江西高校体育教师教学效能感的调查与分析

运用教学效能感量表对江西10所高校107体育教师教学效能感进行问卷调查,结果显示:江西省高校体育教师的个人教学效能感明显高于一般教学效能感,性别对教师的教学效能感各项均无显著影响,教龄对教师个人教学效能感和一般教学效能感有显著影响。

大学教师心理资本、工作压力与幸福感的关系研究

目的:探究教师心理资本、工作压力与幸福感之间的关系。方法:采用高校教师工作压力量表、心理资本问卷与综合幸福问卷对某高校104名教师进行调查。结果:(1)大学教师的工作压力在性别上存在显著差异,在年龄、学历、职称、教龄、岗位等变量上不存在显著差异。(2)大学教师心理资本自我效能、乐观、坚韧性三维度在年龄、学历、婚姻状况、教龄、岗位等变量上不存在显著差异,只有希望维度在职称变量上存在显著差异。(3)大学教师总体幸福感只有在性别变量上存在显著的差异,在年龄、学历、职称、教龄、岗位等变量上不存在显著差异;大学教师主观幸福感在学历变量上存在显著差异,在年龄、年收入、职称、教龄、岗位等变量上不存在显著差异。(4)大学教师心理资本自我效能、希望、坚韧性三维度与总体幸福感之间有显著正相关,说明心理资本对幸福感有显著预测力,心理资本对幸福感有积极影响;大学教师的工作压力(教学、学术科研、工作负荷、组织功能维度)与总体幸福感之间有显著负相关,表明工作压力对幸福感有消极影响。结论:工作压力、心理资本对大学教师幸福感有一定影响,适当缓解工作压力,发展心理资本有助于提高教师幸福感水平。     

福建省高校体育教师工作满意度的调查研究

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对福建省的423名高校体育教师的工作满意度现状进行调查研究.研究结果表明,福建省高校体育教师的工作满意度整体水平一般;对福建省高校体育教师工作满意度水平产生影响的人口统计学变量有教龄、职称、学校类别(P0.05);不同性别、学历的高校体育教师在工作满意度水平上的差异不显著.     

新疆高校体育教师工作压力状况调查研究

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法对新疆维吾尔自治区228名高校民汉体育教师的工作压力状况进行了调查,以期为预防和缓解新疆高校体育教师工作压力提供一定的理论依据,并希望以此引起各相关部门对高校体育教师工作压力问题的广泛关注,采取有力措施,切实减轻高校体育教师的工作压力.运用SPSS 16.0软件对收集的数据进行独立样本T检验、One-way ANOVA和Cross-tabs分析.结果显示:高校体育教师工作压力较大,在工作中感受到来自科研、职业期望及自我发展的压力,同时还感受到相当程度的来自工作因素、组织氛围及学生因素的压力,新疆高校体育教师在族别、职称、学历、年龄和教龄5个方面工作压力都存在显著差异.     

重庆市高校体育教师组织承诺现状调查分析

为了解重庆市高校体育教师的组织承诺现状以及在不同人口属性上的组织承诺差异,采用编制的高校体育教师组织承诺问卷对重庆市普通高校的139名体育教师进行了问卷调查,然后运用SPSS19.0统计软件进行了统计分析;结果显示:男女教师除了在学校认同层面存在显著性差异外,在总体组织承诺以及其他层面上差异不显著;不同教龄和不同学历/学位的高校体育教师在组织承诺以及各层面上表现出非常显著的差异,不同教育背景的教师除了在学校认同层面存在显著性差异外,在总体组织承诺以及其他层面上差异不显著。     

中小学教师情绪智力与教学效能感的关系研究——以北京市朝阳区为例

通过问卷调查的方式考察了北京市朝阳区596名中小学教师的情绪智力和教学效能感情况。研究结果发现:(1)朝阳区中小学教师的情绪智力处于较高水平;(2)朝阳区中小学教师的教学效能感呈现中等偏上水平,其中个人教学效能感要高于一般教学效能感;(3)教师年龄、教龄、学校类型与教师情绪智力有关,性别、学段与情绪智力无关,年龄、教龄、是否担任班主任、学历与教师个人教学效能感有关,性别、学段、学校类型与教师教学效能感无关;(4)教师情绪知觉、情绪理解、情绪管理与个人教学效能感呈现显著的正相关,教师情绪理解和情绪管理能够正向预测教师个人教学效能感(解释率为31.4%)。     

普通高中和职业中学教师职业枯竭相关因素的对比研究

通过对14所普通高中、15所职业中学673名教师的问卷调查,主要对普通高中、职业中学教师的应对效能和工作压力对教师职业枯竭的预测作用进行了对比研究.分析结果表明：1）应对效能对普通高中和职业中学教师的职业枯竭都具有显著的预测作用,但是存在差异;2）工作压力对普通高中和职业中学教师的职业枯竭具有显著的预测作用,但是存在差异;3）通过对工作压力和应对效能的联合考察能够更好地预测普通高中和职业中学教师的职业枯竭.     

初中体育教师职业认同现状与强化研究

本文运用问卷调查法、访谈法等对东莞市25所初中的156名初中体育教师的职业认同现状进行调查,发现:初中体育教师的职业认同较低;女性优于男性;高级教师的职业情感与职业意志优于中二或以下者;教龄10～20年的体育教师的职业情感与教龄在20年以上或者10年以下者有非常显著的差异。最后指出:提高初中体育教师的社会与经济地位,建立有效的激励机制,营造和谐的校园氛围,以及树立正确的人生与价值观等,是强化初中体育教师职业认同的有效途径。     

体育教师教学效能感特点及其对职业倦怠的预测

探讨体育教师的教学效能感、职业倦怠的特点及二者的关系.其结果为（1）讲师及以上职称的教师一般教学效能感显著高于助教及以下职称的教师,硕士及以上学历的体育教师一般教学效能感显著高于本科学历的体育教师.（2）讲师及以上职称教师的成就感显著高于助教及以下体育教师的成就感.（3）个人教学效能感显著负向预测情绪衰竭,解释率8.5%.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
