荧光动力学法测定抗坏血酸的研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
在稀硫酸介质中,抗坏血酸能活化钒(V)催化溴酸钾氧化酚藏花红的反应,使其荧光猝灭,建立了荧光动力学法测定抗坏血酸的新方法.测定抗坏血酸的线性范围为2.0~40.0μg.L-1,检出限为1.2μg.L-1.此方法用于药物样品中抗坏血酸含量的测定,加标回收率在97.3%~102.8%之间.  相似文献

基于抗坏血酸还原Fe(Ⅲ)—1—(5—溴—2—吡啶偶氮)—2—萘酚—6—磺酸(简写为Fe(Ⅲ)—5—Br—PAN—S)为Fe(Ⅱ)—5—Br—PAN—S,建立了分光光度法测定抗坏血酸的方法。在pH5.0的NaH2PO4—Na2HPO4缓冲溶液中,Fe(Ⅱ)—5—Br—PAN—S络合物的最大吸收峰位于波长550nm和750nm处,在750nm处,抗坏血酸含量在0~2.4μg/mL时符合比耳定律.研究表明该方法操作简便、选择性较高,可用于药品、水果中抗坏血酸含量的测定。  相似文献

为比较研究丹皮酚及其磺化物的体外抗氧化作用,测定了丹皮酚及其磺化物体外清除超氧阴离子自由基(O2.—)、羟自由基(.OH)的活性及对过氧化氢(H2O2)、紫外线(UV)诱导红细胞溶血的影响.发现丹皮酚和丹皮酚磺化物均具有较强的清除O2.—、.OH及抗H2O2、UV诱导的红细胞(RBC)溶血的活性,后者的抗氧化效应更强,甚至在一定程度超过作为阳性对照物的抗坏血酸.可以认为丹皮酚和丹皮酚磺化物可成为高效的天然抗氧化剂新资源.  相似文献

抗坏血酸在植物体内的作用是非常广泛的,它能促进呼吸、光合磷酸化,也促进植物的生长和受精,提高产量,有些人甚至把它列为植物激素之一。本试验目的是要了解抗坏血酸对水稻秧苗生长的影响,寻找最适抗坏血酸浓度,为培育壮秧提供理论根据。一、秧苗不同时期的抗坏血酸含量以粳稻(台中39)和籼稻(广场13)为材料,测定幼苗不同时期的抗坏血酸含量。抗坏血酸测定是用2.6—二氧靛酚法。从表1可知,在种子中测不出抗坏血酸。发芽后,随着发芽进程,抗坏血酸含量越高,因为发芽以后,代谢加强,幼苗合成的抗坏血酸就多,小麦等作物也有相同结果。由于系统发育的缘故,粳稻的耐寒性大于釉稻,可是本试验的籼稻抗坏血酸含量高于粳稻。由此可见,耐寒性强的水稻品种的抗坏血酸含量,不一定高于耐寒性弱的水稻品种。  相似文献

提出了一种新的高灵敏测定抗坏血酸的荧光分析法.抗坏血酸与Cu2+在pH为7.40的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中生成羟基自由基,然后羟基自由基与苯甲酸反应形成荧光物质.建立了测定抗坏血酸的适合条件,测定抗坏血酸的线性范围为(0.0128~1.92) ×10-6g/mL,方法的检测限是7.75×10-9g/mL.对于8.56 ×10-7g/mL的抗坏血酸测定6次,其相对标准偏差为1.6%.  相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法从土香薷中提取挥发油,出油率为3.2%.利用GC—MS联用方法,在最佳分析条件下,共分离出51个峰,并对其化学成分进行了分析,鉴定出了45个化学成分,鉴定率为88.24%.其主要成分为:百里香酚(thymo1)58.43%、香荆芥酚(carvaerol)19.29%、异己烷(isohexane)2.74%、甲基香荆醚(methyl carvacryiether)2.67%、乙酸牦牛儿酯(geranylacetane)0.96%、甲基百里醚(methyl thymyiether)0.73%、对一聚伞花素(p-cymene)0.34%等.  相似文献

本文基于抗坏血酸(ASA)对高锰酸钾修饰的硒化镉量子点(CdSe-GSH QDs)荧光的恢复,建立了用于尿样中ASA测定的关-开型荧光探针法。实验结果表明,在Tris-HCl缓冲溶液(pH=8.6)介质中,荧光恢复值△F与ASA的浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)为0.9963,ASA 的检出限为0.06 μmol/L,线性范围为(0.12 - 7.50) μmol/L。方法用于尿样中ASA的测定,RSD在(0.44 - 0.54)%之间,回收率为(98 - 106)%。  相似文献

以1mol·L-1碘化钾和1mol·L-1磷酸(1∶1VV)为电解液,在阳极电生I2与抗坏血酸分子中—CC—不饱和双键发生加成反应,据此以恒电流库仑滴定法进行抗坏血酸的定量测定.测定了多种水果及蔬菜中抗坏血酸含量并与文献方法(碘量法)相对比,结果表明,本法具有设备简单、快速、灵敏,更准确等优点.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
