不同药剂处理对地黄胞囊线虫病的防效研究

在室内盆栽实验和田间实验条件下研究了10％噻唑磷颗粒剂、5亿孢子/g淡紫拟青霉粉剂、5％特丁磷颗粒剂、1．8％阿维菌素乳油、3％氯唑磷颗粒剂5种杀线虫剂及其不同施用剂量对地黄胞囊线虫病的防治效果．结果表明,室内盆栽条件下5种药剂的不同施药剂量对地黄胞囊线虫病防治效果存在显著差异;田间实验条件下,10％噻唑磷颗粒剂40kg／hm2,5亿孢子／g淡紫拟青霉粉剂50kg／hm2和3％氯唑磷颗粒剂50kg／hm。施用30d后,土壤中胞囊线虫虫口减退率达65％以上;施用药剂150d后,5亿孢子版淡紫拟青霉粉剂50kg／hm^2时防效最好,达67．95％;其次为施用10％噻唑磷颗粒剂40kg／hm^2,防效达61．00％,满足地黄的GAP栽培要求,显示出较好的应用前景．     

氮肥施用量和种植密度对秦皇岛地区菜用甘薯茎尖产量和品质的影响

为了明确秦皇岛地区菜用甘薯最佳氮肥施用量和种植密度配置方案,以台农71为材料,采用双因素试验设计,氮肥施用量设5个水平(0,120,180,240,300 kg/hm²),种植密度设3个水平(12.50万,16.67万,25.00万株/hm²),研究不同处理对菜用甘薯农艺性状、茎尖产量及主要品质指标的影响。结果表明,氮肥施用量显著影响菜用甘薯的品质和产量。可溶性蛋白质量分数随氮肥施用量增加一直增加,其最高值出现在最高氮肥用量处理,可溶性糖质量分数的最高值出现在240 kg/hm²处理,其他指标最高值出现在180 kg/hm²处理;产量最高值出现在240 kg/hm²处理。种植密度对菜用甘薯茎尖农艺性状、茎尖产量和品质均具有显著影响：茎尖粗和叶宽随种植密度增加而下降;产量、节间长、叶柄长和叶长均随种植密度的增加而增加;可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和花青素的质量分数随种植密度增加而减少,黄酮和总酚的质量分数随种植密度增加而增加。综合考虑茎尖产量、农艺性状与品质指标,秦皇岛地区菜用甘薯合理氮...     

辣椒疫病生防菌对青海循化线辣椒的防病促生效果

采用L4(23)正交试验设计,在青海省循化县露地线辣椒生产基地,研究两种辣椒疫病生防菌和有机肥组合对辣椒疫病防治效果以及产量的影响。结果表明:各因素对辣椒疫病相对防效影响由大到小的顺序为生防放线菌A5生防细菌B2有机肥;对辣椒产量影响由大到小的顺序为有机肥生防放线菌A5生防细菌B2。综合辣椒疫病的防效和产量效益,制定出可在当地辣椒生产中推广的生防菌和有机肥配施的综合应用技术指标为:A5放线菌45 kg/hm2、B2细菌30 kg/hm2、有机肥900 kg/hm2,此时辣椒疫病的田间防效可达到87.19%,产量达到16 977 kg/hm2,新增产值14 450元/hm2,投入产出比为1∶6。生防菌和有机肥配施对线辣椒生产具有明显的防病增产作用。     

生防菌剂YKT41及B418防治茄子根结线虫病的田间试验

为了验证褐球固氮菌YKT41和越南伯克霍尔德氏菌B418对茄子根结线虫病的防治作用,进行了田间防治效果试验。结果表明,在使用30.0 kg/hm2微生物制剂（活菌数≥20×108 cfu/g）的情况下,YKT41及B418活菌制剂的防治效果分别达到了72.8%和75.6%,增产效果分别达到了14.6%和12.7%,具有良好的推广使用价值。试验还表明,该微生物菌剂主要以活体微生物起作用,灭活后使用效果较差,因此一定要在保质期内使用。     

