怎样降低养鳖饲料成本

中华鳖常见致病菌对13种抗菌药物的敏感性测定

本研究检测了13种抗菌药物对7株中华鳖致病菌的最小抑菌浓度（MIC），结果表明，从河南郑州的患病中华鳖体内分离的菌株较湖北武汉、湖北咸宁的病鳖体内分离的菌株对各类药物的敏感性强，而从武汉和咸宁产地的病鳖体内分离的菌株其对各类药物的敏感性也有很大差异，结果显示供试菌株对抗菌药物产生了不同程度的耐药性，推测滥用药物和用药方法不当是导致病原菌产生耐药性的原因。     

鳖养殖中掩蔽物作用的研究

矾究了工厂化养鳖中掩蔽物对鳖的稚鳖期和幼鳖期生长的影响。结果表明：提供砂子、瓦片和水浮莲作为掩蔽物反而不利于鳖的生长；无掩蔽物使得养殖水质更易控制，稚、幼鳖生长率提高。     

高密度温室与室外养鳖池中微生态环境的研究

对高密度温室养鳖池，室外发病和健康鳖池的理化指标，细菌数量，细菌种类，种群组成及溶血菌比例进行了研究，结果表明，溶氧量，氨氮值、ＣＯＤ值等指标，室外养鳖池优于高密度温室养鳖池。

养殖鳖细菌性疾病是全国养鳖业的主要疾病，危害对象从稚鳖到成鳖、亲鳖。从１９９６－１９９８年对养殖鳖主要几种细菌性疾病和肠道出血性败血症、鳖穿孔病，红脖子红底板病，鳖腐皮病的病原进行研究。

中华鳖水泡病病原病理学研究

１９９３年８月信阳师院生物系特种动物养殖研究所的试验鳖场孵化出一批小鳖。同年１０月有一只鳖得了一种新的疾病，病鳖颈根部和右下肢基部各有一大水泡，暂名“水泡病”。本文对其分离菌进行了研究，鉴定为嗜水气单胞菌。中华鳖水泡病的致病机理，可能与病原菌的毒力与传染途径有关，而鳖的抗病能力是能否引起该病的关键，外界环境因素是引起该病的诱因。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
