphorylation Induced by Inhibiting PP2A in Rat Brain

Hyperphosphorylation of Tau in Alzheimer＇s disease （AD） brain appears to be caused by a down-regulation of protein phospbatase 2A （PP2A）. In this study, we selectively inhibited PP2A by injection of okadaic acid （OA） into the Meynert nucleus basalis of rats and found that 0.4 pmol of OA injeetion induced approximately 60% inhibition of PP2A 24 h after injection, 13% inhibition 48 h after injection and no obvious inhibition 72 h after injection. Hyperphosphorylation of Tau at Ser-198/ Ser-199/Ser-202 and Ser-396/Ser-404 and spatial memory deficit of rats were induced 24 h after 0. d prnol of OA injection. This study suggests that a dowreregulation of PP2A may underlie almormal hyperphosphorylation of cytoskeletal proteins leading to neurofibrillary degeneration in AD.     

Two-phase genetic algorithm applied in the optimization of multi-modal function

This paper presents a two-phase genetic algorithm (TPGA) based on the multi-parent genetic algorithm (MPGA). Through analysis we find MPGA will lead the population’s evolvement to diversity or convergence according to the population size and the crossover size, so we make it run in different forms during the global and local optimization phases and then forms TPGA. The experiment results show that TPGA is very efficient for the optimization of low-dimension multi-modal functions) usually we can obtain all the global optimal solutions. Bottom Factors Applied to the Zoning Study of the Risk Levels of Landslides in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area

Without taking inducing factors into consideration, this paper adopts a quantitative analysis of the bottom factors in the Three Gorges Reservoir area, studies the relationship between the bottom factors and the development of landslides, and then zones the area according to risk levels. The bottom factors adopted in this paper include lithological characters（U1 ）, gradient（U2 ）, slope form （U3）, difference of helght（U4 ）, and slope orientation（U5 ）. In 4 650 km^2 of the studied area, the areas of the very high, high, medium and low hazard degree area respectively were 57. 94 km^2 , 2 305.15 km^2, 1 241.6 km^2, 1 045.31 km^2. The methodological steps are （1） inversion statistic analysis, （2） the analysis of contribution ratio and weighing, （3） getting results via fuzzy evaluation of risk levels.     

The synthesis of a fluorescent chemosensor containing two thiourea groups and its recognition behavior for dicarboxylate anions

A novel anion receptor 2 bearing anthracene flurophore and thiourea was synthesized and identified by ^1H NMR,MS,IR and elemental analysis. The interaction between receptor 2 and various α,ω-dicarboxylate anions was studied by fluorescence spectrum. The obtained fluorescence data indicate that 1：1 stoichiometry complex is formed between receptor 2 with diferent dicarboxylate anions through a hydrogen-bonging interaction. The selectivity of 2 for recognition of different dicarboxylates deponds on chain length of the anionic species.     

Preparation of (R)- and (S)-2-Allyl-1, 3, 2-dinaphtho (α, β) [d.f] dioxaborepin and their reactions with aldehydes

(R)- and(S)-2-Allyl-1,3,2-dinaphtho (α,β) [d.f] dioxaborepin ((R)-2 and(S)-2) have been first prepared by the reaction of(R)-(+)- or(S)-(−)-1, 1′-bi-2-naphthol and triallylborane in THF at room temperature, respectively.(S)-2 and(R)-2 are sensitive to moisture and oxygen in air and disproportionate easily to triallylborane and 1,1′-bi-2 naphthyl bis (1,1′-bi-2-naphtholborate) at ambient temperature. Regulations of thyroid hormone on cardiac protein kinase C signal pathway in vitro

The experiments were conducted to assess the influences of thyroid hormone on cardiac protein kinase C(PKC) signal pathway with cultured cardiac myocytes and fibroblasts as the models. Cells were pretreated with 1% newborn calf serum (NCS) or angiotensin II (Ang II), and then following by a triiodothyronine (T3) treatment. The PKC activity, PKC_α and PKC_ε expressions were analyzed and compared. In 1% NCS pretreatment, T3 could inhibit PKC activity and PKC_ε expression in cardiac myocytes. The AngII pretreatment led to an increase of PKC activity and PKC_ε expression in cardiac myocytes, and an increase of PKC activity in cardiac fibroblasts. Following by T3 treatment, the increased PKC activity and PKC_ε expression in cardiac myocytes were markedly decreased. In conclusion, whether in 1% NCS or in Ang II pretreatment, T3 could inhibit PKC activity and PKC_ε expression in cardiac myocytes. Spatial and Temporal Distributions of Soil Organic Matter in the Mixed Plantations of Alder and Cypress in the Hilly Areas of Central Sichuan Basin