以聚合物／硅藻土为控释材料的阿维菌素颗粒剂的制备及其性能研究

以聚合物/硅藻土复合材料为缓释剂,阿维菌素(Avermectin)为模型药物,采用转动包衣法制备了阿维菌素控释颗粒剂,应用红外光谱及扫描电镜分别对颗粒剂及复合控释材料的表面结构进行了表征,同时,利用体外释放实验测定了控释颗粒剂的释药特性,并用其进行了防治胡椒根结线虫的田间药效试验.结果表明:复合控释材料较单一硅藻土的表面结构致密,粒间堆积紧凑,孔隙量少,且与有效成分阿维菌素之间无化学键合,为物理包膜吸附作用.控释颗粒剂释药机理不属化学反应型释放,初步确定为Super Case Ⅱ型传递机理.该颗粒剂对胡椒根结线虫具有较好的防治效果,用量为75 kg·hm -2时,药后60 d,防效能保持在95%以上.     

蜡样芽胞杆菌BCJB01粉剂防治番茄根结线虫的研究

为提高蜡样芽胞杆菌BCJB01粉剂对蔬菜根结线虫病的田间防治效果,采用添加营养基质、有机肥等方式,进行了蜡样芽胞杆菌BCJB01防治番茄根结线虫病的田间技术研究。结果表明,在整地时同时添加有机肥和营养基质的处理对番茄根结线虫的防治效果最好,防效为77.45%,优于对照药剂10%噻唑膦颗粒剂对番茄根结线虫的防治效果。     

新疆新传入病害甘薯茎线虫病的研究

１９９２年从农贸市场购回的食用甘薯中，发现一糠心薯块，经过室内分离鉴定和室外接种试验，确定为甘薯茎线虫病，薯块内线虫为ＤｉｔｙｌｅｎｃｈｕｓｄｅｓｔｒｕｃｔｏｒＴｈｏｒｎｅ，１９４５     

几种农药颗粒剂对月季蚜虫防治效果研究

研究了6种颗粒剂对月季蚜虫防治效果及持效期,以期筛选出对蚜虫防治速效性及持效期优良的新型颗粒剂,替代高毒农药颗粒剂。调查根埋施药后7 d、16 d、24 d、44 d对月季蚜虫的防治效果;并进行数据处理分析。研究结果表明:2%吡虫啉颗粒剂1.5 g、4.5 g处理和0.5%阿维菌素颗粒剂9 g处理,在防治月季蚜虫的速效性和持效期方面,显著高于其他药剂处理,可以作为高毒药剂3%呋喃丹颗粒剂的替代品。综合防治的速效性、持效期、经济性和药剂安全性方面,2%吡虫啉颗粒剂每株施药1.5 g最优,具有较大的应用价值。     

甘薯新品种“渝苏303”选育研究

介绍了对甘薯新品种“渝苏303”的生产力和主要经济性状的鉴定结果在1994～1995年四川省甘薯新品种区域试验中,“渝苏303”鲜薯产量28263．0kg／hm2,比对照品种“南薯88”减产2．3％,藤叶产量21396．0kg／hm2,薯干产量8649．0kg／hm2,生物鲜产量49648．5kg／hm2,生物干产量11205．0kg／hm2和淀粉产量5430．8kg／hm2,比“南薯88”分别增产19．3％,4．6％,5．1％,7．0％和20．8％．它在重庆、四川的生产上产量表现更好。该品种萌芽性较好,结薯较早,大中薯率85％以上,薯块烘干率30．75％,出粉率19．32％,氮基酸含量0．844％,高抗茎线虫病,抗黑斑病和根腐病．贮藏性好1998年“渝苏303”已推广1×104hm2以上。     

90%除草灵清除玉米田杂草研究

2010年在五九七农场进行玉米大田试验,研究除草灵杂草防除效果.试验结果表明:90%除草灵2.0L/hm2除草效果最好;对喷施前出生的藜防效较好,对蓼也有一定的防效;施药后15天对新出稗草防效最佳;杀草谱与90%乙草胺2.5L/hm2+75%宝收22.5g/hm2处理相一致,防效上略低于90%乙草胺2.5L/hm2+75%宝收22.5g/hm2.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
