基于低碳交通理念的银川城市规划策略研究

银川市以私驾出行为主的交通模式引发了诸多的城市交通、生态等问题,低碳交通、绿色出行发展需求日益强烈.通过对银川市近5 a私驾出行比率、交通碳排放清单和城市空间结构的梳理研究,认为目前依靠单纯的城市空间外延增长、城市道路系统优化已不能满足日益增长的城市交通需求.城市交通拥堵问题日益严重,环境污染加剧.提出从城市规划多尺度角度考量、构建银川市低碳交通系统空间配置模式.从城市空间规划战略、土地利用紧凑发展模式、土地混合利用、交通空间设计、构建多元化网络化城市交通系统和加强城市交通管控等方面探讨建设银川市低碳交通模式,从而促进城市低碳交通和绿色出行的发展.     

西安城市绿色交通问题研究

目的探讨构建西安城市绿色交通的策略。方法运用绿色交通、城市空间结构、郊区化等理论方法。结果西安城市交通问题的显现随着西安城市空间结构的演变,城市规模的不断扩大,居住郊区化,机动车辆的不断增加,道路容量不足和管理技术低效等原因产生;分析显示西安城市交通拥堵具有其特定的时空特征。结论西安城市绿色交通体系构建的策略主要有:以人为本构建城市交通体系、适度和合理使用小汽车,重视土地利用规划的合理性、合理布局立体停车场、整合郊区单位班车资源。     

我国城市交通发展中的关键问题及对策建议

从我国城市和城市交通发展的实际出发,分析城市交通设施建设用地、交通与土地利用之间的关系、城市交通体系结构、城市道路网络等级体系结构、步行与自行车交通、城市停车、智慧交通、信息共享和交通研究等问题.在此基础上,提出了调整构建四个体系,颁布一部法律,建设共享开放的数据库,发展城市综合智慧交通,以及利用大数据提升交通研究水平等发展对策建议.

21世纪是一个环保世纪,环境问题是新时期城市发展的首要问题,城市交通发展必须遵循这一原则,把发展无污染的"绿色交通"作为基本政策和目标.选择正确的城市交通发展模式成为支撑城市可持续发展的必要条件;文章解析了城市绿色交通的涵义及其与可持续发展的关系,并以马鞍山市为例,对马鞍山市交通现状进行了分析,从宏观上论述了实现城市的绿色交通,必须制定完善的政策保障策略和交通方式策略.

重庆市绿色交通发展研究

重庆市拥有较发达的地面公交、轨道交通及城市交通管理系统。但主城区交通发展中仍存在交通堵塞、交通事故、尾气污染、交通噪音污染、人才匮乏等问题。为发展绿色交通,市政府应发挥主导作用,采取大力发展绿色交通方式、建立有效的交通事故抢救和预防机制、控制城市汽车拥有量、大力培养绿色交通科技人才、强化绿色交通的宣传和推广"等对策,共同推动绿色交通的发展。

本文通过研究长沙城市交通的现状,分析城市交通存在的主要问题及原因,进而提出了完善城市路网建设、发展城市公共交通系统、加大建设停车设施力度、提高交通参与者素质等改善措施。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
