用酒精、柠檬酸、水浸提酸枣叶片中的Vc,对浸提率和浸提液中Vc的稳定性进行了研究。结果表明:在相同浸提温度、时间条件下,浸提率大小为酒精溶液>酸溶液>水溶液;升高水温可使浸提率大大提高,在50℃水温条件下,浸提8h,可使浸提率达到99.38%。浸提液中Vc的稳定性受热及空气的影响较大,加热和与空气接触都可以加速Vc的损失。降低浸提液的pH值和加一定量的糖可对Vc起保存效果。  相似文献

对碱提法回收猪骨蛋白质工艺参数的研究表明,4种工艺参数对蛋白质得率均有不同程度的影响。其顺序为浸提液pH>浸提时间>沉降pH>浸提温度。碱提法回收猪骨蛋白质的最高得率为25.7%,最佳工艺参数为浸提时间105min,浸提液pH12.0,浸提温度30℃和沉降pH5.0。  相似文献

正交设计优选密蒙花总黄酮提取工艺研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
目的:研究云南当地密蒙花总黄酮的提取工艺.方法:采用乙醇溶液浸提,在单因素基础上,通过正交试验法,考察乙醇浓度、浸提温度、浸提时间3个因素对密蒙花中总黄酮提取率的影响,并用紫外可见分光光度计对密蒙花中总黄酮进行含量测定,得到最佳的提取工艺.结果:本实验对密蒙花中总黄酮提取最佳方法为A3B3C3,即乙醇浓度为70%,浸提温度为75℃,浸提时间为3h,总黄酮提取率为14.50%.结论:采用乙醇溶液浸提法可以用于云南当地密蒙花总黄酮的提取,其中浸提温度对总黄酮提取率影响最大.  相似文献

以胡萝卜、红枣为原料,利用正交试验设计,主要研究了枣汁浸提的最佳工艺条件以及最佳复合汁配方,并对枣汁的澄清和复合汁稳定进行了探讨.结果表明,最佳浸提条件是:干枣和水质量比为1:7,浸提温度70℃,pH值5.0,浸提时间8h;复合汁最佳配方为:复合汁含量70%,胡萝卜汁/枣汁(V/V)比6:4,糖度14%,柠檬酸量为0.10%;海藻酸钠用量为0.15%时稳定性最好。  相似文献

本文用SDS-PAGE和活性电泳技术定性分析了河南省生物工程重点实验室研制的新型抗癌药的蛋白质和蛋白酶的种类和含量.结果表明:(1)文中方法能有效地浸提所用各材料中的有效成份;(2)不同材料所含蛋白质和蛋白酶种类有较大差异;(3)在连续浸提新型抗癌药有效成份过程中,第二次从各材料中浸提的蛋白酶活性高于第一次.综合分析表明,第二次浸提效果好于第一次.  相似文献

采用正交试验方法,研究确定鱼腥草挥发油浸提的最佳工艺条件为:物料比1:10、浸提温度85℃、pH值7~8、浸提时间8h,提取液最大吸收波长为450m.抑菌试验表明,鱼腥草挥发油对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌均有一定的抑制作用,最低抑菌浓度分别为0.6%、0.8%、0.6%;试验还表明,鱼腥草提取液对青霉和黑曲霉无明显抑菌作用.  相似文献

以桂花叶片为试材,研究了不同浸提温度、时间及浸提剂对叶绿素含量的影响.结果表明:第一。叶片的叶绿素a+b、叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量先随浸提时间的延长而升高,达到最大值后略有下降.在较低温度下,其含量达到最大值的所需时间长,在较高温度下。其含量达到最大值所需时间短;第二,浸提效果最好的是45%乙醇+45%丙酮+10%水和乙醚,其次是95%乙醇和98%丙酮,再次是80%乙醇和80%丙酮,最差的是石油醚,但考虑乙醚的毒害副作用,我们建议采用45%乙醇+45%丙酮+10%水作为浸提剂较好.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
