牧区藏羊育肥配套技术研究与示范果洛项目区试验报告

本文通过对藏羊不同方法的育肥试验，以寻求在自然放牧条件下，增加藏羊产肉量的有效途径。试验结果与对照组相比，经４０天放牧育肥，羊均增重５ｋｇ左右；羔羊燕麦茬地育肥，羊均增重４．１３ｋｇ；圈饲以燕麦干草为基础日粮，日添加尿素颗粒料２００ｇ／只，３００ｇ／只或牛羊营养添加剂５０ｇ／只，经５０天育肥，羊均增重５．３５ｋｇ、７．５５ｋｇ、５．０５ｋｇ；放牧加尿素颗粒料３００ｇ／只日，经５０天育肥，羊均增重７     

中华鳖稚鳖人工培育研究初报

在电热恒星培养箱内，利用特制白铁皮盒作容器，分日光灯照明及黑暗条件下两组，３ｃｍ深的浅水人工培育雅鳖，成活率均达到８０％以上，生长量平均为５０ｇ／１８０ｄ。

伊莎褐商品代蛋鸡育成后期体重对早期产蛋性能影响的观察

对９４５只１２５日龄的伊莎商品蛋鸡不同体重组（Ａ组１６００ｇ以上、Ｂ组１４００ｇ～１５９９ｇ和Ｃ组１４００ｇ以下）进行早期（１９～２５周龄）产蛋性能的观察结果：体重在开产前达到１６００ｇ以上时提前开产，达５％、５０％和８０％的产蛋率日龄，体重最重的Ａ组比Ｂ组分别提早７、４和１天，比Ｃ组分别提早１４、７和４天；试验期内的产蛋量，Ａ组比Ｂ组多产蛋６４９枚，合４６．２４ｋｇ．，比Ｃ组多产１６８３枚，合１０９．６５ｋｇ；蛋重与体重呈正比，平均每枚蛋重，Ａ组比Ｂ组多１．４６ｇ，比Ｃ组多２．４２ｇ；在死亡率上，体重最轻的Ｃ组抗病力差、死亡率大，Ｃ组＞Ｂ组＞Ａ组，在经济收益上，各组所创产值是Ａ组＞Ｂ组＞Ｃ组．     

中华鳖幼鳖的能量代谢（Ⅰ）──水中呼吸及其与温度、体重的关系

测定了饥饿状态下中华鳖（Ｔｒｉｏｎｙｘｓｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ）幼鳖在水中的呼吸代谢及其与温度、体重的关系。体重１６～１５０ｇ的幼鳖在水温２８℃下的个体耗氧率Ｒ可表示为：ｌｇ（Ｒ／ｍＬ·ｈ－１）＝０．６３１４ｌｇ（Ｗ／ｇ）－１．０５４９（Ｗ为个体湿重）；ｒ＝０．９１，ｎ＝２６，Ｐ＜０．００１，这时幼鳖的单位体重耗氧率Ｖ与体重呈如下负相关关系：Ｖ＝８８．１２５４Ｗ－０．３６８６；ｒ＝０．８０，ｎ＝２６，Ｐ＜０．００１．中华鳖能够正常活动、摄食的温度范围为２０～３５℃。２０，２４，２６，２８，３０，３２，３５℃下３０～６０ｇ幼鳖水中呼吸耗氧率的变动范围为２４．３７～３１．２０ｍＬ·ｋ－１·ｈ－１．ｔ检验表明温度对鳖在水中的呼吸没有显著影响．     

稚鳖“肝水肿症”病原及防治的研究

１９９５年盛夏，福建省厦门市杏林区某鳖养殖场，体重１０～２０ｇ的稚鳖暴发一种严重的传染性疾病，病鳖外观除腹甲充血外，其它正常；内脏肝水肿，心脏贫血，肾肿大，胃肠壁血管充血。对该病的病原进行了分离、培养、人工感染、菌种鉴定、药敏试验等试验研究，确认引起该病的病原菌为温和气单胞菌（Ａｅｒｏｍｏｎａｓｓｏｂｒｉａ）和一株气单胞菌未定种（Ａｅｒｏｍｏｎａｓｅｐ．）药物敏感试验表明该病的防治宜采用环丙沙星、氟呱酸、丁胺卡那霉素、庆大霉素等药物。     

3,5—二硝基水杨酸测定还原糖含量的条件探讨

对３，５－二硝基水杨酸测定还原糖含量的条件研究表明：较灵敏的比色波长在４８２～４８４ｎｍ之间；针对４８２～４８４ｎｍ，５２０ｎｍ，５４０ｎｍ等３个比色波长，其最佳待测浓度依次为５～７０μｇ／ｍＬ，５～１６０μｇ／ｍＬ，５～２００μｇ／ｍＬ；待测样品和标准样品的缓冲介质与ｐＨ值必须保持一致；显色时间为６ｍｉｎ，整个测定过程应控制在２ｈ左右

在锅炉加温的条件下，采用“Ｕ”形管，排污板，从底层排污的方式保持水质好；试验水温３１．５℃，略高于传统的２５－３０℃，饲料上采用幼鳗料加味处理；疾病防治上采用了不会产生抗药性的广谱杀菌剂，采取定期较高浓度遍酒的办法，严格控制抗生素的使用种类、剂量，范围和时间。     

LAS和5种洗衣粉对水蚤的毒性试验

采用多刺裸腹蚤对ＬＡＳ（十二烷基苯磺酸钠）和５种洗衣粉的毒性作用进行了研究。结果表明，这些物质能够抑制多刺裸腹蚤的运动，并且造成蚤类的大量死亡。４８ｈ所测得的半数致死浓度ＬＣ５０值，ＬＡＳ为７．１ｍｇ／ｇ；白猫、碧浪、汰渍、奥妙、芳草等的ＬＣ５０值分别为６６ｍｇ／ｇ，５１ｍｇ／ｇ，３５．５ｍｇ／ｇ，４２ｍｇ／ｇ，５５ｍｇ／ｇ。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
