为了提高北美香柏在沈阳地区的扦插成活率,试验以北美香柏一、二年生的插穗为试材,分别采用不同浓度的IBA、NAA及ABT生根粉浸泡插穗,以清水作对照,并分别在河沙、草炭、炉渣、园土等基质上进行扦插试验.试验表明,在沈阳地区气候条件下,以ABT生根粉100 mg/L浸插穗12 h效果最佳,生根率达到79.1%,而且根系发育良好;一年生插穗比二年生插穗生根率高2.7%;草炭插壤比园土插壤生根率高8.0%.秋季起苗,沙藏越冬,草炭土扦插苗翌年移植成活率高达89.2%,当年新梢生长量4.5 cm.  相似文献

运用正交试验方法,对天女木兰进行硬枝扦插繁殖试验,结果表明,插穗类型是影响扦插生根的主要因素,扦插基质次之.最佳的组合结果:2 a生枝条作插穗、V(珍珠岩)∶V(草炭土)=1∶1为基质、200 mg/L ABT1生根粉浸根4 h.这种组合生根率达46.7%,生根效果最好.  相似文献

如今米槁种群数量小,为增加及开发米槁资源,以米槁枝条为材料,开展了不同基质(蛭石、珍珠岩、河沙、珍珠岩∶河沙=1∶1)、不同部位(上部、中部、下部、不同种类(IBA、ABT-1、GGR-6)不同浓度的激素处理对米槁扦插生根影响的实验.扦插试验表明:珍珠岩基质中插穗生根率为65.56%,是米槁插穗扦插生根的最佳基质.植物生长调节剂种类和浓度对插穗生根作用显著,30mg/L的GGR-6浸泡4h的米槁插穗生根效果最好,生根率达到63.33%.米槁插穗生根效果由高到低依次为枝条的下部、中部、上部.  相似文献

采用不同的扦插基质、不同浓度的激素处理母猪果插穗,研究不同的扦插基质、激素处理、扦插时间及插穗部位对母猪果插穗生根效果的影响.结果表明:影响母猪果插穗生根的主导因素是扦插基质,其次是激素种类;扦插基质以珍珠岩与泥炭的混合基质插穗生根效果最好(珍珠岩与泥炭体积比3∶2);激素则以IBA最佳,处理方法为IBA(100 mg/kg)处理3 h;选用基部插穗不仅生根率高,而且根系发达粗壮;母猪果的最佳扦插时间是12月.  相似文献

以Mirabolano29C硬枝为扦插材料,采用正交和完全随机试验方法,研究基质、生长调节剂种类和生长调节剂处理方式等对硬枝插穗生根的影响。结果表明:将插穗基部放在质量浓度为100 mg/L的IBA溶液中浸泡6 h,扦插于珍珠岩基质中,生根率高达84.62%,平均生根条数为10.87,平均根长达3.84 cm;将插穗基部放在质量浓度为1 000 mg/L的IBA溶液中蘸30 s,扦插于珍珠岩基质中,生根率高达89.1%。  相似文献

通过3种基质配比进行美国紫薇“红火箭”扦插繁殖比较试验,结果表明:以田园土、珍珠岩、泥炭(体积比为8∶1∶1)配制的基质进行扦插繁殖,10个月后的种苗成活率和株高生长量为88.7%和105.81 cm ,明显好于以营养土、蛭石、珍珠岩(体积比为7∶1.5∶1.5)配制的基质和用营养土、田园土、珍珠岩(体积比4∶5∶1)配制的基质,后2种基质配比对扦插繁殖的影响无明显差异;3种基质配比对扦插苗的地径生长无明显影响。这表明,采用3种基质配比进行美国紫薇“红火箭”扦插繁殖,用田园土、珍珠岩、泥炭配制的基质效果最佳。  相似文献

水曲柳嫩枝扦插育苗的成活率受很多因素的影响。研究结果表明,在以蛭石或蛭石和珍珠岩混合物(1:1)为扦插基质,用IAA、IBA、NAA处理插穗时,以IBA60mg/L,NAA30mg/L及接近浓度,处理时间以短时速蘸成活率较高,扦插时期以5月下旬到6月中旬为较理想时间,采穗母株年龄越小,插穗越容易成活,随年龄的增大,成活率下降。扦插后,加强扦插苗的水分、光照、温度、病害和施肥管理,可以进一步促进插穗生根和生长。  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
