提高农民收入的新思路

农民收入是农村改革和发展的中心议题。农民收入增长速度持续减缓，不仅影响农业和农村经济，而且已在相当程度上影响到国民经济可持续发展和社会稳定。因此，应通过合理调整和优化农业经济结构、积极推进农村城镇化等方法和措施，促进农村经济繁荣和发展，提高农民收入水平。     

启动农村消费品市场之我见

农村消费品市场的启动，能使我国经济发展获得强大耐久的支持力。启动农村消费品市场，必须全方位考虑，多方面着手：调整农业结构，发展农村经济，增加农民收入，扩大农村市场购买力；适应农村消费发展趋势，调整工业产品结构，大力开发和生产适合农村需要的产品；加快农村市场体系建设，满足、刺激农民的购买和消费；积极发展农村消费信贷，创造有效需求，推动农村消费结构升级；优化农村消费环境，为农民消费提供条件。     

贵州喀斯特山区农业结构调整与农村经济发展初探——以清镇示范区为例

党和国家西部大开发战略，国务院对当前和今后一个重要时期要集中力量进行的5个全局性重点工作之两点是：调整和优化农业结构，增加农民收入；加强生态环境保护和建设，退耕还林（草）。文章以贵州省清镇示范区为例，在农业产业结构现状分析的基础上，对贵州省喀斯特山区农业结构调整和农村经济发展提出了建议：1）走农业产业化经营之路；2）建立和完善农业市场体系；3）加强农民教育；4）有效转移农村剩余劳动力。

中央提出的科学发展观，是建设社会主义新农村的根本指针。科学的农业发展观的根本目标是实现农业和农村经济社会更好更快地协调发展；根本要求是统筹兼顾，实现农业和农村经济全面、协调、可持续发展；本质和核心是以人为本不断地增加农民收入，维护好、发展好农民的根本利益。因此，我市在制定农业“十一五”科技发展规划时，始终贯穿了科学的农业发展观。     

浙江省农业现代化与农村经济发展的灰色关联分析

农业现代化是发展农村经济，提高农民收入的重要条件，本文运用灰色关联分析方法研究了浙江省农业现代化与农村经济发展的关系，通过研究，发现农业电气化水平对农村经济发展的影响最大，其次是机械化水平，而农田灌溉对农村经济发展的影响最小，最后根据灰色关联分析的结果，提出了对农业现代化建设的若干建议。     

农民增收:事关全局,任重而道远

稳步增加农民的收入，不仅是我国农村实现小康目标的要求，是改善农民生存质量和启动国内市场的经济问题，也是保护农民生产积极性、稳定农业、稳定农村、事关全局的国家头等大问题。一、农民收入增长缓慢的原因近几年来，在我国农副产品市场初步摆脱短缺，供给较为充足的形势下，出现了丰产不丰收、农民收入增长缓慢的普遍情况。农民收入增长缓慢已成为当前我国农村经济生活中较为突出的矛盾。１９９７年农民年均收入２０９０元，比１９９６年增长４６％，但增长速度回落４４个百分点；１９９８年农民年均收入２１６０元，比１９９７年…     

启动农民消费的措施

广大农村是扩大内需的重点，增加农民收入是启动农村消费的关键。启动农民消费要继续坚持“多予，少取，放活”的方针，坚定不移地推进农业和农村经济结构调整，不断提高农业竞争力，拓宽农民增收门路，增加农民收入。只有在农民收入提高的基础上，才能解决“三农”问题，推动现代化的建设。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
