目的:利用核仁组成区技术(AgNOR)区分良性、中~重度不典型增生及恶性细胞;并探讨AgNOR分型与癌细胞类型的关系.方法:应用胶银染色技术检测259例气管镜刷片及痰涂片.结果:良性细胞均数(2.94±0.74)与恶性细胞均数(9.96±2.46),差异极显著(P<0.001),说明产生假阳性的机会很小.良性细胞与中度不典型增生细胞均数(3.85±0.65)和重度不典型增生细胞均数(5.36±0.95)差异极显著(P<0.001),有助于识别可疑癌细胞,鳞状细胞癌与腺癌和小细胞癌,腺癌与小细胞癌间差异显著(P<0.05),提示癌细胞的类型不同,AgNOR类型也有差异.AgNOR在腺癌细胞中颗粒粗大,色深;在鳞癌和小细胞癌中颗粒多为弥散型,细小,色浅.用AgNOR计数标准判断良恶性,其敏感性为97.1%,特异性为95.4%.结论:细胞学普通染色诊断困难时,AgNOR银染技术可以辅助诊断.AgNOR分型与癌细胞类型有显著相关性(P<0.05).  相似文献

应用银胶染色技术对45例脑肿瘤细胞的核仁组成区嗜银蛋白(AgNOR)进行定量检测,结果发现良、恶性肿瘤之间的AgNOR计数差异有显著性,随着脑肿瘤病理分级的增高,AgNOR计数也增加,通过研究认为,脑肿瘤AgNOR计数对判断其生物学行为以及肿瘤诊断和预后均有重要意义。  相似文献

目的研究AgNOR和p53在大肠癌中的表达及其与大肠癌发生、发展及预后的关系.方法选用大肠癌组织标本80例及相应的癌旁组织标本40例,采用AgNOR染色技术和免疫组织化学法检测大肠癌组织及癌旁组织中AgNOR计数和p53的表达.结果大肠癌中AgNOR计数显著升高,细胞核内AgNOR计数、颗粒分布及形态特点与大肠癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05);p53在大肠癌组的阳性表达率为66.3%,在癌旁组的阳性表达率为20.8%.两者之间存在显著性差异(P<0.01);大肠癌组织中p53的阳性表达与大肠癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05),而与大肠癌的发病年龄、性别无关(P>0.05).结论 p53的突变在大肠癌的形成和发展中起了促进作用,AgNOR测定对大肠癌的病理学分级有一定的价值,同时说明AgNOR和p53有可能作为大肠癌发生、发展及预后的肿瘤标志.  相似文献

恶性血液病红细胞体积分布宽度的变化及意义   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的 :探讨恶性血液病患者红细胞体积分布宽度 (RDW )变化的临床意义。方法 :正常对照组 81例 ;恶性血液病例组 75例 ,其中急性白血病 5 7例、慢性粒细胞白血病 10例、多发性骨髓瘤 8例。采用血细胞自动分析仪检测研究对象外周血红细胞体积分布宽度和其它各种红细胞参数。结果 :红细胞体积分布宽度 (RDW)正常对照组为 13 36± 0 81,急性白血病组为 17 5 4± 2 63,慢性粒细胞白血病组为 2 0 99± 2 63,多发性骨髓瘤组为 2 1 31± 6 0 2 7。 3组恶性血液病患者与正常对照组相比RDW值明显升高 ,具有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :恶性血液病患者红细胞有质和量的异常变化。  相似文献

为探讨心率校正Q-T离散度(Q-Tcd)与老年冠心病病程间的关系,我们通过对老年冠心病及健康老人各50例前后5年常规心电图Q-Tcd进行了对比分析.结果表明健康对照组5年间Q-Tcd无显著性改变(31.6±12.2ms 33.7±15.8ms,P>0.05),冠心病组Q-Tcd5年间远期较近期显著延长(48.5+16.5ms 39.5+-14.6ms,P<0.05),同时反映出冠心病组无论近期或远期均较健康对照组显著延长(P<0.01).认为动态观察冠心病Q-Tcd对判断预后有一定的参考价值.  相似文献

