为了全面了解立方烷的性质,本文利用CASTEP程序包基于密度泛函理论的交换关联函数(GGA)方法对立方烷的电子结构和光学性质进行研究。在计算的过程中首先优化立方烷的晶体结构并与实验值进行对比,结果符合很好。立方烷的能带带隙为5.453CV,吸收系数最大峰值为2.509×10^5cm^-1.然后又研究光学性质的吸收谱,反射谱和能量损失函数。 相似文献

本文是在电子、原子层次上进行多元合金设计的一个初步探索。利用量子化学从头计算方法或者第一性原理赝势平面波方法,构建了多元合金的原子间相互作用势。研究表明,由原子间相互作用势计算确定合适的基体成分,选择尝试的合金总成分,通过经验公式计算碳化物体积分数,以相平衡热力学计算取得与合适的相结构对应的合金总成分.由试验检验设计的合理性。这样的一种思路是可行的。 相似文献

Biotin-dependent carboxylases include acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC), propionyl-CoA carboxylase (PCC), 3-methylcrotonyl-CoA carboxylase (MCC), geranyl-CoA carboxylase, pyruvate carboxylase (PC), and urea carboxylase (UC). They contain biotin carboxylase (BC), carboxyltransferase (CT), and biotin-carboxyl carrier protein components. These enzymes are widely distributed in nature and have important functions in fatty acid metabolism, amino acid metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism, polyketide biosynthesis, urea utilization, and other cellular processes. ACCs are also attractive targets for drug discovery against type 2 diabetes, obesity, cancer, microbial infections, and other diseases, and the plastid ACC of grasses is the target of action of three classes of commercial herbicides. Deficiencies in the activities of PCC, MCC, or PC are linked to serious diseases in humans. Our understanding of these enzymes has been greatly enhanced over the past few years by the crystal structures of the holoenzymes of PCC, MCC, PC, and UC. The structures reveal unanticipated features in the architectures of the holoenzymes, including the presence of previously unrecognized domains, and provide a molecular basis for understanding their catalytic mechanism as well as the large collection of disease-causing mutations in PCC, MCC, and PC. This review will summarize the recent advances in our knowledge on the structure and function of these important metabolic enzymes. 相似文献

While theE. coli RecA protein has been the most intensively studied enzyme of homologous recombination, the unusual RecA-DNA filament has stood alone until very recently. It now appears that this protein is part of a universal family that spans all of biology, and the filament that is formed by the protein on DNA is a universal structure. With RecA's role in recombination given new and greatly increased significance, we focus in this review on the energetics of the RecA-mediated strand exchange and the relation between the energetics and recombination spanning heterologous inserts. 相似文献

Summary An overview is given of the functional anatomy of the fig. The fig is the site of pollination and oviposition, it produces wasps, seeds and pollen, and it is the unit of dispersal. Therefore the fig acts as both a flower and a fruit. When a flower is both fertilized and receives a wasp egg, it eventually produces a wasp. Fertilization in flowers that do not recieve a wasp egg initiates seed production. Wide variation exists in the structural features of figs among different subgenera and sections. Monoecious species and gynodioecious species have different strategies for maintaining the symbiosis with the pollinating fig wasps. Monoecious species produce wasps and seeds in a single fig type and show imperfect heterostyly. Gynodioecious species have specialized figs for wasp and for seed production and are characterized by perfect heterostyly. 相似文献

针对目前电子封装的封装密度越来越高、封装厚度越来越薄、封装体在基板上所占面积越来越大,发热引起的失效越来越严重等问题,以晶体管瞬态热应力分析为例,建立热力耦合力学模型.利用ansys研究电子封装热失效问题,得到温度场、应力场和变彤场的分布规律.温度和应力的主要规律包括两点,一是温度和应力都在角点处变化明显,应力比较集中.温度从上到下逐层变化,逐渐减小,并且层与层之间温度变化不大,模型中间部分温度层厚度几乎相同,下半部分同一温度层有规律的变化.二是当温度较高时,在受约束面上和角点处应力值较大,并且在模型的角点和中部出现应力集中现象. 相似文献

In this paper I consider the structures that chemists and physicists attribute at the molecular scale to substances and materials of various kinds, and how they relate to structures and processes at other scales. I argue that the structure of a substance is the set of properties and relations which are preserved across all the conditions in which it can be said to exist. In short, structure is abstraction. On the basis of this view, and using concrete examples, I argue that structures, and therefore the chemical substances and other materials to which they are essential, are emergent. Firstly, structures themselves are scale-dependent because they can only exist within certain physical conditions, and a single substance may have different structures at different scales (of length, time and energy). Secondly, the distinctness of both substances and structures is a scale-dependent relationship: above a certain point, two distinct possibilities may become one. Thirdly, the necessary conditions for composition, for both substances and molecular species, are scale-dependent. To know whether a group of nuclei and electrons form a molecule it is not enough to consider energy alone: one also has to know about their environment and the lifetime over which the group robustly hangs together. 相似文献
