时间—资源权衡协调问题的多目标优化决策模型

时间—资源权衡协调是以追求资源消耗费用极小和项目完工时间最短为目标，在满足项目工期要求下，根据项目活动时间的先后次序与可更新资源约束有效确定项目时间表。提出了一个具有资源约束问题的时间—资源权衡协调问题的多目标优化决策数学模型。在模型中，对相互冲突的项目工期与整个被消耗的资源费用是可权衡调节的。通过权衡协调和调节项目工期与整个资源消耗费用，得到了满足权衡协调关系的满意可行解，并给出了一个数值算例。此外，在对应于资源约束的Lagrangian松弛表示式中，给出了该二人对策问题的有关特性。     

公路施工组织网络资源优化的启发式算法

对于工期限定、资源均衡和资源有限、工期最短的2种资源约束情况，分别提出了逐步调优法和资源分配法2种启发式算法。在工期限定、资源均衡中，通过利用平衡性指标变动公式计算非关键工序的ΔHR值作为工序能否进行移动的判定界限，且应用平衡性指标HR作为网络计划实现优化的定量指标。在资源有限、工期最短中，通过计算每道工序的优先系数Pij，按其值由大到小作为各工序调整的优先准则，从而合理安排各工序的开始时间，以保证实现网络的资源优化。     

基于改进遗传算法的多级关联资源协调调度技术

在实际生产调度中,存在一类人员、设备、夹具、刀具等多级资源共同参与调度的情况.与传统的机加调度不同,此类调度问题增加了人员、卡具、刀具的约束.文中提出了基于改进遗传算法的多级关联资源协调调度技术以解决此类问题.本技术主要包含应用遗传算法在满足匹配关系的多级资源之间进行动态组合,通过适应度计算保留质量好的多级资源组合及面向资源协调的多级资源工序调度时间处理,根据选定工序所需资源占用情况,寻找最早的工序插入的时间区域,并结合工程实例分析验证了该技术的有效性.      

华东地区外文科技期刊资源共建共享的思考

在调查华东地区外文科技期刊资源建设现状的基础上，分析了华东地区外文科技期刊资源建设存在的资源萎缩、贫富悬殊、特色弱化、各地发展极不平衡等问题。并提出对策建议：强化政府行为、建立协调机制、制订发展规划、加大扶持力度、组建学科保障中心，共建华东地区外文科技期刊资源保障体系。     

浅谈网络环境下的读者服务工作

论述了网络环境对图书馆读者服务工作的影响，针对网络环境下读者服务工作中存在的一些现实问题，提出了网络环境下搞好读者服务工作的对策，包括加强馆藏文献信息资源建设、加强对读者文献信息需求的调研以及加强馆员队伍的建设等。     

考虑资源闲置成本的网络计划资源调度优化模型

针对在考虑风险因素时,资源就位时间的任何改变都可能使总工期和资源闲置时间发生变化,进而影响到施工计划总成本的情况,建立了总成本最低的最佳资源就位时间优化模型,并给出了利用蒙特卡罗(MC)法模拟和遗传算法求解各工作最佳资源就位时间的方法.实例验证结果表明,该优化模型优于CPM网络模型.     

基于复杂网络的网络效应新产品扩散模式

基于博弈论和复杂网络视角构造了一个网络效应新产品扩散模型,该模型中所有主体位于采用者网络上,主体根据个人网络策略性选择采用新产品或等待,所有主体的微观行为共同作用涌现出整体扩散模式.扩散结果表明:主体之间协调决策的策略性行为和采用者网络的拓扑结构是影响网络效应新产品扩散的重要因素;尽管采用者网络的作用很重要,但决策协调机制是决定扩散模式的首要因素.     

高校图书馆文献资源建设的新思路

叙述了网络环境下高校图书馆文献资源建设工作的分类和基本任务，并结合高校图书馆文献资源建设中存在的问题，提出了具体的工作思路，即实现实体资源和网络资源的优势互补，在建设实体资源的同时，应注重投入新的技术力量从事网络虚拟资源建设。     

利用协调曲线法对轧机轧辊滑动轴承的部分参数优化

分析了影响轧辊铅基滑动轴承工作能力及寿命的诸多因素，找出了主要影响因素，确定了优化目标（设计指标），并进行边界约束和性能约束的分析，建立了优化设计中的约束条件，运用机械优化设计中多目标优化设计原理之一的协调曲线法对约束条件优选处理，以达到最佳合理设计。     

网络环境下高校图书馆的信息资源建设

探讨了高校图书馆如何适应网络新环境的变化，更新图书馆信息资源建设的内，容，提出了现代图书馆信息资源建设的发展策略，包括建设信息资源网络；建立馆藏信息数据库，开发利用网上信息资源，加强馆际协调，加强信息资源建设及理论方法的研究等．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
