Risk precontrol management system of coal mines safety( RPMSCS) provides a set of preventive safety management strategy for high-risk coal industries, which has captured extensive attentions. Fundamentally,there are several membership systems with subsystems in the management system, and the subsystem reliability has an important influence on the management system performance. Through analyzing the structure characteristics of the management system,the phase type distribution was employed to analyze its subsystem reliability by considering repair process and three states including working,fail-abnormal,and fail-emergency states. The reliability indices of the subsystem were derived respectively,including the probabilities that the subsystem in three states,mean time to the first failure, mean time to first failemergency,mean working time to first fail-emergency,and mean maintenance time to the first fail-emergency, are derived respectively. The probabilities of the membership systems and the management system in three states were also derived. Some numerical examples were used to show the procedures. The result is important for better understanding the management system operation and improving its operational performance from the respect of system reliability.  相似文献

The search operation of spatial data was a principal operation in existent spatial database management system,but the update operation of spatial data such as tracking are occurring frequently in the spatial database management system recently. So,necessity of concurrency improvement among transactions is increasing. In general database management system,many techniques have been studied to solve concurrency problem of transaction. Among them,multi-version algorithm does to minimize interference among transactions. However,to apply existent multi-version algorithm to improve concurrency of transaction to spatial database management system, the waste of storage happens because it must store entire version for spatial record even if only aspatial data of spatial record is changed. This paper has proposed the record management techniques to manage separating aspatial data version and spatial data version to decrease waste of storage for record version and improve concurrency among transactions.  相似文献

Inventory transshipment among retailers is an effective strategy to manage supply disruption risks. The expected profit functions and the optimal ordering decisions of two newsvendors who adopt transshipment strategy to cope with upstream unreliability are derived. It is proved that transshipment strategy enhances the retailer's profit,improves the service level for customers,and under special conditions improves the supplier's profit as well. It is therefore claimed that transshipment strategy may achieve a Pareto improvement.  相似文献

Australia is one of the world leaders in water management. The country meets the challenge of water shortage with established integrated water management in which rainwater is taken as a too precious resource to be just drained off. In Australia, rainwater is extensively harvested and polished to provide cheaper supply for potable and non-potable domestic uses, irrigation, landscaping, refilling aquifers and other uses. Implementing dual management over the quantity and quality of storm water and practicing water sensitive urban design (WSUD) in urban areas effectively control non-point-source pollution of waterways by pollutants carried with runoffs, reduce the discharge of rainwater and thus protect properties and lives from damage by floods. These achievements are attributed to constant reinforcement by govenments from federal to local levels in policy, financial, legal and educational aspects, and also to the lasting efforts of professional communities and water industry in developing requisite techniques, demonstrating the benefits and fostering public credence of rainwater reuse. The successful rainwater management practices in Australia suggest rainwater harvesting can be a complimentary means for the South-to-North Water Transfer Scheme to solve the water shortage in China’s northern regions, and thus release to a degree the pressure on the Yangtze water resources. Best management practices of rainwater can be an effective controlling strategy for flooding and non-point-source water pollution of waterways. Such in-site source control initiatives have particular significance to protecting slow waterways of weak self-purification ability, like the Three Gorges Reservior.  相似文献

In order to meet the strict requirements for information in engineering management, the positive interval (0, 1] in Shannon information entropy is extended to the real number interval [-1, 1]. The information theory and the decision theory are combined effectively, and the deficiencies that the traditional Bayes decision-making methods only consider a single factor are made up. The technologies of design, manufacture and MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) tor the mili- tary aero-engines, particularly for the fighters, are much more difficult to be mastered than those for any other aero-engines. They have been monopolized by only a few countries and the core technologies have never been transferred due to high risk, high investment, high barrier and high cost. Therefore, our country has long relied on mapping and copying the others' engines to satisfy the domestic demand due to not having our own indepen- dent technologies for the design and manufacture of military aero-engines. However, through over 20 years of unremitting effort, the independent MRO has been achieved for all the Chinese fighter engines, covering in- R&D (research and development) and in-service engines; and the MRO technologies, capabilities, quality, cost-efficiency have reached or exceeded those of original manufacturers. It has grown out of nothing, and then from weak to strong. In particular, dozens of projects concerning the R&D and engineering application of re- manufacturing have obtained the independent intellectual property rights and are playing an irreplaceable role in achieving leaping improvement of independent MRO for Chinese military aero-engines.  相似文献

The problem of long transactions is a significant problem in spatial database. The checkout mechanism and multi-version mechanism are two kind methods of solving the problem of long transactions. In this paper,we present a Shallow Version Management mechanism to realize multi-version mechanism in spatial database. And we introduced a increment storage and dynamic version views building method to improve efficiency of storing and consulting. We also illuminate how to resolve the problem of long transaction concurrency contrrl in spatial database by using multi-version mechanism. Traffic classification is critical to effective network management. However, more and more proprietary, encrypted, and dynamic protocols make traditional traffic classification methods less effective. A Message and Command Correlation (MCC) method was developed to identify interactive protocols (such as P2P file sharing protocols and Instant Messaging (IM) protocols) by session analyses. Unlike traditional packet-based classification approaches, this method exploits application session information by clustering packets into application messages which are used for further classification. The efficacy and accuracy of the MCC method was evaluated with real world traffic,including P2P file sharing protocols Thunder and BitTorrent, and IM protocols QQ and GTalk. The tests show that the false positive rate is less than 3% and the false negative rate is below 8%, and that MCC only needs to check 8.7% of the packets or 0.9% of the traffic. Therefore, this approach has great potential for accurately and quickly discovering new types of interactive application protocols.  相似文献

In order to intensify market competition,manufacturing enterprises must improve their product innovation capability.It is difficult to integrate the system modeling,simulation and collaborative process management in complex product development.A collaborative platform for complex product development based on multi-domain unified modeling and simulation is proposed in this paper.The architecture of the platform is firstly stated.The idea and realization of three key technologies,i.e.multi-domain modeling and simulation for complex product,knowledge management for product design and simulation,multi-domain collaborative mechanism,are emphasized.Finally,an industry case is given.The demonstration of the system shows that integration architecture is the effective infrastructure for multi-domain collaborative product development.  相似文献

In the engineering database system,multiple versions of a design including engineering drawings should be managed efficiently. The paper proposes an efficient spatial data structure,that is an expansion of the R-tree and HR-tree,for version management of engineering drawings. A novel mechanism to manage the difference between drawings is introduced to the HR-tree to eliminate redundant duplications and to reduce the amount of storage required for the data structurr. Consumer credit risk analysis plays a significant role in stabilizing a bank’s investments and in maximizing its profits.As a large financial institution,Bank of America relies on effective risk analyses to minimize the net credit loss resulting from its credit products(e.g.,mortgage and credit card loans).Due to the size and complexity of the data involved in this process,analysts are facing challenges in monitoring the data,comparing its geospatial and temporal patterns,and developing appropriate strategies based on the correlation from multiple analysis perspectives.To address these challenges,we present RiskVA,an interactive visual analytics system that is tailored to support credit risk analysis.RiskVA provides interactive data exploration and correlation,and visually facilitates depictions of market ?uctuations and temporal trends for a targeted credit product.When evaluated by analysts from Bank of America,RiskVA was appreciated for its effectiveness in facilitating the bank’s risk management.  相似文献
