本文主要从强化服务理念、完善电力客户服务的体制与机制、加强员工队伍素质建设和完善电力客户服务应急工作来分析如何强化电力客户服务,提升服务的能力与品质.     

中国电力消费影响因素权重的分位数回归研究

通过加权最小二乘法(WLS)和分位数(QR)回归比较性研究电力能源消费影响因素的影响权重,分位数回归技术则更能详尽阐明不同消费需求下各影响权重的变化:电价、能源效率改进、消费支出能力、电力价格体制改革、人口与电力消费需求之间存在长期均衡的关系,并通过多重验证指标验证模型和结果的合理性;能源效率改进和电价控制是影响电力能源消费的2个重要因素,在不同分位数上各个因素影响权重存在差异;特别发现"高人口增长率并不必然伴随高电力消费需求量"。并提出不同分位数下相关政策建议。     

浅谈供电企业客户服务现状与对策

采用GERT算法的电力抢修车应急运输路径选择

研究电力抢修车应急运输路径选择问题.根据图形评审技术(GERT)构建某突发灾害地区紧急转运配送过程的随机网络模型,对比电力抢修车到达不同灾区的成功配送概率、风险概率和紧急配送生命周期期望,从而得出模型的缺陷和改进方法.结果表明:该模型方法具有可行性和适用性.     

基于DHGF的香精配方评价方法

四元评价(DHGF)模型将改进的Delphi法、层次分析法(AHP)、灰色关联统计和模糊评判法综合集成,在评价的不同步骤中运用不同的方法.论证了利用该模型对单个香精配方进行品质评价的可行性,给出了四元评价模型的步骤,并用实例说明了这种评价方法的有效性和合理性.     

基于改进AHP法的广佛城际公交满意度模糊综合评价

基于改进的AHP法和模糊综合评价,在满意度影响因素和出行者特性的基础上,从经济性、可靠性、便捷性、舒适性、可达性5个方面着手,建立了城际公交出行满意度评价体系;结合广佛城际公交出行调查数据,计算出了各指标层的权重及满意度评分,绘制了重要度-满意度四分图。结果表明:舒适性、可达性对广佛城际公交出行满意度的影响较大;广佛城际公交出行满意度总分为63. 8,介于"一般"和"满意"之间,且可达性和经济性方面得分较高。     

基于居民满意度视角的旅游型城镇三生空间优化研究

基于改进模糊物元法的电力自供区最优收购策略

2015年新一轮电力体制改革背景下,为使电网公司在市场竞争中处于优势地位,选择优质电力自供区进行收购,保证存量市场十分重要。本文重点考虑影响电力自供区收购的因素,构建了电力自供区资产价值收购评价指标体系,利用信息熵赋权法确定资产价值收购评价指标权重,并在此基础上,对模糊物元法进行改进,提出一种基于改进模糊物元法的电力自供区客户价值评价模型。以某省8个自供区为例进行研究,结果表明,该方法可以客观有效的对自供区客户进行评价,提供最优收购策略,从而为电网公司资产收购提供参考和依据。     

基于熵权TOPSIS法的快递分拣中心选址

为寻找合适的快递分拣中心,研究了熵权TOPSIS模型,以熵权法与改进的TOPSIS模型结合,最终确定选址的最优方案.文章以安徽某快递企业为例,根据2019年安徽省年度数据,从经济发展水平、快递作业能力、经营环境、成本因素等四个方面来构建分拣中心选址评价指标体系,使用熵权法和改进的TOPSIS模型对皖北六市进行实证研究....     

基于专家调查法的高层民用建筑火灾疏散改进灰关联安全评价模型

通过比较几种安全评价模型,并根据高层民用建筑火灾特点和建筑内部人员疏散特点,提出使用基于信息覆盖理论的灰关联评价方法建立高层民用建筑火灾疏散灰关联安全评价模型.进一步应用欧几里德贴近度和优属度方法改进一般灰关联方法在火灾疏散评价模型中的两处缺陷:整体性问题和关联度分析问题,建立了改进灰关联安全评价模型,计算分析得到建筑火灾疏散安全度和最需要改进的指标因素.为了改善和提高评价结果的准确性,通过专家调查法确定因素权重,避免了赋权过程的主观性,反映了现阶段在高层民用建筑消防疏散中最需要注意、最受重视的方面.最后通过实例验证了该模型的可行性.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