The investigation was conducted on the spatial and temporal distributions of soil organic mater （SOM） in the mixed plantations of alder （Aluns crernastogyne） and cypress （Cupressus funebris ） （MPAC）, which distributed in the hilly areas of central Sichuan Basin （HACSB）. The results show that： （1） the spatial distribution of SOM among different sites at the same age are not significant before 15-year-old, but significant at 20-year-old, and not significant again after 25-year-old; （2） the SOM contents in 0-15 cm and 15-30 cm layers increase sharply from 10- to 15-year-old, and decline gradually from 15- to 30- year-old; the SOM contents of the 30-year-old PCP were 80. 38% and 78.42% higher than that of the 10-year-old, but 29.16% and 53.37% lower than that of 15-year-old in the 0-15 cm and 15-30 cm layers, respectively. The decrease of SOM contents would lead to the degradation of soil fertility and the decline of forest productivity.

NMR and IR investigations of ternary inclusion complexes among β-cyclodextrin, rare earth metal ions, and naphthalenediamines

Ternary inclusion complexes β-cyclodextrin (β-CD), rare earth metal ions (YbCl₃, YCl₃), and 1,8-naphthalene- diamine/1,5-naphthalenediamine are synthesized in basic aqueous media, which are characterized via ¹H NMR and IR spectroscopy. The stoichiometric proportion of β-CD:YbCl₃:1,5-naphthalenediamine is 2:1:2, that of β-CD:YCl₃:1,8-naphthalenediamine is 2:1:1, and that of β-CD:YbCl₃:1,8-naphthalenediamine is 2:1:1. The IR spectroscopy of the ternary inclusion complexes in the range of 935–1 000 cm⁻¹ reveals the existence of the coordinate bond M—O or M—N. Synthesis, Characterization and Properties of LiFePO4/C Cathode Material

Lithium iron phosphate coated with carbon (LiFePO₄/C) was synthesized by improved solid-state reaction using comparatively lower temperature and fewer sintering time. The carbon came from citric acid, which acted as a new carbon source. It was characterized by thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis (TG/DTA), X ray diffractometer (XRD), Element Analysis (EA) and Scanning electron microscope (SEM). We also studied the electrochemical properties of the material. The first discharge capacity of the LiFePO₄/C is 121 mAh·g⁻¹ at 10 mA·g⁻¹, at room temperature. When the current density increased to 100 mA·g⁻¹, the first discharge capacity decreased to 110 mAh·g⁻¹ and retained 95% of the initial capacity after 100 cycles. The LiFePO₄/C obtained shows a good electrochemical capacity and cycle ability at a large current density. Binary Sequences from a Pair of Elliptic Curves

A family of binary sequences were constructed by using an elliptic curve and its twisted curves over finite fields. It was shown that these sequences possess ＂good＂ cryptographie properties of 0-1 distribution, long period and large linear complexity. The results indicate that such se quences provide strong potential applications in cryptography.     

Formation of the inclusion complex of Orange II with β-Cyclodextrin and its photostability

Inclusion complex of Orange II with β-Cyclodextrin (β-CD) and the anti-photolysis effect under UV-light were investigated. The molar ratio of inclusion complex of β-Cyclodextrin and Orange II is 1∶1. The formation constantK = 1.236×10³ L/mol was determined by the UV and Fluorescence spectra respectively, which was quite in accordance with the calculation with a modified Benesi-Hildbrand equation. The inclusion complex was characterized by the IR spectra and the molar ratio of inclusion complex is 1∶1 too. The formation constantK = 1.266×10³ L/mol was determined by¹H NMR analysis and was nearly the same by UV and fluorescence spectra. The photocatalytic decolorization rate of Orange II solutions containing β-CD and TiO₂ was smaller by 51.9% than that of the Orange II solutions only containing TiO₂, while in the case of direct photolysis of Orange II solutions, β-CD can lower the photolysis rate by 48.1% under UV-light. This result indicates β-CD can inhibit the photolysis and photocatalytic decolorization of Orange II under UV-light. The β-CD inclusion complex was found to be persistent to UV-light photolysis.
