一种基于模糊推理的神经网络学习算法   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
提出了一种新的神经网络学习算法.相对于其他学习算法,该算法侧重于网络参数的调整,通过对样本集的模糊推理、调整和分类学习来实现自适应的神经网络学习.结果表明,该算法能大大提高神经网络的学习速度和学习效率,并能从样本集中得到反常样本和小概率事件样本,对小概率事件样本有很好的学习能力.  相似文献

针对面部表情识别过程中获得的特征样本稀少的问题,提出了一种基于小数据集下贝叶斯网络(BN)建模的面部表情识别方法。首先提取面部表情图像的几何特征和HOG特征,经特征融合和归一化等处理构成动作单元(AU)标签样本集;其次提出了用于面部表情识别的BN结构,并将定性专家经验转化为BN条件概率之间的约束集合,随后引入凸优化最大化求解完成BN模型参数的估算;最后利用联合树推理算法识别出面部表情。实验结果表明:在小数据集条件下,与支持向量机(SVM)、Adaboost和卷积神经网络(CNN)等人脸表情分类方法相比,该方法能够取得更准确的面部表情识别结果。  相似文献

针对传感器节点定位误差大、定位精度不高的问题,提出一种修正最小二乘法的无线传感器网络节点定位误差方法.该方法采用全局搜索能力强的粒子群算法对最小二乘法定位误差进行修正,提高了节点的定位精度.仿真对比实验结果表明,在相同条件下,改进后的节点定位算法的误差低于其他传感器节点定位算法,定位结果的稳定性更高;随着信标节点数的增加,平均定位误差明显减少,有效地提高了传感器节点的平均定位精度和定位速度.  相似文献

针对K2算法学习贝叶斯网络(BN)结构苛刻的先验节点顺序条件,提出先验信息重构方法来提高算法适用性,让K2算法得到更加精准的网络结构。对于K2算法在较小样本数据中结构精度低的问题,使用模拟退火(SA)算法对其进行优化。利用重构先验信息构建初始网络结构,改进SA算法的邻域求解方法,以求得网络的最优结构。通过学习4个BN结构,将改进的混合算法分别与K2算法和马尔可夫链蒙特卡洛(MCMC)算法进行优劣仿真比较。仿真结果表明:在相同的网络结构和先验条件下,该文改进的混合算法都能更好地识别网络结构,在各网络结构中无论先验经验是否准确,在结构精确度和海明距离方面都具有较强的学习能力。  相似文献

为了提高传统DV-Hop(distance vector-hop)算法的定位精度,提出一种基于跳距修正和差分进化优化的改进DV-Hop(differential evolution distance vector-hop,DEDV-Hop)算法。由DV-Hop的算法原理可知,锚节点间的距离测量误差是算法定位误差的主要来源,由此根据锚节点间的不同跳数引入权重因子,从而减小平均每跳距离误差,并且利用差分进化算法对最小二乘法计算出的节点坐标进行二次优化,最终提高系统的整体定位精度。为了验证算法的有效性,在相同实验条件下,通过设置不同的定位参数将提出的算法与同类的经典算法进行实验对比。实验结果表明,DEDV-Hop算法可以有效减少节点平均定位误差,其定位精度明显优于其他几种算法。  相似文献

针对多传感器系统中的协同决策问题,先对传感器节点的可靠性进行了分析和建模,从不同传感器节点的信息处理结果之间相互支持和节点自身历史表现2个方面,得到影响传感器节点可信度的2组参数;然后在D-S证据理论相关研究的基础上提出一种协同决策算法,并采用蒙特卡罗方法对协同决策算法进行了仿真验证.仿真结果表明:协同决策算法的平均决策正确率比现有算法提高了2.0%~10.8%,并且在证据严重冲突的情况下能获得比其他方法更好的决策效果.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
