以技术与应用双轮驱动的新信息技术(IT)的发展催生了规模化应用型IT人才培养的迫切需求,地方高校应以应用型IT人才培养为己任,但问题重重.高校必须提高课堂教学的质量,把前沿IT知识与技术引入课堂以激发学生的学习兴趣,变以讲授为主的教学模式为学生主动思考的探究学习模式,广泛开展创客、翻转课堂、微课等新的教学模式,实施过程性评价;同时探索以项目驱动、企业孵化、校企产学联动的校企合作新模式,以项目开发带动学生创新创业能力的培养,达到规模化应用型IT人才培养的目标. 相似文献

校企合作,是应用型人才培养目标的重要途径,但对于应用型人才的培养,还存在诸如观念、师资、实践教学等方面的瓶颈。目前国内多数高校还停留在传统教学模式,这种模式注重第一课堂的理论教学改革和建设,也关注人才培养方案规定的实验、实践教学环节,但是这些环节往往是为理论教学服务的,并不是针对企业需求而设定的。面向社会需求,强化能力培养,开展校企合作,已经成为高校教学改革的方向,而专业核心课程的教学实践研究是实现应用型人才培养的重中之重。基于校企合作,以《液压与气压传动》课程为例,对课程的教学内容、教学方法及企业实践等方面进行了改革实践,以适应社会对新型人才的需要,达到校企双赢的目标。 相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。 相似文献
