内导体偏置对传输线特性阻抗的影响   总被引:3,自引:3,他引:0  
由内导体和空心外导体所组成的同轴传输线是电磁工程中一类重要的传输线。本文提出用边界元分析这类传输线内导体偏置时,对其特性阻抗的影响,获得各种传输线内导体偏置时的特性阻抗数据。这些特性阻抗数据不仅可为各种偏心传输线的准确设计提供理论依据,而且可为同轴传输线的加工制作精度提供理论参数。  相似文献

随着电子系统工作频率的提高,系统中的传输线之间不可避免地会发生串扰问题。将采用时域传输线方程构建不等高多导体传输线的串扰模型,然后通过时域有限差分(FDTD)方法求解传输线方程,获得传输线端接负载上的串扰响应。采用该方法,模拟和分析脉冲集总电压源作用不等高多导体传输线的串扰规律。在此基础上,通过多集总源作用多导体传输线的串扰仿真,获得脉冲型干扰信号对传输线上工作信号的影响。  相似文献

文章提出用常数单元法计算椭圆外导体同轴传输线族的重要参数--特性阻抗。为检验边界元法的计算精度,边界元法计算了有准确参考值的椭圆外导体-圆柱内导体、矩形内导体同轴传输线族的特性阻抗。以前从未见报导的椭圆外导体-正三边形内导体、正方形内导体同轴传输线族的特性阻抗数据也一起给出,为工程设计提供可靠的参考数据。  相似文献

多导体传输线的串扰分析是信号完整性分析中经常遇到的问题.多导体传输线之间的串扰问题与传输线之间的分布参数存在密切联系,其分布参数分为分布电容矩阵和分布电感矩阵两个方面.本文采用有限元方法对由五条导线构成的一个多导体传输线结构进行建模,计算了该结构的单位长度分布电容矩阵和单位长度分布电感矩阵,分析了该结构中的串扰现象,通过与文献中结果对比,计算结果一致性很好,方法可行有效.  相似文献

为了解决各种结构多导体传输线(如非均匀传输线)对激励源响应的计算问题,提出一种改进的时域有限差分模型,用于计算不同结构的传输线被独立电压源和外部电磁波激励时的终端响应电压.讨论了导体耦合电容和电感的变化以及终端响应电压的特性.为了验证模型的有效性,对由激励源激励的导体不平行的传输线的终端响应电压进行了仿真.仿真结果表明,传输线结构的轻微不同,其终端响应电压的特性就会产生很大的变化。  相似文献

利用矩量法分析屏蔽导体内的多层介质多导体传输线。首先,建立该问题的算子方程;然后离散化算子方程,通过对导体和介质分界面的总电荷及介质和介质分界面自由电荷的自由空间二维格林函数分析,得出矩阵方程;最后得出屏蔽导体内多层介质中各导体的电容矩阵和电感矩阵。数值结果与现有类似结构分析结果相比较一致性较好。  相似文献

由内导体和空心外导体所组成的传输线是电磁工程中一类重要的传输线。提出应用LBEM角点弧形法处理传输线物理角节点问题,解决由于角节点边界条件不连续带来的方程求解困难问题。计算了一类特殊截面偏心传输线的特性阻抗,算例分析结果表明,该方法操作简单,计算便捷,能有效消除角点给边界计算带来的误差,可方便应用于工程问题的设计与计算,并为此类特种传输线加工制作精度提供理论参数。  相似文献

文章根据明晰的物理概念,提出用分域边界元法计算微带内导体同轴传输线的特性阻抗,将无法用直接边界法进行直接求解的微带内异导体传输线问题,转化为可以用边界元法求解的简单边值问题,并通过三个工程实例检验其计算精度。实例计算结果表明,分域边界元法具有较高的计算精度,可以很方便地应用于微带内导体传输线问题的工程设计与计算。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
