系统开发中的认知方法研究

从认知方法论的角度，对目前各种系统开发过程中的认知方法体系以及由此而产生的系统开发方法展开讨论．通过对大量开发方法的比较，给出了目前存在于系统开发领域的几种认知方法体系以及常用系统开发方法与认知方法体系之间的对应关系。     

Reconciling Effectiveness and Equity in Performance Management: A Stakeholder Synthesis Approach to Organizational Systems Design

Complex organizational systems have been studied using hard and soft epistemologies and each has contributed to understanding based on its logic of enquiry. However, both fail to engage fully with systems in their context and are increasingly recognized as such by researchers and practitioners. This paper reviews the epistemological debate and proposes that accommodation between quantitative and qualitative disciplines is both possible and appropriate. A case study of performance management systems demonstrates the synergistic benefits of integration within a mode of organizational enquiry based on stakeholder analysis and soft systems methodology. This enables the development of a stakeholder systems model of performance management that incorporates stakeholder consensus, organizational justice, and system effectiveness considerations.

A Model for Design of Human Activity Systems

A background is given to the common failures of management information systems and the authors' view of the causes behind these failures. There seems to be a lack of effective methods for analyzing information requirements. Different scientific methods are discussed as to their propensity for analyzing the information requirements. The importance of the systems design approach instead of the system improvement approach is emphasized. The concept of Human Activity Systems is discussed and an analysis of the interdependence of the soft and hard parts of these systems indicates that an integrated view is necessary. A methodology based on a systemic and systematic analysis of the information requirements in an organization is proposed. This methodology focuses the settings of the decisions on all levels in organizations and also indicates organizational discrepancies and information imbalances. The methodology can be regarded as a dynamic, learning system.

针对军事信息系统项目军民融合事前决策评估问题,提出了一种基于改进层次分析法和云模型的军事信息系统项目军民融合需求度评估模型,为研究军民融合评估工作探索一条新的途径.利用正态分布区间数表示评估数据,并利用区间数逆向云发生器生成各评估指标云.同时采用兼顾形状和距离的正态云模型相似度测算方法对军民融合需求度进行综合评估.仿真实验表明,本文提出的评估模型具有很好的合理性和可用性.     

管理信息大系统分析与设计的一个新方法

本文将ＣｈｅｃｋｌａｎｄＰ．Ｂ．的软系统方法论与ＨａｌＡ．Ｄ．的硬系统方法论有机结合起来，提出一种管理信息大系统的“软系统分析／硬系统设计”方法，同时通过一个地方政府宏观经济管理信息系统的实践说明方法的应用．

体系结构框架为开发和表示体系结构提供了规则、指导和产品描述,保证了在理解、比较和集成体系结构时有一个公共的标准.针对体系结构框架,在以产品为中心和数据为中心的设计方法的基础上,提出了以活动为中心的体系结构设计方法,定义了节点、信息、活动等体系结构的核心实体以及相互关系,分析了以活动为中心的体系结构开发过程和基于可执行模型动态特性分析方法,并以防空反导作战为例,说明该方法的可行性.

混合目标系统问题求解是复杂系统信息处理、模式识别、优化、决策、控制等广阔领域中大量存在的命题.针对上述命题,开展了如下研究:探讨了混合目标系统问题求解的方法论问题;研究了方法集成的几个重要问题;提出了混合目标系统问题求解的一般技术线路问题;对于变权综合和变因素综合问题,提出了解决问题的若干原则,并指出了一些当前研究中出现的问题;给出了一种解决方案.模糊控制例子说明了变权综合/变因素综合的应用广泛性.     

基于Agent的仿真软件系统集成设计方法

提出一个面向Agent设计的仿真系统集成设计方法,它实现将现有DIS系统面向HLA的结构改造。该方法是在面向对象设计基础上,将Object Class扩展成系统级的具有自控机制约Agent Class,并以此为模板生成各种仿真系统成员Agent,同时将RTI接口设计成分别体现通信协议,同步协议和交互协议的三级公共父类,由Agent继承,从而实现了一个具有HLA结构的多Agent组合式集成仿真系统。

为实现复杂机电系统的设计与仿真中多学科应用的集成以及信息的交流与共享,提出了一种复杂机电系统多学科设计与仿真集成框架,并给出了集成框架的参考模型.该集成框架采用了有利于实现设计与仿真应用程序"即插即用"的组件结构,并建立了机电系统设计与仿真公共信息模型和标准应用组件接口.复杂机电系统多学科设计与仿真集成框架以多学科综合设计与仿真为核心,以公共信息模型为基础,通过标准化应用组件接口实现不同工程领域的设计与仿真工具的集成以及设计和仿真信息交流与共享,从而支持多学科团队间的协同工作.     

关于武器装备体系论证方法的思考

针对武器装备体系建设的特点,简述了目前武器装备体系论证特点和存在的方法问题.通过分析武器装备体系论证手段,剖析武器装备体系论证方法,提出应合理建立武器装备体系论证方法体系,形成武器装备体系论证方法论,以适应在信息化条件下武器装备体系建设的论证要求.依据上述方法论结合武器装备体系论证的特点,建立了软件综合集成环境,环境中每个软件工具或软件分系统,可根据不同论证任务,灵活形成针对该论证任务的软件环境,以满足相应论证任务的需要,体现定性分析与定量评估相结合.     

KNOWLEDGE PROCESS ANALYSIS： FRAMEWORK AND EXPERIENCE

We present a step-by-step approach for constructing a framework for knowledge process analysis （KPA）. We intend to apply this framework to the analysis of own research projects in an exploratory way and elaborate it through the accumulation of case studies. This study is based on a methodology consisting of knowledge process modeling, primitives synthesis, and reflective verification. We describe details of the methodology and present the results of case studies： a novel methodology, a practical work guide, and a tool for KPA; insights for improving future research projects and education; and the integration of existing knowledge creation theories.
