胃食管反流病中医药论治临床效果观察

探究胃食管反流病中医药论治临床效果。师承甘肃中医药大学附属医院脾胃科汪龙德教授从2016年1月至2017年1月门诊诊治的胃食管反流病患者中,随机抽取60例,并平均分为两组:对照组和观察组。在对照组患者治疗中,使用常规的西医治疗方法;在此基础上,观察组治疗患者中,加入中医药治疗,4个疗程后对两组患者的临床疗效进行对比分析。经过4个疗程的治疗之后,根据检查数据,发现对照组的治疗有效率为83%;观察组有效率为93%;观察组明显优于对照组的治疗效果。其之间的差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。胃食管反流病采用中医药论治具有显著的积极作用,能够提高其治疗效果。值得在临床上推广应用。     

中医药治疗椎间盘病临床研究

探讨了中医药治疗椎间盘病的规律，提出了髓痹为椎间盘病的中医病名．主要病机为虚实夹杂，虚乃肝肾亏虚，实则殆由用力不当、跌仆闪挫而直接损伤了三条主要经脉，即督脉、足少阴肾经和足太阳膀胱经，又易招致风寒湿邪气之侵袭，致使瘀血阻络，风寒湿阻络，经络不通，不通则痛．治疗此病的基本原则是补益肝肾，通络止痛，结合兼证进行辨证论治．自拟基本方结合兼证加减变化，治疗126例，其中治愈76例，显效32例，有效14例，无效4例，治愈显效率85．7％，总有效率96．8％．认为中医药加休息是保守治疗椎间盘病最理想的方法．     

从肺论治干燥综合征经验浅析

甘肃省名中医戴恩来教授业医30余年,擅长治疗各种内科疑难杂症,对于干燥综合征的治疗积累了丰富的经验。戴教授从肺论治角度系统阐述了该病的治疗理论,认为肺燥津亏为主要病机,燥邪伤肺,其变有三,一是治节失权,不能通调水道。二是气机失畅,化热伤阴,病久及肾,三是气病及血,血脉瘀阻。治疗上当以滋阴润肺为主。结合验案总结戴恩来教授从肺论治干燥综合征的临床经验,丰富发展了该病的病机理论,以期为临床提供参考。     

恙虫病15例误诊分析

收集本院近３ 年来恙虫病并发肺炎１５ 例,确诊前均为误诊,通过分析其临床表现、胸片等检查,阐明了误诊原因,采用以多西环素为主的综合治疗,治愈率达１００ ％ ．

用数据分析工具s-plus研究布鲁氏菌病的流行特征,结果表明:感染率较高的是农民,农区高于城镇,发病以青壮年为主,羊是主要传染源,传播途径以直接接触感染为主,人间布鲁氏菌病发病率和畜间布病发病率两者之间正相关,其关系模型为对数线性模型.     

Stretta射频治疗以食管外症状为主的胃食管反流病

探讨胃镜下Stretta射频治疗以食管外症状为主的胃食管反流病的近、中期疗效.回顾性分析自2006年4月至2007年12月期间在我院接受Stretta射频治疗的336例以食管外症状为主的胃食管反流病患者,治疗后随访分析患者的症状缓解率、症状评分和并发症等.结果显示:2例病人在全麻插管下进行,其余都在深度镇静下进行,平均耗时(39.0±5.0) min.术后并发症非常轻微,包括短暂的胸骨后疼痛、轻度发烧、恶心呕吐、短暂吞咽梗阻感等,未出现穿孔、黏膜大片撕脱、大出血、死亡等.共320例(95.2%)患者得到了至少2 a以上的随访,平均随访36.2月.其中102例(31.9%)症状基本消失,138例(43.1%)症状明显缓解,66例(20.6%)症状部分缓解,14例(4.4%)无效,治疗后症状评分明显下降.23例(7.2%)症状有不同程度复发,其中3例行再次射频治疗,6例改行腹腔镜下胃底折叠手术.结果表明:胃镜下Stretta射频治疗是治疗以食管外症状为主的胃食管反流病的一种安全有效的方法.

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