采用AgNOR技术对30例正常涎腺及涎腺良、恶性肿瘤中银染核仁形成区(AgNOR)进行定量研究,结果显示正常涎腺AgNOR计数值最低,颗粒较均一;良性肿瘤的AgNOR计数值低于恶性肿瘤,大颗粒所占的比例较大。筛孔型涎腺腺样囊性癌(ACC-Ⅰ)与团块型(ACC-Ⅱ)其AgNOR计数值存在显著性差异(P<0.01),这提示筛孔型ACC细胞分化较好,属低度恶肿瘤,预后较好;实性团块型ACC细胞分化较差,属高度恶性肿疤,预后较差,AgNOR染色技术可用为判断涎腺腺样囊性癌(ACC)恶性程度的辅助手段。  相似文献

对40例手术确诊的卵巢和子宫体癌患者,按期别及年龄配对分成2组,各20例.A组(试验组)接受化疗加云芝糖肽.B组(对照组)单纯化疗.观察两组治疗前后血免疫指标及生活质量指数的变化.结果治疗前后.Karnofsky评分值A组分别为84±9.6分及90±8.6分(P<0.05),B组分别为83±9.2分及80±12.8分(P>0.05),治疗后A组比B组高10分(P<0.05);治疗后A组和B组的CD+4分别为28.14±4.10及23.12±3.97(P<0.05);CD+4/CD+8为0.96±0.17及0.75±0.21(P<0.01);NK为23.80±4.90及15.32±3.90(P<0.01),A组均明显高于B组.提示云芝糖肽能提高卵巢和子宫体癌患者的细胞免疫和生活质量.  相似文献

目的 :评价肿瘤标记物CYFRA2 1- 1、NSE对肺癌诊断和预测预后的价值。方法 :将肺癌患者分为非小细胞性肺癌组 (NSCLC)和小细胞性肺癌组 (SCLC) ,良性疾病患者为对照组。采静脉血 ,按RIA方法检测CYFRA2 1- 1、NSE。采用STATA统计软件进行结果分析。结果 :CYFRA2 1- 1水平在NSCLC中明显高于SCLC和良性疾病患者 ,分别为 15 .45± 4.0 1、6.14± 3 .88、1.86± 0 .89。NSE则在SCLC中显著高于NSCLC和良性疾病组 ,分别为 3 .90± 1.47、2 .65± 1.47、2 .16± 0 .74。CYFRA2 1- 1、NSE联合检测与各单项指标相比 ,正确率增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,而且NSE是提示SCLC预后的有价值的指标 ,CYFRA2 1- 1则是提示NSCLC预后的有价值的指标。结论 :联合检测血清中CYFRA2 1- 1、NSE的含量诊断肺癌的阳性率最高 ,准确性达 87.41% ,同时显示 ,NSE、CYFRA2 1- 1分别是提示SCLC、NSCLC预后的有价值的独立指标 ,在临床上有重要的应用价值  相似文献

目的研究川崎病患儿血小板参数变化与冠状动脉病变的关系.方法用全自动血球计数仪测定34例川崎病患儿血小板参数及其动态变化.结果川崎病患儿首次测定的血小板计数(PLT)(598±128)×109/L显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),动态观察发现川崎病并发冠状动脉病变急性期血小板平均容积(MPV)明显高于无冠状动脉病变组(P<0.01),治疗后PLT较未并发冠状动脉组升高(P<0.01).结论血小板参数的动态测定有助于对川崎病患儿并发冠状动脉损伤的早期判断.  相似文献

探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)水平与急性冠脉综合征的相关性及行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后的变化。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定经冠状动脉造影确诊的57例冠心病患者及28例冠状动脉造影正常者的血清CRP水平,并比较16例行PCI术的患者术前、术后的血清CRP水平变化。血清CRP在急性心肌梗死组(15.74±1.62)mg/L明显高于不稳定型心绞痛组(11.35±2.52)mg/L,且两者明显高于稳定型心绞痛组(4.68±2.61)mg/L和正常对照组(2.68±1.16)mg/L,(P<0.01)。同时冠心病患者PCI术后血清CRP水平明显高于术前。CRP水平与ACS的临床类型密切相关,可以作为判断ACS预后的指标;PCI能导致冠心病患者的内皮损伤,加重炎症反应,可能是引起管腔内再狭窄的因素。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
