基于SEM的安徽省红色建筑文化旅游体验质量影响因素研究

为了提升安徽省红色建筑文化旅游质量,促进安徽省红色建筑文化旅游产业发展,采用问卷调查法、结构方程对安徽省红色建筑文化旅游体验质量影响因素进行研究,旨在为安徽省红色建筑文化旅游产业发展路径提供合理建议。研究选用5个潜变量,20个显变量建立结构方程模型,运用SPSS、AMOS软件对安徽省红色建筑文化旅游体验质量深入分析。研究表明,文化因素、服务因素、互动参与性对安徽省红色建筑文化旅游体验质量均呈显著正相关影响,今后,可从深入融合文化因素、提升服务质量、创新体验形式、增强互动参与性等方面着手,促进安徽省红色建筑文化旅游发展。 关键词：文化旅游;红色建筑;结构方程;体验质量     

试论当前我国高等教育质量的影响因素及提升策略

提高高等教育质量是当前高等教育发展的重点。高等教育质量的提高受多方面因素的影响,从国家、高校和学生是影响高等教育质量的重要因素,在此基础上提出了提高当前高等学校教育教学质量的多维路径。     

基于因子分析的区域旅游产品质量影响因素评价——以山东省为例

随着社会的发展,竞争在不断升级,各地区、各行业的产品质量变化与企业的质量发展能力都呈现出明显的区域化特征,质量范围也已从"产品"转向涵盖所有过程和效果的"区域整体",关注的焦点已转移到质量竞争的宏观表现上,质量竞争力的评价方法也在向宏观层面的发展.因此本文通过研究产品质量影响因素,创新性地从宏观质量层面出发,结合PEST模型,研究了区域旅游产品的宏观质量影响因素,并以区域旅游产品质量为研究对象,使用因子分析法和聚类分析法建立了旅游产品质量综合评价模型,以山东省2013年十七地市的15个指标数据为样本,对各市旅游产品质量影响因素进行了定量分析评价,评价结果客观地反映了不同地市的旅游产品质量水平.     

基于解释结构模型的我国高等教育质量影响因素分析

高等教育质量国民经济的发展起着重要的作用,是各高校工作任务的重心。当下我国高等教育已经进入到快速发展的阶段,系统分析影响高等教育质量因素十分有必要。本文采用解释结构模型(ISM)对影响我国高等教育质量的因素进行了深入分析,以便用于指导实践。     

旅游者重游决策影响因素的实证研究

为调查地震后旅游者对四川众多旅游目的地的感知形象、是否愿意重游四川等问题,通过实证分析,探索国内旅游者重游四川决策的影响因素.研究发现,旅游目的地资源质量、旅游目的地忠诚和总体满意对旅游者的重游决策具有显著影响.同时,针对不同的重游决策影响因素,将旅游者分为"满怀期待型"和"无所谓型",并总结了各自对重游影响因素的关注程度.最后就该研究的局限性和研究启示进行了阐述.

课程体系研究是旅游高等教育研究的核心内容,本文将课程体系研究分为宏观和微观两个层面,在对相关研究文献作内容分析的基础上,构建了旅游管理本科专业课程体系宏观研究的框架.本框架反映了影响课程体系的几个主要因素:宏观教育思想、课程价值取向、学科结构、专业性质、专业培养目标、师资专业结构、旅游教育发展的国际国内环境.该框架有助于全面认识课程体系研究的宏观层面,同时也期待研究者们对框架中列出的具体方面做更加深入的研究.     

基于游客感知的文化旅游产品体验质量提升——以闽南功夫茶文化旅游为例

游客在旅游过程中体验质量的高低影响着旅游者的满意度,以闽南功夫茶文化旅游为例,采用问卷调查方法,通过因子分析法,总结出影响游客体验质量的四大因素;根据单因素方差分析法比较研究不同游客个体属性对四大因素体验质量的差异;最后对体验质量各指标进行重要性-绩效分析.得出结论:接待条件、文化与景观两大因子是提高闽南功夫茶文化旅游体验质量的先决条件,而服务与环境因子是关键因素.目前闽南功夫茶文化旅游还处于初级阶段,所以需要将其有限的资源投入到一些基础设施的改进和茶文化与景观的开发,同时要重视对服务与环境质量的进一步完善.     

旅游服务对我国入境旅游停留时间的影响

采用多元回归的分析方法对入境旅游者在华停留时间进行旅游服务质量因素影响分析,得出旅游服务质量整体上对入境旅游停留时间产生很大影响,尤其是宾馆饭店、导游服务、邮电通讯对入境旅游停留时间的影响最显著。要增加我国入境旅游停留时间必须加强旅游服务质量管理,改善旅游服务设施设备,重视旅游人力资源培育及进行旅游者研究,提高我国旅游服务整体质量。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
