全离子注入锗光电晶体管的研制

采用锗材料研制出了工作在 1.55μm波长的全离子注入光电晶体管 .选用 (12 0 keV ,2 .5× 10 12 cm- 2 ) +(2 6 0keV ,5× 10 12 cm- 2 )的硼注入和 16 0keV ,5× 10 14 cm- 2 磷注入 ,6 50℃ 15s快速退火 ;采用聚酰亚胺作为钝化膜以及台面结构 .NPNGe光电三极管的hFE=4 0～ 180 .在波长为 1.55μm、功率为 0 .7μW的光照下得到了 4 0 A·W- 1的响应度     

丙二烯分子结构的量子化学从头计算

采用 PSHONDO- SCF全电子从头计算程序 ,对丙二烯分子的两种不同对称性构型的电子结构进行计算 .结果表明丙二烯分子 ,采用 D2 d对称结构比 D2 h结称结构更稳定 .丙二烯分子(D2 d)的电子结构 :(1)总能量为 - 5.0 4 2 94 6 2 0× 10 -16J,前线轨道 HOMO为 E(2 e) =- 1.6 4 0192 56× 10 -18J,LU MO为 E(3e) =7.6 6 110 52 4× 10 -19J;(2 )键级直接相键连的 C- H为 0 .3814,C=C为 0 .6 7711;(3)电荷分布—— C(1) 为 - 0 .1758,C(2 ) 和 C(3 ) 均为 - 0 .2 2 4 8,H为 0 .156 4     

气相色谱法检测摇头丸中的盐酸氯胺酮

以三氯甲烷提取、气相色谱法测定摇头丸中的盐酸氯胺酮含量 ,线性范围 1.0× 10 -3 — 4.0× 10 -1mg/ml,回归方程为 y =1.40 2× 10 7x +8.193× 10 4 (r =0 .998) ,检测限为 2 .0× 10 -4 mg/ml,回收率 90 .3 %。     

高氯酸银-苯配合物结构的重新测定和从头计算

在低温下对高氯酸银-苯配合物AgClO₄&;#8226;C₆H₆的晶体结构进行了重新测定，晶体属斜方晶系，空间群Cmcm（#63）.晶胞参数：a=8.154 0(6)×10^-10 m， b=7.918(4)×10^-10 m， c=11.717(1)×10^-10 m，V=756.4(4)×10-³⁰m³, Z = 4, 精度偏离因子R=0.023, Rw =0.050.根据该配合物晶体结构特征和从头计算的研究结果, 与前人报道的结构数据进行了对比, 指出两次测定在结构上的差异.据此, 提出了目前在中外教科书中有关苯在与银离子配位时发生严重变形的描述有待更正的必要性.     

仲壬基苯氧基乙酸基本常数的测定

利用两相滴定法在(25±0 5)℃下测定了仲壬基苯氧基乙酸(CA-100)在水中的溶解度S,离解常数Ka,以及庚烷中的二聚常数K2和水-庚烷两相间的分配常数Kd.实验测得S=1 30×10-4mol/L,Ka=2 94×10-4,K2=3 29×102,Kd=4 15×102.     

邻香兰素与乙二胺双希夫碱的晶体结构

邻香兰素与乙二胺双希夫碱的晶体属单斜晶系,空间群Pc,a=9.418(2)×10~(-1)nm,b=6.278(1)×10~(-1)nm,c=14.495(4)×10~(-1)nm,β=93.35(2)°,V=856(0)×(10~(-1)nm)~2,Z=2。最后的一致性因子R=0.063,R_w=0.061。     

TB-偶氮胂双波长分光光度法同时测定锶、钡

研究了TB -偶氮胂与锶、钡的显色反应 ,实验结果表明 ,该络合反应在pH 0 .2～ 2 .5酸度范围内具有较好的灵敏度 (εSr =4 .5× 1 0 4L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 和εBa =4 .3× 1 0 4L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 ) ,反应酸度范围宽 (pH 0 .2～2 .5 )且两者最大吸收波长具有明显差异 ,可用双波长分光光度法同时测定Sr2 +、Ba2 +.该方法用于某些纯试剂中Sr、Ba的同时测定 ,结果满意     

在MoBiP_(0.1)/SiO_2催化剂上丁烯异构化动力学

本文用外循环玻璃无梯度反应器研究了MoBiP_(0.1/SiO_2催化剂的丁烯异构化动力学。实验数据用可逆三角反应L-H机理动力学方程描述。方程中动力学参数用正交设计法估计。 丁烯-1异构成反-丁烯-2及顺-丁烯-2的动力学方程分别为 r_(1-t)=(3.70×10~2e~(-11000/RT)×4.5×10~2e~(6400/RT)(P_1-P_2/K_(T/1))/1+4.5×10~2e~(6400/RT)P_1+5.92×10~(-2)e~3000/RT)P_t+9.96×10~(-1)e~(1180/RT)P_c;丁烯-2异构化时顺-丁烯-2异构化速度

本文报导了高氯酸二水·双(N-氧化吡啶-2-甲醛)缩-1,3-丙二胺合镍的合成,粉末衍射数据及精化的单胞参数.主要的结晶学数据为:[Ni(C_(15)H_(16)N_4O_2)(H_2O)_2)(ClO_4)_2.正交晶系,空间群Pnam 或Pna2_1,a=7.490(4)×10~(-10)m,b=15.510(11)×10~(-10)m,c=18.457(13)×10~(-10)m,Z=4,Dcal=1.790,Dobs=1.765,品质因子为15.7.     

1,4-二(2-邻苯甲醛基)-1,4-二氧丁烷的合成及晶体

以 1 ,2 -二溴乙烷和水杨醛为原料 ,通过亲核取代反应 ,合成了 1 ,4 -二( 2 -邻苯甲醛基 ) - 1 ,4 -二氧乙烷 (C16H14 O4)。通过单晶X -射线衍射法确定其晶体结构 ,标题化合物的晶体属于三斜晶系 ,空间群为P- 1 ,晶胞参数a=7 80×1 0 -10 m( 2 ) ,b=8.4 6 × 1 0 -10 m( 2 ) ,c=1 .1 5× 1 0 -9m( 2 ) ,α=82 .88( 3) ,β=74 95( 3) ,γ=6 7 0 7( 3) ,V =6 74 × 1 0 -2 8m( 2 ) ,Z=2 ,Dc =1 333g/cm3 。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

An Index mechanism for multi-scale view in spatial databases

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.
