为了探究不同剪跨比下配箍率对高强钢筋活性粉末混凝土(RPC)简支梁受剪性能的影响,对两组剪跨比(2.25,3.0)共6根不同配箍率的HRB500级钢筋RPC梁进行受剪性能试验.验证试验梁截面应变平截面假定,分析斜裂缝形态、开裂荷载与配箍率及剪跨比的关系,并提出基于修正压力场理论的HRB500级钢纤维RPC梁抗剪承载力的计算程序.研究表明:两组不同剪跨比下的试验梁在加载初始阶段均符合平截面假定,但达到40.4%极限荷载后,这种假定将不再满足;高强钢筋RPC梁的斜裂缝形态主要以腹剪型斜裂缝为主,其产生与配箍率及剪跨比相关,配箍率和剪跨比越大越不易产生主斜裂缝,但剪跨比的影响明显大于配箍率;基于修正压力场理论的计算程序比较适用于钢纤维高强钢筋RPC梁抗剪承载力的计算,其计算值与试验值吻合良好.  相似文献

在修正压力场理论(MCFT)基础上,结合现行混凝土结构设计规范中钢筋混凝土深受弯构件受剪承载力公式,提出了混杂纤维钢筋混凝土深梁抗剪承载力简化计算模型.模型引入纤维对钢筋混凝土深梁受剪承载力的贡献,并考虑了纵筋配筋率的相对影响.采用该模型对试验梁进行预测,将试验值与该模型计算值以及现行纤维混凝土结构技术规程中钢纤维混凝土深梁抗剪公式的计算值进行比较.结果表明,该模型可以综合反映混凝土强度、纤维种类和形状、纤维体积率、长径比和配筋率等诸多影响因素,计算结果与试验值吻合较好,并且适用范围广,适用于纤维钢筋混凝土有腹筋和无腹筋深梁的抗剪承载力计算.  相似文献

为了研究预应力活性粉末混凝土简支梁的抗剪性能,对4根不同剪跨比无粘结后张预应力活性粉末混凝土梁展开抗剪试验研究,分析剪跨比对承载力的影响,并运用我国现行规范和塑性上限理论等公式对试验梁的承载力计算进行适用性验证.结果表明:随着剪跨比的增大,试验梁的破坏形态由斜压破坏向剪压破坏和斜拉破坏转化;试验梁的承载力随剪跨比的增大而减小,斜裂缝倾角也相应变小,预应力筋应力增量提升速率加快;在Voo塑性上限理论公式的基础上,考虑截面尺寸的影响,运用MATLAB对试验梁数据进行拟合,建立的预应力活性粉末混凝土梁抗剪承载力计算修正公式具有较好的实用性.  相似文献

在修正压力场理论和钢纤维混凝土梁受弯理论的基础上建立了钢纤维混凝土梁抗剪强度的截面分析方法,考虑了钢纤维混凝土梁裂缝处的局部应力控制条件.通过对采用3条不同钢纤维混凝土受拉应力-应变曲线的计算结果与试验结果比较,建议了考虑受拉强化效应的受拉应力-应变曲线.此外讨论了计算模型中裂缝局部控制条件对抗剪强度计算结果的影响.对44根剪跨比大于2.0的钢纤维混凝土梁进行了分析,分析结果与试验值吻合很好.  相似文献

为了研究预应力超高性能混凝土(UHPC)工字形梁的抗剪性能和抗剪承载力计算方法,本文设计并完成了3片预应力UHPC工字形梁的单点加载试验,获得了试验梁的荷载-位移曲线、破坏模式和裂缝分布特征等关键结果;基于试验结果、瑞士和法国UHPC规范、我国公路桥梁规范及公路桥涵超高性能混凝土应用规范意见稿计算了试验梁的抗剪承载力,分析了各个规范的适用性。此外,基于修正压力场理论(MCFT),分别采用Mohr-Coulomb准则和Rankine准则的计算了试验梁的抗剪承载力,并进行了分析讨论。研究表明:预应力UHPC工字梁的抗剪承载力随着剪跨比的增加而减小,箍筋对于抗剪承载力影响较大;各国规范对UHPC梁的抗剪承载能力的计算较为保守。采用Mohr-Coulomb准则的计算结果较Rankine准则的计算结果与试验值更为接近;特别是小剪跨比的试验梁,处于弯剪复合状态,Mohr-Coulomb准则考虑了受压区UHPC法向和切向应力的影响,更为接近实际状况。  相似文献

为了研究配箍率对高强箍筋活性粉末混凝土梁抗剪性能的影响,开展6根配置HRB400级箍筋RPC梁的抗剪试验,考虑RPC的材料特征参数与钢纤维对斜截面承载力的影响,分析有腹筋与无腹筋梁在剪力传递机理及裂缝控制方面的差异,基于修正压力场理论,对开裂混凝土在拉、压应力下的本构关系及裂缝处的应力平衡条件进行适当修正,将弯矩效应叠加至纯剪作用建立RPC梁在弯剪复合作用下的分析模型,并根据弯剪复合作用采用MATLAB软件编制RPC梁斜截面抗剪强度分析计算程序,对RPC简支梁进行受剪强度分析,并将试验结果与计算结果进行对比分析,研究结果表明该计算程序能够较好地预测高强钢筋RPC梁的受剪承载力,具有一定的参考和实用价值。  相似文献

对11根钢筋超高性能混凝土梁在两点对称加载作用下进行抗剪性能试验,试验参数为钢纤维掺量、剪跨比、纵筋配筋率、配箍率等.试验结果表明,4个参数中钢纤维掺量对梁的抗剪承载力影响最大,其次为剪跨比和纵筋率,配箍率影响最小;钢纤维掺量的增加显著提高了梁的抗剪承载力与抗变形能力,影响梁的破坏形态.根据试验结果与收集到的UHPC梁受剪资料,对基于桁架-拱理论的UHPC梁抗剪计算公式进行了修正.  相似文献

对14根分别考虑了剪跨比、钢纤维含量、配箍率、配筋率以及纵筋强度影响的HRB 500级纵筋活性粉末混凝土(RPC)梁进行受剪试验,得到其抗剪承载力实测值.基于塑性理论对其进行分析,推导出RPC梁的受剪承载力公式与简化公式,采用该式对构件的抗剪承载力进行了预测,将计算结果与实测值和现行规范公式的计算结果进行了对比.结果表明:基于塑性理论所推导的公式能很好地预测RPC梁的抗剪承载力;简化公式的计算结果离散性不大,适合于工程使用;现有规范的计算结果均较保守,但《纤维混凝土结构技术规程》在材料强度修正中的某些思路值得RPC梁借鉴.  相似文献

活性粉末混凝土(RPC)作为一种新型高性能工程材料,在工程中具有广阔的应用前景,但其抗剪机理研究较少.采用软化桁架模型对RPC T梁的抗剪承载力进行分析,主要考虑剪跨比、纵筋率和箍筋率等因素对T梁抗剪承载力的影响,对T梁的抗剪承载力进行了计算.计算结果与试验数据吻合较好,表明软化桁架模型适用于RPC T梁抗剪承载力的计算.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
