地方高校规模化应用型IT类人才培养的问题与对策

以技术与应用双轮驱动的新信息技术(IT)的发展催生了规模化应用型IT人才培养的迫切需求,地方高校应以应用型IT人才培养为己任,但问题重重.高校必须提高课堂教学的质量,把前沿IT知识与技术引入课堂以激发学生的学习兴趣,变以讲授为主的教学模式为学生主动思考的探究学习模式,广泛开展创客、翻转课堂、微课等新的教学模式,实施过程性评价;同时探索以项目驱动、企业孵化、校企产学联动的校企合作新模式,以项目开发带动学生创新创业能力的培养,达到规模化应用型IT人才培养的目标.     

校企联合教学模式引入应用型本科教学中的研究

本文针对新建的应用型本科院校存在的人才培养同社会需求脱节问题,提出由学校与企业联合教学的思路。将校企联合教学引入课堂,既满足学生理论学习的需要,同时也将企业项目引入课堂,满足学生的技能学习需要,通过校企联合办学培养出社会需要的技能型人才。     

基于校企合作的机械类核心课程教学实践研究——以《液压与气压传动》课程为例

校企合作,是应用型人才培养目标的重要途径,但对于应用型人才的培养,还存在诸如观念、师资、实践教学等方面的瓶颈。目前国内多数高校还停留在传统教学模式,这种模式注重第一课堂的理论教学改革和建设,也关注人才培养方案规定的实验、实践教学环节,但是这些环节往往是为理论教学服务的,并不是针对企业需求而设定的。面向社会需求,强化能力培养,开展校企合作,已经成为高校教学改革的方向,而专业核心课程的教学实践研究是实现应用型人才培养的重中之重。基于校企合作,以《液压与气压传动》课程为例,对课程的教学内容、教学方法及企业实践等方面进行了改革实践,以适应社会对新型人才的需要,达到校企双赢的目标。     

项目驱动下的课程实验教学模式应用探究

实践教学模式的改革已经成为高校加强学生创新意识和创新能力培养的重要手段。以省级精品课程“数据结构”为个案,对基于项目学习的理论基础构建项目驱动下的课程实践教学模式进行探讨,以改革传统的实践教学模式,实现学生探索性学习,帮助学生掌握对实际问题的分析和解决方法,提高学生自主学习、团结协作和创新能力,增强应用型本科人才的社会适应性。     

校企合作基地建设助推卓越工程师培养的实践——以浙江科技学院计算机科学与技术专业为例

创建校企合作模式的卓越工程师培养基地是对国家"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的一种探索与实践。基于校企共赢的原则,以学校为主体开展校企合作,引进企业管理制度及企业项目开发管理与人才培养模式,实现学校与IT生产与培训企业的强强合作、优势互补与有效对接。为此,对教学内容、教学过程及教学模式进行改革,以期在大学四年内把学生培养成合格的IT工程师或准项目经理。     

应用型本科高校企协同产教融合人才培养模式下的课程改革

应用型本科高校可以以专业为基础,以培养应用型人才为目标,有效地将企业与应用型高校的人才培养模式贯穿全学程,可以缓解目前应用型高校校企协同产教融合的迫切性和制约因素。该文将主要研究应用型本科高校对接行业企业的需求,面向不同的专业构建不同的课程教学改革路径,以此来实现应用型本科高校教学的多元化,有针对性地扩展学生的知识体系,创新校企协同产教融合人才培养的模式,提升应用型本科高校的育人效果。     

基于项目驱动的计算机辅助制造教学模式探讨

针对计算机辅助制造课程的特点，以应用型工程技术人才培养为目标，提出了基于项目驱动的课程教学模式。对项目的设计与教学实施方法、团队学习及实施方法、课程考核方法进行了具体阐述。通过在教学实践中的具体应用表明，该教学模式能够达到较好的教学效果。     

面向应用型创新人才培养的实践教学改革——以内江师范学院为例

以内江师范学院数字仿真与数学实验示范中心的实践教学改革为背景,针对数学类应用型人才培养在实践教学方面的要求,文章提出了以项目和学科竞赛为抓手的应用型人才培养模式,构建以能力为导向、以项目以及学科竞赛为驱动满足应用型创新人才能力提升需要的实践教学体系,充分调动学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的自主学习能力、实践能力和创新能力,以适应国家经济建设与社会发展的需要。     

新工科背景下微机原理与接口的PBL教学模式应用

对于一般性的地方应用型高校而言,新工科建设要求将新工科专业人才培养好,重点在于应用型工程技术人才的培养,而人才培养的关键在于教学模式的改革与创新,PBL教学模式作为一种以问题为主导的教学模式,能够改变传统课堂中以教师讲授为主、学生被动听课的教学模式,将教学活动从枯燥变为生动。从PBL教学模式的基本指导思想出发,将其初步应用到盐城工学院自动化专业学生的微机原理与接口课程的教学中,从课前、课上和课后设计了基于PBL的教学案例,初步实践表明该教学模式的应用能够充分调动学生学习的主动性和积极性,激发学生的学习热情,拓展学生的创新性思维,有助于提高学生的团队合作意识和工程实践能力,提高教学质量。     

嵌入式教学模式探索与实践

借鉴职前培训机构的教学理念，教学方法以及教学模式，以项目案例为教学任务驱动，提出“嵌入式教学模式”，改革理论教学与实践教学的进程，构建了信息类专业的基础理论教学体系、项目案例教学体系和实训项目综合实践体系，优化应用型信息类人才培养模式，实现学业与就业的无缝连接，真正达到工程实或教育，应用型人才培养目标的要求。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
