培育和强化湖南食品产业集群发展的“五个”战略重点

为真正实现湖南从农业大省到农业强省腾飞的目标,必须培育和强化湖南食品产业集群＂五个＂战略重点：重点发展湖南八大食品产业集群区域及其龙头企业;重点加强产业集群基地及重点项目建设;重点扶持对形成食品产业集群有益补充的6大食品子行业;重点扶持5大绿色食品加工产业集群;大力推进食品工业重点技术改造建设。     

提升湖南食品产业集群竞争力的发展战略目标及对策

湖南是我国的农业大省,也是食品工业的原料大省,坐拥得天独厚的资源条件,却没有培育出与之相匹配的食品加工产业,与发达省份比差距仍在拉大,其中最主要的原因就是湖南食品加工业与湖南优势农业资源联系脱节,湖南食品工业产业集群发展相对滞后,其结果严重阻碍了湖南由农业大省向农业强省和农产品加工业强省转变这一目标的实现。为此,文章特地提出提升湖南食品产业集群竞争力的具体发展战略目标及其对策。     

"十一五"时期江西工业主导产业选择初探

本文在分析江西工业各行业区位商的基础上，以投资需求的收入弹性基准为江西工业各行业的投资对国民收入的弹性进行了估算，提出“十一五”时期的江西工业的主导产业为煤炭采选业、纺织业、食品工业等。     

湖南省食品工业产业集群发展现状与问题研究

通过对《2002—2008年湖南统计年鉴》食品产业相关统计数据分析发现,湖南食品产业发展虽然已进入了高速发展期,但湖南食品工业的发展与其农业资源大省的现状很不相称。究其因,主要是湖南食品产业集群发展相对滞后。为此,文章专门分析了湖南食品产业集群发展的现状及其存在的问题。

市场——呼唤食品工业的觉醒

食品工业,作为江西省经济发展三大支柱产业之一,同其他行业一样,正在探索性地步入市场经济的轨道。经过近几年的开发和建设,食品工业的发展已初见成效。一九九二年江西省食品工业的总产值和利税总额已分别占全省工业总产值和利税额的11.6％和13.56％,在各工业部门中,总产值位居第二位,利税总额位于第二位。1993年,在粮油、肉类加工因价格放开而致滑坡的情况下,全省食品工业仍然保持了较好的发展势头。扣除粮油加工,1993年1—8月食品工业产值比上年增长13.3％,重点食品企业运行情况良好,主要产品产量大幅度增长,甲级烟增长了107.2％,原盐增长了37.1％,啤酒增长了21.2％,精制茶增长了18.7％,罐头增长了14.     

关于食品添加剂使用监管问题探讨

食品添加剂与人民的生活息息相关,已经进入到粮油、肉禽、果蔬加工各领域。但是,我国食品添加剂行业虽然已迅速发展成食品工业中的新增长点,但实际应用中还存在一些问题。因此,应强化食品添加剂的管理,提高安全消费意识;完善标准体系;多方监管抓产销用。

前景无限任重道远--大陆食品科技研发概况

1迅速发展的大陆食品工业 大陆的食品工业在1978～2000年间,平均增长率达到11%,1995年起销售额居各产业之首.在2000年的80 422亿国民生产总值中,食品工业达到了7 828亿元,其中外资、集体、股份制、国有和其它企业分别占68%,16%,8%,2%和6%.2001～2005年,政府规划成长率为10%～11%,食品业与农业的比值将从0.3:1增加到1:1.这些数据说明了食品工业的持续高速增长及其在国民经济中的重要地位.

河南省食品工业办公室主任陈振杰说,“三全凌汤圆”是在一无原料(河南省不出产做汤圆所需的糯米)、二无现成的工业化生产设备、三无现成的工艺技术、四无传统饮食习惯即市场支持、五无政府投入(包括资金、技术、政策等各方面的投入)的情况下打天下的,他是当之无愧的中国速冻食品概念和技术的发明人。更值得称道的是他把这种发明成果转化成了生产力,实现产业化发展,带出了一个行业,一个完全适合中国国情前景广阔的行业。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
