In(Ⅲ)在pH=4.57的0.2mol.L-1HAc-0.4mol·L-1NaAc-0.1%V.C-0.006%HCuP溶液中,用示波计时电位法可获得良好的示波图,其切口电位Eh=0.90(VsSCE),切口高度与In(Ⅲ)浓度在8.0×10-7~1.4×10-5mol·L-1范围内成正比,检测下限可达5.0×10-7mol·L-1,测得吸附络合物组成为In(Ⅲ):铜铁试剂=1:1,条件稳定常数为5.9×103.方法应用于含铟合金轴承样品中微量铟的测定,标准偏差为0.59,回收率为98.83%,结果令人满意.  相似文献

在pH5.0-5.9的微酸性溶液中.铝(Al).乙二醇二乙醚二氨基四乙酸(EGTA)、邻苯三酚红(PR)和阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)迅速反应,形成一蓝色配位化合物,最大吸收波长于615nm处。该配位化合物的组成为Al(Ⅲ)∶EGTA∶PR∶CPB=1∶1∶3∶12,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.9×10~4dm~3·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1).25cm~3溶液中,0-8μg含量范围内的Al(Ⅲ)遵守比尔定律,17种常见离子和5种阴离子不干扰Al(Ⅲ)的测定。  相似文献

研究了碱性介质中Fe(Ⅲ)-Sal-o-NPF在非离子表面活性剂吐温-80存在下的显色反应条件.反应适宜的酸度为PH10.0~11.0,络合物的λ_(max)=632nm,ε_(632)=7.73×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),稳定时间为12h,组成为Fe(Ⅲ):Sal:o-NPF=l:l:2,0~10μgFe/25mL符合比尔定律,研究了ca~+、Mn~(2+)等10多种物质的干扰.用本法直接测定天然矿泉水中的微量铁,相对标准偏差3.86%,平均回收率97·4 %.  相似文献

本文研究了高灵敏的Ga(Ⅲ)-BPR-Tween80-CTAB体系。该体系的适宜酸度为pH2.87~3.42。最大吸收在528nm。锌量在0.1~1.0μg/25ml范围遵守比耳定律。当Tween80在高浓度(0.8%)时,ε=5.72×10~5l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1);当Twnne80在低浓度(0.24%)并辅以少量H_2O_2(浓度为4.8×10~(-3)%)时,ε=1.09×10~6l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。镓在6mol/l盐酸介质中用乙酸丁酯萃取分离后,测定了分子筛型催化剂中的镓含量。  相似文献

本文报告用5-Br-PADAP作显色剂,研究在水一乙醇介质中测定铬(Ⅲ)的条件,确定了铬(Ⅲ)与5-Br-PADAP生成暗兰紫色络合物的适宜pH为4.0-6.0,其最大吸收峰位于600nm,摩尔吸光系数为7.93×10~41.mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),遵守比耳定律的浓度为0-15 ug铬(Ⅲ)/25 ml.试验45种共存离子中,仅等量的铁(Ⅲ)、铜(Ⅱ)、钴(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)、镓(Ⅲ)铟(Ⅲ)和铊(Ⅲ)有干扰.本法用于工业废水中铬(Ⅶ)和总铬的测定,结果良好,其变动系数为2.5%回收率均在95%以上.  相似文献

测定Cd以及Cd在NaCl存在时对水蚯蚓(T.Tubifex)的毒性,并用~(109)Cd~(2+)标记测定水蚯蚓对Cd~(2+)吸收速度。实验发现随着Na~+变化Cd半致死量LC_(50)也发生变化,当Na~+浓度增加到8.0×10~(-2)mol·L~(-1)时,在48h时,毒性下降了21倍;在低于1.0×10~(-3)mol·L~(-1)NaCl时,水蚯蚓对Cd~(2+)吸收速度没有明显的变化,可当NaCl浓度大于1.0×10~(-2)mol·L(-1)时有明显下降(P<0.05)。用Lineweave-Burk法处理实验数据得到最大吸收速度V_max和米氏常数K_m,当Na~+提高时V_max基本保持为常数(5.5-7.5)×10~(-7)mol·g~(-1)·h~(-1),而K_m成倍增加,这表明Cd~(2+)和Na~+竞争相同的转移通道进入动物体内,从而导致影响Cd对水蚯蚓的毒性。  相似文献

藏红T与亚硝酸根在0.1mol/l的盐酸溶液中可形成红色配合物,在600nm处有最大吸收。ε600nm=7.39×10~3l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),桑德尔灵敏度为9.34×10~(-3)μg/cm~2。亚硝酸盐氮含量在0~3μg/ml范围内遵守比尔定律。显色液在室温下避光放置可稳定6小时以上。亚硝酸盐氮含量为2μg/ml时,11次平行测定的标准偏差为1.14×10~(-3),相对标准偏差为0.22%,该方法用于湖水、河水、污水等水样中亚硝酸盐氮的分析,获得满意的结果。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
