某台100/32t渣罐桥式起重机在使用时,因主小车的起升机构上升时极限失灵,吊钩横梁撞击辅梁,导致该吊车辅梁箱形结构的下翼缘板及腹板严重受损变形,无法安全运行。为了解箱形辅梁损坏程度,进行了检测、分析,并拿出了加固处理方案。  相似文献

创造激光监视垂直吊装,且回避不垂直抬吊与载荷超常变动风险的新一代吊车,是完善吊车吊装的需要,更是实现吊车大仰角垂直吊装的需要;依据吊装数学模型,三吊车抬吊时,三吊点与被吊重物重心共面设置、加上垂直吊装,就是实现各吊点载荷不变的恒抬吊力吊装的必要充分条件,由于各吊点载荷不变,无需设置平衡梁、分配梁,使吊装高度大幅度下降,且由主、辅吊车共同承担全部吊重,可成倍降低主吊车规格,恒抬吊力吊装包括双吊车、三吊车恒抬吊力抬吊,以及吊车滑移法、吊车回转法等恒抬吊力吊装;开发新一代吊车是开发恒抬吊力吊装的先决条件。  相似文献

在国内外都曾发现厂房中,有相当数量承受重级工作制吊车的铜吊车梁使用时间不长,在上翼缘焊缝及其附近腹板处即出现纵向裂缝以至丧失承载能力。这说明现行设计规范对承受重级工作制吊车的钢吊车梁的设计规定还未能全面反映其实际工作状态。本文正是研究这个问题的一个方面。通过偏轨静力试验探索了以下几个问题:1.偏心扭矩对吊车梁腹板应力及变形的影响;2.改变横向加劲肋间距对吊车梁附加弯曲应力的影响;3.水平力对吊车梁的应力及变形的影响;4.吊车轨道时局部荷载的分布作用;5.不同制动结构对吊车梁座力、变形的影响及制动结构的工作情况。对于所探索问题的有关理论分析,另有专题报告。  相似文献

为了减小吊车梁在使用过程中的振动,应该提高其横向水平刚度。吊车梁的横向水平刚度由横向弯曲刚度和截面的扭转刚度两部分组成。对于中级和轻级工作制的吊车梁,规范指出无须验算其水平位移,往往会导致使用时的过大振动,并且设计人员在利用软件计算结果时要考虑梁的扭转刚度,准确计算吊车梁的横向水平刚度。  相似文献

以某单层轻钢结构厂房装配车间的原设计吊车更换为大吨位工程为背景,进行厂房装配车间DL-3吊车梁、DL-4吊车梁、DCL-2A吊车梁吊车更换大吨位后吊车梁荷载试验研究,结果表明:吊车梁理论值大于试验值,但均小于限值。在试验加载和卸载过程中,每级荷载作用下吊车梁跨中底部翼缘单向应变变化与荷载增量基本呈线性关系,卸载完成后各吊车梁均存在不同程度的应变回弹,符合弹性阶段的要求。可见该装配车间DL-3吊车梁、DL-4吊车梁、DCL-2A吊车梁能够在更换大吨位吊车后安全工作,满足变形要求,可继续使用。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
