The metallurgical properties and fatigue life of bearing steel processed by electric furnace (EAF), ladle refining (LF-VD), continous casting (CC) and electroslag remelting (ESR) have been investigated. The main results obtained are as follows: (1) Due to low oxygen content and dispersion inclusions in steel, the fatigue Life of LF-VD-IC or CC is three times as high as that of EAF steel; (2) The oxygen content in steel produced by CC process is about 9.0×10-6, the carbon segregation (C/C0) is from 0.92 to 1.10 and the fatigue life of CC steel is equal to that of ladle refining ingot casting steel; (3) Although the amount of inclusion and oxygen in ESR steel is higher than that of LF-VD-IC or CC steel, the fatigue life of ESR steel is higher than that of the latter because of its fine and well dispersed inclusions.  相似文献

Lightning flash activities on the central Tibetan Plateau have been studied by using the satellite-based Lightning Imaging Sensor(LIS)database from January 1998 to July 2002.The lightning activity shows a clear diurnal variation on the central Plateau.The peak lightning activity appears at about 17:00 which is 3 h earlier than that in Jingxhou,Hubei in the same latitude belt nearby,indicating that the lightning activity is a sensitive indicator of solar heating on the Plateau.The lightning discharge is weaker on the Plateau than Jingzhou.Hubei and other low-altitude continental regions because of the lower convective available potential energy(CAPE)on the Plateau.The CAPE on the Plateau is 12 times lower than that in Jingzhou,Hubei,and 20 times lower than that in the sea-level region,such as Guangzhou and Florida.However,the sensitivity of lightning activity to CAPE changes on the Plateau is up to 30 times more sensitive than other prominent low-altitude regions.  相似文献

Dengue virus (DEN), a single positively stranded RNA virus, is a family member of Flaviviridae; it uses the mosquito Aeodes aegypti as its principle vector to cause what is known as Dengue fever. Its genome is -10.8-kb in size and has one open reading frame encoding three structural proteins: capsid (C), precursor of the membrane (prM) and envelope (E), as well as seven non-structural proteins from a single polypeptide. Research on karst processes is important for the determination of their carbon sink potential,as is research into terrestrial ecosystems in karst areas.Solutional denudation rates of soils from three karst spring watersheds supporting different land uses were studied.Solution rates showed a distinct pattern based on land use,with a generally higher rate being recorded in forest use soil.The mean values for tablet dissolution from the cultivated land,shrublands,secondary forest,grassland and primary forest were 4.02,7.0,40.0,20.0,63.5 t km-2 a-1 respectively.Changes in vegetation patterns could improve the size of karst carbon sinks;for example,in this study the carbon sink was 3 times higher in primary forest than in secondary forest soil and 9 times higher than under shrubland,equating to an increase from 5.71-7.02 to 24.86-26.17 t km-2 a-1 from cultivated land or shrub to secondary forest and to primary forest,respectively.  相似文献

Ages of the stratigraphic boundary MIS1/2 and MIS3/4 of the Yuanbu loess section in Linxia are used as the basis of the nodal control age. The age of MIS1/2 and MIS3/4 are obtained from the latest international research result—the climatic events recorded in the stalagmite in the Hulu Cave in Nanjing, that MIS1/2 is 11.5 kaB.P. and MIS3/4 is 59.8 kaB.P.. The ages of the two climatic events contain three nodal age control models (Model 1: 0 kaB.P.—59.8 kaB.P.; Model 2: 0 kaB.P.—11.5 kaB.P. and 11.5 kaB.P.—59.8 kaB.P.; Model 3: 11.5 kaB.P.—59.8 kaB.P.), which are used as the nodal control age separately. The deposition times of various stratigraphic horizons are calculated by using the magnetic susceptibility age model and grain-size age model, and then compared with each other. In addition, the AMS14C age, OSL age and the ages of YD and H events are compared with the ages of the corresponding horizons calculated by the three models of nodal control ages. From the analyses of lithologic characters and climatic stages it has been found that both the magnetic susceptibility age model and the grain-size age model have some defects. Because the accurate control ages are selected as the nodal points of the glacial period or interglacial period, the stratigraphic deposition times determined by the high resolution of magnetic susceptibility age model and grain-size age model approximate to the actual ages. As for the relative accuracy of the two age models, the magnetic susceptibility age model is more accurate than the grain-size age model.  相似文献

PERM is the most efficient approach for solving protein folding problem based on simple lattice model. In this article a personification explanation of PERM is proposed. A new version of PERM, population control algorithm with two main improvements is presented: one is that it is able to redefine the weight and its predicted value in PERM,and the other is that it is able to unify the calculation of weight when choosing possible branches. The improved PERM is more efficient than the previous version; specifically it can find the known lowest energy states for the four well-known difficult instances and is generally several to hundreds times faster than PERM. It is noteworthy that with the improved PERM we found new lowest energy configurations of three of the four difficult problems missed in previous papers.  相似文献

