循环流化床烟气脱硫塔内烟气露点的测定

文中进行了循环流化床烟气脱硫技术工业试验研究 ,烟气流量为 20 000nm³/h。试验中用阻容式传感器在线监测和测量烟气干湿球温度两种方法对烟气露点进行测定。在测量烟气的干湿球温度确定烟气的露点时 ,设计了一种湿球温度的测量方法 ,提高了测量的精度。根据两种测量方法得到的烟气露点值 ,提出了一种数据修正方法 ,即取两种方法测量结果的偏差平方和最小 ,用最小二乘法对两组数据进行线性拟合。利用拟合结果对试验中在线测量的烟气露点进行修正 ,得到较准确的反应塔出口的烟气露点值。     

酸灰耦合机制对烟道换热管传热特性的影响试验

为实现对酸露点的准确预测,设计并搭建了一套针对锅炉尾部烟道烟气酸露点测量系统;并在某电厂1 000 MW空预器出口烟道进行就地测量。结果表明:在同一工况下,随着试验温度降低,换热管努赛尔数下降,管壁及腐蚀片积灰与腐蚀程度逐渐加深。进而将所测得的工程酸露点与在同一煤种下利用已有经验公式所得的酸露点进行对比分析。由于存在积灰对酸液的耦合作用,工程酸露点通常比热力学酸露点低约40℃,能够较好地反映工程实际烟气运行情况,对深度余热利用系统的设计和运行有一定的理论指导意义。     

烟气余热回收技术在电厂中的应用

介绍了电厂烟气余热回收利用技术,酸露点的计算方法.利用烟气余热加热除盐水,把锅炉尾部烟气温度降低到接近酸露点,最大程度的提高锅炉效率,降低煤耗,增加发电量,降低CO.与SO2排放以达到节能与环保目的.     

烟气酸露点的测量和预测模型分析

防止电站锅炉尾部金属对流受热面的腐蚀粘污和进一步提高锅炉热效率都对锅炉尾部烟气酸露点预测的准确性提出了更高要求。大量电站锅炉机组长期运行经验表明,目前常用的酸露点模型的预测值普遍偏高。该文在前期酸露点测量方法筛选工作的基础上,设计搭建了两种不同的烟气酸露点测量装置,并分别对不同烟气条件下的酸露点进行测量;结合烟气酸露点与其影响因素之间的热力学理论关联式进一步推导出酸露点的预测模型。不同酸露点预测模型的计算结果与相同烟气条件下的实验测量结果的比较表明:相比于抽气式测量的实验结果,插入式测量装置的测量结果对烟气中水蒸气分压的变化更为敏感。     

单片机在同位素法露点传感器中的应用

研制了一种精确可靠的同位素法露点传感器 ,为提高传感器的温度性能 ,利用单片机对传感器进行温度补偿 ,取得了理想的测量和控制效果     

化工热侧电除尘器酸露点计算与酸雾控制

化工热侧电除尘器运行过程中存在系列问题,电晕极、集尘极板出现腐蚀变形,除尘效率波动较大.本文通过探讨其影响作用机制,认为其关键在于烟气的酸露点确定,酸雾的控制,只有全面分析沸腾炉烟气酸露点,酸雾的成因及变化规律,采取针对性的措施,才能保证电除尘器的高效运行.     

基于电容传感器的低露点湿度仪研制

该文在介绍氧化铝电容式传感器测量露点原理的基础上，详细论述了低露点湿度测量的几个重要问题：温度与压力补偿、传感器的稳定性及校正方法和系统测量问题，最后给出了温度修正经验公式．测试表明，该湿度仪精度高、性能稳定．

介绍一种采用双α放射性同位素检测露点的方法。使用金硅势垒探测器及热电式致冷器构成传感器，并利用无模型控制器进行控制，实现气体露点的在线检测     

超低露点环境营造策略与实验

超低露点环境营造和控制是目前困扰低湿环境实验研究的难点之一，现有技术在营造干燥环境时，难以实现露点温度的精确控制，尤其是在超低露点环境下的控制调节。因此，提出一种超低露点环境营造策略，采用“置换+净化配气法”实现超低露点环境的控制调节，设计并搭建超低露点环境营造实验台，开展相关实验研究。结果表明：该实验台可完成水蒸气体积分数为10×10-6~100×10-6的超低露点环境营造，获得了不同注射量、时间等因素下水蒸气变化增长规律；验证了超低露点环境营造实验台的可靠性和稳定性，实现了不同干燥程度的环境营造。研究成果解决了超低露点环境营造难、难以精确控制的问题，为类似的人工环境营造提供借鉴。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
