智能城市消防联网预警系统的设计

城市消防远程监控系统的设计是在10秒内将系统联网单位的火灾报警,设备运行状态等信息自动传输给119调度指挥中心,并依据报警信息类别进行相关处理的一套智能消防预警系统。这一设计思想的核心是将整个城市的消防重点单位进行联网,并进行体系化、模块化,集中、系统的管理,大大减少火灾的发生,强化单位消防安全管理,前移火灾预防关口,快速处置火灾,提高城市防控火灾的综合能力。     

城市消防远程监控系统在实践中的应用

从国内统计看,从20世纪80年代一些城市的消防远程监控系统开始起步,截止到2008年,系统建设方面取得了阶段性进展,全国71个城市消防远程监控系统已接入了1．3万余家社会单位。其中,天津、上海、重庆等3个直辖市,21个省会（自治区首府）城市,42个地级城市,5个县级城市启动了消防安全远程监控系统建设。从这个数据可以看出,南方的部分城市远程监控已经初具规模,已经实现了消防安全重点单位火灾自动报警系统的使用监控作用。在我国的北方,这种技术至目前才刚起步,正处于逐步发展建设阶段,以齐齐哈尔市为例,建成远程监控中心于2009年正式建设成型,截止目前,全市只有50余家设置有自动报警系统的用户与该控制中心联网,还有待进一步的扩大用户范围。但从技术、应用及管理角度来分析,还存在若干问题,包括：部分城市已建的火灾自动报警远程监控系统只能单独进行火灾联网报警,无法监测建筑消防设施的运行状态和社会单位的消防安全管理状况;缺乏自动报警确认机制;运行故障不能得到及时处理,影响监控中心值班人员的响应速度等。     

城市火灾报警系统嵌入式通讯终端设计初探

在建立城市火灾自动报警监控系统的过程中,为了解决楼宇火灾探测报警系统设备生产厂家采用的通讯协议各异,且基本不具备联网通信功能的问题,本文对嵌入式消防数据通讯终端设计进行初步探索。该设计基于最新的嵌入式系统架构,把多种火灾报警通讯协议转换为统一的数据通讯格式,从而实现对消防数据采集、网络传输及设备控制的集成管理。     

基于 Internet的多功能远程监控报警系统

描述了通过Ｉｎｔｅｒｅｔ实现多功能安全监视和图像,语音传输的远程监控报警系统,探讨了实现网络监控报警的关键技术和发展方向,给出了网络报警监控系统的一般组成及工作原理,该系统具有图像声音采集、传输和管理以及自动报警,远距离监控,文件传输和报警信息的自动维护等多功能,它集计算机技术,多媒体技术和数字通信技术于一体,可靠地实现了远距离微机系统的站间实时通信和联网报警。     

基于LABVIEW的多传感器火灾远程监控报警系统的实现

室内火灾的监控重点在于对环境信息(温度、火焰、烟雾等)的监控,因此设计具有多传感器采集模块,能实时、准确地对火灾进行监控和报警的系统才能有效地避免灾难的发生。本多传感器火灾远程监控报警系统选用C8051F020单片机,由温度传感器、烟雾传感器、火焰传感器组成的多传感器模块能采集丰富的环境信息,通过SIM300GSM模块实现了火灾的远程报警,基于LABVIEW的火灾监控报警平台能够实现火灾的实时监控、判断和报警。     

基于E-mail的远程监控系统报警软件设计

报警系统是远程监控系统的重要组成部分,其实现的关键在于如何对监控对象指数超标的情况进行响应,并及时将报警信息传送至监控中心。该文提出的基于E-mail的远程监控系统报警软件,充分利用现存稳定的网络资源实现软件报警,通过Winsock实现对POP3协议进行编程,对收到的报警E-mail的主题进行分析,提取有效报警信息,并输出报警信号,达到实时监测报警功能。该设计能有效降低整个系统的硬件设施投资,并提高了报警系统功能的扩展性及可优化性,已应用于多个远程监控系统中。     

一种智能火灾报警系统的设计方案

智能火灾报警系统可以实时采集、记录、存储报警设备的各类事件,及时上传至监控中心,监控中心根据收到的信息发出相应的指令,指挥调度消防力量处理火警。     

基于嵌入式Web服务器的火灾报警系统的设计

文章从硬件设计和软件设计两个方面阐述了一种基于嵌入式Web服务器的火灾短信报警系统的设计和实现。系统采用GSM无线通信技术和嵌入式Web服务器技术,实现了短信火灾报警和远程监控火情的功能;用户可以远程登录Web服务器,启动消防联动设备,采取一系列消防措施。经实验室测试证明系统设计是可行的,达到了预期的功能要求。     

基于FPGA的智能火灾报警与自动灭火系统

针对传统火灾探测技术在复杂环境下难以实现自动灭火和智能报警,提出了一种基于FPGA的实时智能火灾报警与自动灭火系统。该系统通过FPGA将图像采集、火焰检测、视频显示、无线传输报警和智能水炮灭火等集合到一个体积较小、方便使用的硬件系统。首先将TRDB-D5M摄像头采集的视频图像进行色彩空间转换,然后经FPGA算法映射对火焰信息检测和定位后,串口控制舵机云台消防水泡灭火和外扩接口GPIO实现Zigbee组网无线网络报警及GSM短信通知。实验结果表明:该系统能实时、稳定的监控仓库状况,一旦发现火苗信息会迅速采取灭火措施,同时报警提示,取得了良好的效果。     

基于GSM的油井监控系统

为了及时掌握油井状态,对GSM系统进行了研究,分析了GSM的短消息业务,设计了以GSM网络作为远程信号的传输平台的油井监控系统,系统采用短消息方式进行数据传输.系统包括硬件设计和基于PC的监控软件设计2部分,其中硬件电路设计包括监测终端和监控中心2部分;监控软件采用Java语言编写,具有报警显示、图表监视器、统计图表、打印报表等多个功能,可对报警信息进行处理.通过现场的调试和实验,系统能够很好地实现对油田井口的监控.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
