在当今的语文教学中,教学方法和教学手段层出不穷,但个性化的艺术表现形式更有助于教学的创新,具体表现在以下几个方面: 一、具备独立自主的教学个性教师的个性 有益于创造语文教学的艺术。教师有个性,才有语文教学的艺术。个性意识强,个性教学主动性明显,愈能有效地进行和指导语文教学。同样。个性意识越强烈,教学创新意识就越强烈,愈能创造地运用于语文教学艺术之中。独立自主的个性,是实施个性语文教学的前提。  相似文献

数学教育作为基础教育的重要组成部分,它蕴涵着无穷的创新因素。课堂教学中教师只有对学生少一点束缚,多给学生留一份空间,实施开放式的教学,才有利于学生萌发创新意识,形成创新思维和创新能力。与此同时,新的课程标准还提出,教学中应尊重每一个学生的个性差异,允许不同的学生从不同的角度认识问题,采用不同的方式表达自己的想法,用不同的知识与方法解决问题,促进每一个学生发展。实践这一指导思想,归根结底还是要求我们的教师在课堂教学中,要转变以往传统教学,教师负责教,学生负责学,教学就是教师对学生单向的“培养”活动的教学理念,使我们的教学真正成为教与学的交往、互动,实现教学相长和共同发展。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