Magnetic fluid-assisted finishing has been verified both theoretically and experimentally as an effective fabrication technology for optical mirrors and lenses. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a novel design of polishing tool and demonstrate the possible applications of this technology. The work includes studying the viscosity of the magnetic suspensions of micrometer-sized Carbonyl iron particles under the influence of a magnetic field. Both the cases of magnetizable suspension with and without abrasive cerium oxide particles are studied for their ensuing polishing effectiveness. Determination of material removal function is conducted using a Wyko Nat1100 interferometer. Experiments to reduce surface roughness with the proposed tool are also performed using a K9 mirror as the work-piece. Results show that the surface accuracy is improved over three times to less than 0.5 nm after two cycles of polishing.  相似文献

We studied the variation of soil moisture as well as its regularity over the irrigation cycle at shelterbelts along the Tarim Desert Highway at different site types and different planting years. The results show that: (1) There is an obvious temporal variation of soil moisture within a typical irrigation period in shelterbelts along the Tarim Desert Highway, and the soil water storage varied linearly with the number of days after irrigation. Along the direction perpendicular to the soil top, the soil profile can be divided into four layers and each shows different dynamics of soil moisture variation, including the quickly changing layer (0—20 cm), the active layer (20—60 cm), the weakly layer (60—100 cm), and the regulated layer (under 100 cm). (2) Both the soil moisture and soil water content decreased gradually with the number of planting year, while the soil water deficit increased. It indicates that shelterbelts along the Tarim Desert Highway can retain the water accumulated from previous years. (3) The soil water storage of harden sand is the maximum among all types of sites. Specifically, it is about 1.58 times higher than that of longitudinal dune, 1.15 times higher than clay, and 1.43 times higher than flat sand. Its soil water deficit was over 900 mm.  相似文献

Waste shell stacking with odor and toxicity is a serious hazard to our living environment. To make effective use of the natural resources, the shell powder was applied as a filler of outdoor thermal insulation coatings. Sodium stearate (SS) was used to modify the properties of shell powder to reduce its agglomeration and to increase its compatibility with the emulsion. The oil absorption rate and the spectrum reflectance of the shell powder show that the optimized content of SS as a modifier is 1.5wt%. The total spectrum reflectance of the coating made with the shell powder that is modified at this optimum SS content is 9.33% higher than that without any modification. At the optimum SS content of 1.5wt%, the thermal insulation of the coatings is improved by 1.0℃ for the cement mortar board and 1.6℃ for the steel plate, respectively. The scouring resistance of the coating with the 1.5wt% SS-modified shell powder is three times that of the coating without modification.  相似文献

Based on an accuracy analysis of two-stream approximations, an improved δ-Eddington approximation is developed. The approximation has much better accuracy than all exiting two-stream approximations as the optical depth is less than unity. As the surface reflectance is zero and the optical depth is less than unity, errors in both transmission and reflection calculated by the present approximation are more one time less than those by other two-stream approximations. In the case of aerosol optical depth of < 1, surface reflectance of <0.6, solar zenith angle of <78° and aerosol imaginary index of <0. 05, transmission and reflection errors calculated by the improved δ-Eddington approximation are generally less than 3.5% and 2.6%, respectively. The errors are over 41% and one times less than those by Eddington or δ-Eddington.  相似文献

The lighter chargino three body decays_1~±→_1~0ff' via the W boson and the charged Higgs boson H± were studied in the R-parity conserved Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model(MSSM).We treat _1~± decays as production and decay of W± and H±:i.e.,_1~±→_1~0W±(H±)→_1~0ff'.Both higgsinolike and wino-like~v1decays were well investigated.These decays are calculated at 1-loop level and the loop corrections are found to be less than three percent.The signal of the charged Higgs H production from~v1decays is discussed.It will offer important information about the chargino and neutralino sector,as well as the charged Higgs sector in the MSSM.  相似文献

The meiotic stage of pollen mother cell is a very important stage in controlling the development and formation of pollen. In order to clone the rice cDNA(s) of this stage, a normal rice, Annong N and its thermosensitive mutant, Annong S-1 were used as the plant material. The mRNA has been extracted from the young panicle at the meiotic stage. By using the cDNA subtraction hybridization technique, three cDNA fragments, RP-1, RP-2 and RP-3 have been successfully cloned from Annong N. Northern blot analysis reveals that the mRNA of these three clones are expressed only in anthers, and not leaves. The mRNA levels of these clones are lower in anthers of Annong S-1 than in Annong N. Furthermore, the amount of mRNA extracted from anthers of Annong S-1 growing under high temperature (28℃) is lower than plants growing at lower temperature (25℃). Sequence analysis and homology search indicate that these three clones display no similarity to the current database. It is concluded that the three novel cDNA cloned are related to pollen development in rice.  相似文献
