文中进行了循环流化床烟气脱硫技术工业试验研究 ,烟气流量为 20 000nm3/h。试验中用阻容式传感器在线监测和测量烟气干湿球温度两种方法对烟气露点进行测定。在测量烟气的干湿球温度确定烟气的露点时 ,设计了一种湿球温度的测量方法 ,提高了测量的精度。根据两种测量方法得到的烟气露点值 ,提出了一种数据修正方法 ,即取两种方法测量结果的偏差平方和最小 ,用最小二乘法对两组数据进行线性拟合。利用拟合结果对试验中在线测量的烟气露点进行修正 ,得到较准确的反应塔出口的烟气露点值。  相似文献

为实现对酸露点的准确预测,设计并搭建了一套针对锅炉尾部烟道烟气酸露点测量系统;并在某电厂1 000 MW空预器出口烟道进行就地测量。结果表明:在同一工况下,随着试验温度降低,换热管努赛尔数下降,管壁及腐蚀片积灰与腐蚀程度逐渐加深。进而将所测得的工程酸露点与在同一煤种下利用已有经验公式所得的酸露点进行对比分析。由于存在积灰对酸液的耦合作用,工程酸露点通常比热力学酸露点低约40℃,能够较好地反映工程实际烟气运行情况,对深度余热利用系统的设计和运行有一定的理论指导意义。  相似文献

防止电站锅炉尾部金属对流受热面的腐蚀粘污和进一步提高锅炉热效率都对锅炉尾部烟气酸露点预测的准确性提出了更高要求。大量电站锅炉机组长期运行经验表明,目前常用的酸露点模型的预测值普遍偏高。该文在前期酸露点测量方法筛选工作的基础上,设计搭建了两种不同的烟气酸露点测量装置,并分别对不同烟气条件下的酸露点进行测量;结合烟气酸露点与其影响因素之间的热力学理论关联式进一步推导出酸露点的预测模型。不同酸露点预测模型的计算结果与相同烟气条件下的实验测量结果的比较表明:相比于抽气式测量的实验结果,插入式测量装置的测量结果对烟气中水蒸气分压的变化更为敏感。  相似文献

化工热侧电除尘器运行过程中存在系列问题,电晕极、集尘极板出现腐蚀变形,除尘效率波动较大.本文通过探讨其影响作用机制,认为其关键在于烟气的酸露点确定,酸雾的控制,只有全面分析沸腾炉烟气酸露点,酸雾的成因及变化规律,采取针对性的措施,才能保证电除尘器的高效运行.  相似文献

超低露点环境营造和控制是目前困扰低湿环境实验研究的难点之一,现有技术在营造干燥环境时,难以实现露点温度的精确控制,尤其是在超低露点环境下的控制调节。因此,提出一种超低露点环境营造策略,采用“置换+净化配气法”实现超低露点环境的控制调节,设计并搭建超低露点环境营造实验台,开展相关实验研究。结果表明:该实验台可完成水蒸气体积分数为10×10-6~100×10-6的超低露点环境营造,获得了不同注射量、时间等因素下水蒸气变化增长规律;验证了超低露点环境营造实验台的可靠性和稳定性,实现了不同干燥程度的环境营造。研究成果解决了超低露点环境营造难、难以精确控制的问题,为类似的人工环境营造提供借鉴。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
