构建动物学实验开放平台培养创新人才

动物学是高校生物相关专业的核心基础课,其实验教学担负着提升学生动手实践能力及创新思维能力的重要使命,构建动物学实验开放平台能够使动物学实验教学与培养学生综合科研素养和创新能力紧密结合,因此在对比传统动物学实验教学与现代开放实验教学的基础上,从动物学实验室全方位开放管理、增强学生的主体地位、增加研究性和设计性实验比例和大学生创新课题与开放平台有机结合几个方面综合分析了动物学实验开放平台的构建在创新人才培养中的作用,旨在为培养学生的创新能力和实践能力服务。

研究了基于国家级生物学实验教学示范中心平台的动物学综合实验课程的构建模式和开设方式。以动物学方向的综合性实验内容作为实验教学模式改革的典型案例,分析了动物学综合实验的构建模式,更新并不断完善和优化了省级精品课程普通动物学的实验教学内容和实验项目体系。     

高师院校《动物学实验》教学改革的几点思路

阿坝师范高等专科学校根据高师院校动物学实验教学的现状和特点,对动物学实验教学进行了一些改革尝试。通过改革实验内容、改进教学方法、开放实验室、野外实习、改革实验成绩评定方法等措施,提高了实验教学效果和学生的综合能力。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
