介绍一种新的由两幅不同角度的参考图像生成另一幅新的视角图像的图像生成方法 .该方法在极线几何的基础上 ,通过研究物体在 3个不同透视投影平面上对应点之间的相互关系 ,得到描述不同图像上对应点关系的一个三线性张量 .由此张量和参考图像便能得到新图像和参考图像之间的关系 ,进而生成新的视角图像 .和其他基于图像的二次投影方法相比 ,这里仅需要两幅参考图像 ,且实现方法简单快速 .实验给出了令人较满意的效果  相似文献

Human B1 binding factor (hB1F) is a novel trans- cription factor cloned in our laboratory, which has the capacity of binding the B1 region of HBV enhancer Ⅱ (ENⅡ) and stimulating its activity. In this report, the functional relationship between hB1F and other liver-enriched activators of ENⅡ was investigated. The results of CAT assay indicated that there was only additive effect between hB1F and HNF4 as well as HNF3?. On the contrary, the presence of both hB1F and HNF1 would result in significant functional synergism. Further GST pull down assay indicated that hB1F could interact with HNF1 directly in vitro. This study provides the evidence that hB1F and HNF1 work synergistically in the regulation of the activity of HBV ENⅡ.  相似文献

Thymocyte antigens CD1 [Thy,gp45,12] are thought to be the human counterparts of mouse thymus leukaemia (TL) antigens. Serological and biochemical analyses indicate that at least three subsets exist, the first of which (HTA 1/T6) was initially identified by the monoclonal antibody NA1/34. Like TL, CD1 are expressed on cortical thymocytes as well as on some lymphoid neoplasias, and resemble in structure major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I antigens. However HTA 1/T6 is loosely associated with beta 2-microglobulin and is also found linked by a disulphide bridge to CD8(T8). A molecular genetic approach is needed to investigate the CD1 system, to clarify its relationship to TL antigens and to understand its regulation. We report the isolation of complementary DNA (cDNA) clones encoding a CD1 antigen. These clones reveal a novel family of genes which are MHC-related but are neither equivalent to mouse TL antigens nor linked to the MHC.  相似文献

The mechanism of high-transition-temperature (high-T(c)) superconductivity in doped copper oxides is an enduring problem. Antiferromagnetism is established as the competing order, but the relationship between the two states in the intervening 'pseudogap' regime has become a central puzzle. The role of the crystal lattice, which is important in conventional superconductors, also remains unclear. Here we report an anomalous increase of the distance between copper oxide planes on cooling, which results in negative thermal volume expansion, for layered ruthenium copper oxides that have been doped to the boundary of antiferromagnetism and superconductivity. We propose that a crossover between these states is driven by spin ordering in the ruthenium oxide layers, revealing a novel mechanism for negative lattice expansion in solids. The differences in volume and lattice strain between the distinct superconducting and antiferromagnetic states can account for the phase segregation phenomena found extensively in low-doped copper oxides, and show that Cooper pair formation is coupled to the lattice. Unusually large variations of resistivity with magnetic field are found in these ruthenium copper oxides at low temperatures through coupling between the ordered Ru and Cu spins.  相似文献
